Chris at Midas really did a great job on my car. Very pleased with the service and care he took in fixing my car after a situation at the dealer. He didn t just fix a problem, he looked over the car and pointed out some other problems that needed addressing that the dealer never mentioned.

Yes I was very very happy with the service I called on the Thursday December 8th and made appointment for brakes oil change and inspection Chris from the shop called me that afternoon to confirm and ask me the things I need to be done. I had an appointment for 2:30 to 3:00 I got there about 2:30 a little after and they were waiting for me the shop is very clean the lounge area is very comfortable they have a TV you can watch while you waiting and Chris was very courteous and concern on what she needs were I definitely will always go back there it's a great shop I like the mechanics and I recommend the shop to anybody that I know.

Called Tom schedule appointment and it said 30 mins then no answer 3 hrs later I had to call and then they said it was my fault as I choose a time they don't take people ( but it is.avail as a choice online). I asked ok can I get tomorrow and they said they would to look at the calendar and they recommended I just come in and wait . I explain I have a 1 hr lunch so I can't drive there and wait . Left unresolved . Lol I star

I've been to this Midas location in the past for both of my Jeep Grand Cherokees. This visit was for my daughter in law Chevy Traverse. Both visits were great. I knew what was needed and so did they!. I will alwaysbe a recurring customer due to their workmanship, professionalism and price too!. Thank you so much Chris!!!

Chris is the man, he believes in pleasing his customers, makes you feel like family. I have a very complex vehicle, needed to get the AC going. It took a few tries, but Chris made sure he got it right, even fully paying for a rental car for me to help accommodate my car getting fixed because of my extremely busy work and school schedule. Great customer service is everything to me, I'll definitely be back to give business. Thanks again Chris!!!!!

I am a longtime customer of this Midas located in West Hempstead. They have given me nothing but top notch service when I have serviced my car there. I trust them 1000%. They do excellent work and are very informative with any issues they may find with your car. I will continue to use them with any new or old car that I may own. Chris and Raj are the best!I would again like to provide a further review. The major reason why my car runs the way it does is due to the service at this Midas. Review dated 5/22...I most recently had extensive work done on my car. They replaced front struts and rear shocks, inner and outer tie rods, and front and rear sway bar links. As always the work they provide is top notch. A few weeks later, they replaced my motor mounts which were sorely needed. Their work is always as I repeat again, TOP NOTCH!Review dated 3/8/2024......This year 2024, I have done an oil change in January and most recently I had front and rear brakes done in March. As I have stated in previous reviews, their service is TOP NOTCH! Chris and Raj are the best when it come to servicing and maintaining your car!

I started going to Midas because my brother was happy with them. Chris is always polite as is the staff. I've never had any issues with any of the work that has been done. I am a lifelong customer.

Great experience it was fast quick I went for inspection. Left my car for maybe two hours and it was completed. Chris you re the best.

Chris and Raj are both very helpful and knowledgeable.I've been coming here for years and have had multiple cars serviced here. I trust them because they are fair and quick.Also I have never had any issues.This is specific to the west Hempstead location cannot speak for other locations.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Midas has fixed every issue I've had with my vehicle, including repairs that were screwed up at Meineke, and done so for less than quoted by other shops in the area. Highly recommend for any issues you might have.
