Rav gave me a bad steering rack (& overcharged me) after me asking him several times to just repair my original one but he insisted on me taking what was in stock. It caused the pump to go out. I had to replace my rack again & the pump after the first bad rack! Afterwards gave me a hard time trying to return the defective rack. I wouldn't recommend them. Go to Parts Authority or Rockauto.

I give this business a 2star for being hospitable during Covid19 while businesses were closed, however I really wanted to give them a 1star for the poor quality in parts and going back on their word if I needed to return it. The axle started leaking shortly after being installed, then when I returned it they said it was from poor installation and charged me a 1/3 restock fee.

Been coming here since I moved to the area (about 8 years). Shop has as an impressive inventory and Ravo seems like a genuinely good person - super accessible and has helped me even after the store s been closed.

This guy prices are more then the part is new he s says a whole lot of blah blah blah I got it done from a reputable place in Lindenhurst for less then half the price

Went there looking for a rack for my car, and the owner Rav went out of his way to do the complete job and he got the job done right away. Very happy with his presentation and his service. Strongly recommend

Cheaper online. Waste of time, he doesn't rebuild them there and said it would take over a week to get it back after rebuild. They get sent out to someone else by him. If you still wanna go local. Go to Baires Driveline in Amityville.

Sold wrong rack and pinion and charged for core. received it damaged said damage wouldn t affect operation. Sent it back For refund he kept money from core and charged 25% restocking fee!Service: Steering & suspension repairService: Steering & suspension repair
