The whole staff was very polite and professional, as soon as I pulled in the parking area I was approached swiftly, and was ready to service my car with a smile, they escorted me to the waiting area and that area was clean and had comfortable seats, I was so happy with the swift service I called the customer service number and let them know how satisfied I was being at this location. Great Job!!!! Will return

I ve been here twice already and they always take care of me! The women that work here are very knowledgeable. I love to see it! Thank you guys for coming thru and fixing my baby up. Btw super fast service and no appointment needed. The convenience is amazing

West Hempstead Jiffy Lube has the BEST Customer Service out of every Jiffy Lube they are friendly, knowledgeable and go out of there way to make you feel comfortable.I highly recommend coming here!!!I ve been coming here with every car I ve owned and I have recommended friends and family, they love it too!!!

I love this store. Tiana and the 2 gentlemen that took care of my oil change were very Efficient and courteous. They took good care of my car. They provide great service. I highly recommend you go to this location in West Hampstead. I'll most definitely be going back.

Terrible service for an oil change. Brought in my 2016 BMW M3 for an oil change. They triggered a check engine light and I called them out on it. The manager claimed it was unusual that I have a dash cam recording and that none of his customers do that. Meanwhile, they put the wrong air filter in, and the serviceman who was supposedly trained and also has BMWs like the other techs told me I need a camshaft sensor meanwhile I'm telling them I don t, and something they did trigger that. They figured out it was the wrong filter they installed and gave a half-effort apology. If you own a bmw like they said they allown you would think they know what filter goes In and these vehicles trigger engine lights easily. How were you trained? InsteadOf blamingThe customer that has a dash camTo cover if anything goesWrong.

What use to be a great experience, in and out has now become a sit and wait 40+ mins...for a oil change..Under New Management.. and you can tell that she doesn't trust her workers to do there job. The employee was telling me the different options of oil change and was about to enter in tablet, the manager came and took it from him before finishing it and told him to go. Me being a supervisor myself you have to allow your workers to work and perform their duties, and only step in when there is a problem...in this situation there wasn't any, and when u don't trust your workers to do their job, the workers don't care too much to work for their manager to the best of their ability. I'm just saying!!Service: Oil change

4.23.23 West Hempstead site, Sunday 9:30am. I was able to go right in, no wait. I was Greeted Professionally. The 3 gentlemen that were there took care of my oil change, great suggestions & answered my questions. 15 minutes and I was done.
