Another wonderful experience with Majestic Auto Service Center! We ve been bringing our cars here for 5 years and could not be happier with their honesty, integrity and professionalism. Adam is seriously the best! His customer service is top notch- he goes above and beyond for his customers. My mother got a flat tire and couldn t make it to his shop.. Adam picked up the car, ordered new tires, and returned her car all within a few hours.

If I could give them a lower rating I would . These guys are crooks. I brought my car in for a tire that had a slow leak . I told them I had to refill the air in the tire three times and I need the slow leak repaired . It was late in the day so I left the car with them. They said they saw a problem on the lift . When I picked up my car the next day they told me it would cost $1,300 !!!. I was shocked and should have told them I was not going to pay for it since they had not asked my consent to the repairs. But, I kept my mouth shut. Today I received the same error message in my car that my air pressure was low !!! Can you believe it $1,300 and I still had the same problem . Be aware they are not honest

Majestic Auto Service Center is a 10 star establishment. I have been a customer for 20+ years and will never go anywhere else. Exceptional service every time. 10/10 recommendation.

driving my Audi on the highway, the low tire pressure light on the dashboard came on. A friend whom I had lunch with, took me to Majestic Service Station where he receives excellent service.Zeki, ask one of his mechanics to check the car and found out the front tire valve was not tight and fixed it. When I offered to pay he refused.In today's unsettled reality it's a rare commodity.Dani Kaplan,SMC Data Systems

Owner was amazing, fixed my broken trunk latch in 2 minutes when others told me it would take hours and hundreds of dollars. Very fast and caring. Will be coming back here for all of my car issues!

Zak, Adam, and all the guys at Majestic are always so helpful and nice. Hands down, the best mechanics I ve ever been to. They also always tell me exactly what the issue is and how much it will cost before doing any work. They re honest, fast, and all around great guys! Highly recommend! Adam is a super nice guy and they are always very accommodating. Adam even dropped off my car for me because I couldn t come get it and brought in my garbage cans when he came! Really really cool guys. They know what they are doing. Exellent customer service and employees are very friendly. Always they advise you how service your car what you need to do. They're really professional. This is my new Mechanic. If you have car problem issues go check with them and than go check with your mechanic again. You'll see differences.After trust me you will replace your mechanic.

Zaki and Adam are awesome! I come here because I'm close by and can walk home while my car is getting work done. Adam saved me about a $1,000 from what KIA wanted to charge me to fix my head light and some other non issues. Majestic is the place where you can feel safe that your car is being taken care of and you're not being taken advantage of. The employees/owners are smart, helpful, friendly and fix your problem in a timely manner. Very reliable, fair and honest shop. Great for basics like oil changes, brakes, parts replacements- alternators, belts, tires, etc. If you have a more complicated or engine/transmission related problem, it's beyond the scope of what they do day-in-and-day-out (this is probably true of 90% of repair shops). They'll give their best advice and take a shot at solving more intense car issues, but it's not really the business they are in. You'd be hard pressed to find a better shop for maintaining your car given the parameters I stated. Good people, and very accommodating. They have a very loyal following

Be careful. I agreed on the work they were going to do on my car along with a price before they started any work, and later when they were done and gave me the bill, there was a $60 oil change added to my bill. We had never even discussed an oil change and they became really angry when we made this an issue.

The big thing for me is that I never want to bring my car back twice for the same issue. That's how it is at Majestic! I have never had an issue and that's a rarity! When you find a good business....brag! They are great!

Have been a customer for a while now and will continue to bring my cars to this shop. Owner/employees are honest, knowledgable, and friendly. Prices are very reasonable and they only do what is necessary. I highly recommend this service center.

The best mechanics on Long Island, bar none. They take care of my 19 year old Jeep like it was one of their own. They're honest, reliable, do great work, and are very reasonable. A very rare breed!

They were great. They told me all I needed to know about my oil and coolant maintenance and advised me against unnecessary services, although it didn't profit them to do so. They're also friendly, I felt very welcomed.

I've been a customer for close to 30 years - that says it all! Friendly, knowledgeable, skillful, fair. HONEST!! Never felt "upsold." Stand by their work. I know just how lucky I am to have found a repair shop I can trust.

Friendly, reasonable, definitely theres a mechanic whom knows about cars when you need of a technician. By the way these guys follow all the COV-19 CDC guidelines.
