Such a great experience! David R. helped me out, and was great from the start. Very attentive, patient, and transparent. He took his time to work out the best deal for me and my wife. I was able to leave the dealership in our new Jeep! Would definitely recommend and return!

I have never been a fan of Car Dealerships especially if i am shopping for a pre owned auto.. We have to all go thru it. The pushy salesmen the price thats not the price and the attitude of the sales people on the floor. Guess what my attitude for car dealerships has changed i met Mark Ospina from CJDR of West Islip. My daughter is an officer in the Navy and she is in on orders and wasn t able to be in person to shop for a car I know what she wanted and i booked an an appointment with CJDR. I met Mark when i first walked in. I told him what i was looking for and Mark being an Army Veteran understood my plight. I test drove a Honda HRV and i thought it was great unfortunately no Car Play. Thats a deal breaker for the younger generation. Mark offered to swap out the radio and put in an aftermarket car play. Mark gave me his personal cell number as we stayed in touch regarding the car play and price. When the price came in, he knew it was to high. He showed me the price. No good on that car. We stayed in touch and he found my daughter another Honda HRV in Brooklyn at a sister dealership. He had it brought here and the price point was perfect for what i was working with . Now he had to deal with paperwork, Fed EX to my daughter all the documents. He texted me to keep me updated on the process. Mark has a great sense of humor and sarcasm. Finally after three weeks or so the transaction was completed. Mark understood the Military and why my daughter wanted to use Navy Fed and not there lenders. Usually the dealerships want you to use there lenders.. I am not the easiest person to get a long with but Mark had patience like i have never seen. He was friendly and upfront and did what had to do to complete the sale All i can tell you is I ran into some real doozies in the used auto business. Huntington Honda West . Shame on you. If you are a military member, first responder or just anyone looking to get the best deal, stop in and see Mark Ospina you will be very satisfied Thanks Mark and CJDR Management

It s a family affair. Three new cars in 10 months. 2023 Grand Cherokee Summit! 2024 wrangler 4xE and now my dream car 2024 Ram Laramie 1500 4x4 Night edition!We can t express the gratitude and satisfaction that Kimberly from Empire west islip has given me. Relentless pursuit in finding the Ram that fits my needs! Every box was check off and pricing was best in Long Island! Extremely patient with my 1000 phone calls and text! Empire CJDR has the most wonderful team. I've been reluctant to let go of my old car, but had been browsing through many websites and car dealerships, hoping for the right replacement to come along. I found a perfect 2021 Forester that checked every box.Empire's team was highly responsive and communicative every step of the way to help me get in for a test drive. With the help of Rich Link, Mark Ospina and Justin Pasquariello, and the rest of their team, I was able to get a great deal, driving away in my new car just as soon as I could. The financing team is extremely approachable and helpful. Navigating insurance and out of state registration was also made a breeze. We recently had a baby and have been looking for a new car for her. I had a 2012 jgc that I loved, so I knew I wanted to keep a Jeep in the family Came across this beautiful white Jeep with tan interior and 15k miles. The vehicle had an awesome price, especially for the condition and low miles. Since having our baby - we don t have a lot of time- and dealerships can be quite stressful, however working with Justin Pasquariello, he made this process as seamless as possible. From start to finish we were extremely pleased and thankful for how smooth and quick this experience was!

If you want the dream team to help you through the car buying process ask for Luis, Dan, Murphy, and Sean. My husband and I had been shopping for a particular car for a few weeks and these gentleman made the process easy. Every step of the way Luis was attentive and went the extra mile to ensure I got the car I was looking for. He even came in on his day off to assist with the final process. Dan, Murphy, and Sean made sure we were happy with our financing options and explained everything clearly. The dealership manager also checked in a few times to make sure everything was going smoothly. The entire team was invested in making sure our experience was exceptional unlike other dealerships we had visited. After the service manager blowing up my phone yesterday I will revise my review. In 2020 After a quote of 6500 going to 11k on an engine replacement they didn't replace the coolant hoses resulting in breaking a hose on the highway. I received no response from my service manager when I called them over it. They advised a jasper engine replacement not a Mopar which broke 3 times costing me thousands of dollars in towing . The single greatest insult was they couldn't even honor their final quote and came in several dollars over for a couple of bolts. The worst dealer experience of my entire personal and business life. And I will never ever buy a Jeep Ram dodge again because of this and I owned 10 of their vehicles.

