My experience with Reilly s has been fantastic, I will most certainly recommend this body shop to anybody that is looking for body repairs. George and John were both fantastic, could not stress enough how helpful the two of them have been. They made my car look even better than the day I got it! The pricing and turn time were both excellent. If you are looking for a shop that does excellent work, please consider Reilly s!

My dad has been using Reilly's for the longest time. First time I used these guys he bought my car there for something which I didn't think they could fix. Low and behold they fixed it and it outlasted the car.My dad bought his car there for a smashed door. George and his crew made it look brand new. That was 5 years ago and it still looks good.I wouldn't hesitate using them again. A++++

I highly recommend choosing Reilly's for your car repair needs. My personal experience with them after being involved in a collision with an off-duty ambulance in October 2022 was exceptional, thanks to George. From the moment of the accident, George made the entire process incredibly convenient. I was able to drive straight from the crash site to his office in West Hempstead.Working with George was a breeze because he was registered with Allstate, which simplified the paperwork and communication. Moreover, George's kindness and genuine personality stood out. He took care of every aspect of the repair process, including dealing with the insurance company, adjustor, and car rental agency. He went above and beyond by contacting the ambulance's corporate insurance company to handle the billing.Despite the supply chain challenges caused by certain circumstances, George maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process. The repairs were completed swiftly and effortlessly. I assure you that choosing Reilly's for your car repair needs will not disappoint.I'll send any of my family and friends to George in a heartbeat!

My go to spot for any work that needs to be handled on my car. George is fantastic and makes the whole process easy. Takes care of everything and gets you in a loaner asap, handles the claims, and makes sure it s done right. His guys are top notch with the work they do and they always watch out for the details. George is amazing, very friendly, great personality. Car was ready the exact day he said it would be. Reasonably priced. I was quoted double from another place. They did a great job, the car looked great. I was met by the rental car company at the shop and left the rental there when I picked up my car. They even left a cute little thank you bag of touch-up paint. I will definitely be back. Wouldn't go anywhere else. I highly recommend.

I can't say enough positive things about Reilly's Auto Body. From the start, they set me at ease with thorough explanations and a willingness to deal with my insurance company. The repair work was completed ahead of schedule and the work was excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an auto body shop.

I have been to this shop many times and let me tell you, it is by far the best body shop I have ever been to. The customer service alone makes me want to crash my car just so I can take it back to the shop. I left Reilly's with my car looking more beautiful than ever and can confidently say this shop is S-tier.

The service I received was over and above anything I could have dreamed. Not only did they do a fantastic job making my car look as good as new, the attention to detail in making things perfect was over the top. I will recommend Reilly s to anyone I know that needs to repair any damage to their vehicle. Their customer service and fair pricing was icing on the cake! We had the pleasure working with George and Reillys Auto Body for a clients truck. I operate Gaynor Brothers Detailing, we previously ceramic coated the truck which we provided a detailed invoice to be placed on this vehicles policy to cover situations like these. George reached out to me and we went over what needed to be done. We worked together to bring the truck back to the owners standards. George was on top of everything which made this a super smooth process. REILLYS AUTOBODY did amazing work. Thank you again

Reilly Autobody I ve been using for bodywork for the last five years and I was so please. My son was recently involved in a fender bender and we decided to pay cash for the repairs instead of going through insurance. The person who's car was damaged had previously used Reilly's so that is where she got the estimate.I brought the money to George at Reilly's and was told that the damages may be a little less but he wouldn't know until the bumper was pulled and he could see the true extent of the damage. He asked for the entire amount up front but said he would call if he owed me a refund. Needless to say, I never expected that call but true to his word, he called me the next day and gave me a substantial portion of my money back. I was very impressed with his honesty and integrity and the work he did to the persons vehicle was top notch and only in a very short time. I will definitely be using Reilly's Auto body in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone in need.

Unfortunately, my daughter's car was hit twice in a few months. Reilly's did a great job both times. While I hope never to need them again, it's nice to know that if I do, they are there to fix the problem.

My practically brand new parked truck was hit by a drunk driver who caused a significant amount of damage. I called Reilly's and and they were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. George set up a tow for me, took the truck on the same day as the accident, offered a rental car, and even gave me a ride back to my house. Over the course of the repair George and Mark were very communicative and kept me in the loop as to where we were in the process and how bad the damage was. Price estimate and time estimate were both accurate. They were very accommodating to my concerns, and when I picked up my truck it looked brand new, as if the accident had never even happened.George, Mark, and everyone else at Reilly's turned a nightmare situation into a stress free and pleasant experience.