Due to our economy being horrible, the car market grows worse for those who are in need for a good deal to get their family s from one point to the next. We are very fortunate not only we got the Truck we wanted, but the deal of a lifetime. Timing also played an important part.After parting ways with my original Car company of 7 years, I decided to give Empire CJDR my attention & business. Less than a week after conducting business, I m already seeking another deal for my second truck. This group is professional, honest and give you the best deal for your pocket. Wanted to share my excellent experience at Empire. Recently I bought my vehicle and had the wonderful opportunity to work with Jorge Molina, Diego Ortiz, and Allyson Sararia. They provided me with excellent service. Allyson did an amazing job during my test drives, she was patient and answered all my questions. My experience in this dealership was outstanding. From the minute I walked in, I was greeted by a few sales associates. I was with my 2 year old grand daughter & they actually went out of their way to greet her as well. As I explained to the sales associate who helped me (Vinson Noel) what my interests were, he actually listened to me. He showed me what he had in stock as well as what was in route. While we were talking, the Sales Manager (Ronnie) came over, introduced himself and checked to make sure everything was going well.I wound up making a purchase that day. During the entire transaction, Vinson explained all the details of what was going on. When I went back to take possession of the truck I purchased, Vinson took the time to explain how the hybrid system worked with the truck and made sure I was comfortable with it.In all the auto purchases I have made, the experience here was the best I ever received. Thank you Ronnie & Vinson!

Empire is best dealer hands down in Suffolk county my jeep is totally a bust 16k n parts so I decided to just junk it but with no car I can t work I hv cleaning business & spin cam biz they helped me get not one car but two Porsche my sales women was the best I was scared out of my mind never brought a car alone my husband passed away my dad just passed so I m down and out but Porsche over @Empire I tell you all they helped me with tears in my eyes I tell you they are the best. My service women Mida is the best as well everyone should know me by now I tell you man I was crying and they helped me out a great deal my daughter and I got a car & I got the car I wanted which was 2024 Hornet my God you guys are the best I gv them a 10 straight up love Empire & their whole crew Happy holidays and thank you Empire I really appreciate all the work you put n with me we really appreciate you all !!!!

I had a really great experience here. Justin took car of everything I needed and really went out of his way to do so. Diego was very helpful and made sure I got the price I needed to get to. If I could give more then 5 stars I would. Everyone is very nice and u feel welcomed when u walk in the dealership. I will be back in a couple of months to get my wife a car and I will def be dealing with Justin and Diego again

Let me start off by saying Aaron handled my lease with the utmost professionalism and care. He got me an amazing price and just the color I wanted! He taught me all about all the features of the car and put together an amazing lease on my brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee! Literally made it a seamless experience with only 1 day to put it together while the Black Friday sale was happening. I ve leased with Empire before and Aaron made sure I was a return customer. He even set up my first car service appointment for me. Also Dan, who handled all of the paperwork, was incredibly efficient in making sure I understood everything I was signing without wasting any of my time. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to the crew down at Empire. Especially Aaron and Dan the man.

I recently leased a 2023 Jeep Compass Limited and I am thrilled. I worked with Darnell and he was amazing. He showed me various options and helped me choose the best vehicle for me. He also worked with me to make sure I was comfortable with my payment. He was knowledgeable, patient, and personable. He even came in on his day off to finalize everything as I was excited to take the car home. All the staff including management , sales, and finance were helpful. Gabriel Rodriguez was super helpful and patient with me through the whole process. Starting from the initial call down to the keys in my hand, the process was simple and very informative. Having been to this dealership yesterday with my sister, I can say Brittany Walker is an outstanding sales specialist as well as patient, energetic, and exponentially fair. After 2.5 hours of working with me and my sister, my sister drove off in a beautiful Jeep after being fairly treated without feeling any pressure. Similarly, the sales manager Sam was not only knowledgeable but extremely professional and respectful. I received such Excellent Service. The Service Associate JOE DEGUIRE was extremely professional, very understanding and very attentive to the issue I was having with my jeep..He resolved my issue within a couple of hours & it was a covered under my Warranty. I recently purchased my 2021 Grand Cherokee limited X from here. My Sales Rep was Nick Anastassiou. He was easy to talk to, informative, and very helpful. Brittany Walker made the process seamless and had me in the jeep wrangler Willy within a couple days and out the door with exactly to the specs that I wanted and price point I needed. Follow up was impeccable. Paperwork was seamless Instructional, how too use tutorial on all the bells and whistles on this 2024 hybrid /electric / E Save model was to the point and very easy to follow. I would recommend Brittany an Empire in West Islip to family and friends will no problem.
