This place is trash. Your vehicle will come out with scratches without a doubt. The owner needs to burn this place down and start all over again

Just visited this location for the 2nd time.. first visit I paid $13 for a car wash with vacuum included. I left satisfied.. Today I go back wanting the same service, I go inside to tell the guy at the desk that I paid, when is the vacuum service going to be done? He says vacuum isnt included, read the small print why tf would I read small print? Why wouldn t vacuum be included in the HIGHEST priced service you have? The wash on my vehicle is TERRIBLE. The rags they use are DIRTY. The glare on my windshield is DISGUSTING to look at it. My windshield looked better than it did BEFORE I EVEN GOT THE CAR WASH. That says a lot. Never visiting again.

Terrible service, I asked to clean the exterior and interior, they never cleaned the interior, they did not remove the soap or dry it. When I told them that they were missing they told me that they couldn't, is 5 minutes per vehicle.

For $16 they did a better job than a local place I recently went to for $99 (which was supposed to be a quick detail - but Haverstraw Express did a better job on what was supposed to be just a wash and vacuum.) I will definitely go again

Very nice staff - unusual at a car wash lately. But although the car is only a few months old, the bugs didn't come off the front and despite spending time on the interior the dash and arm rest were still very dusty. Never opened the rear hatch to vacuum. Good price for a quick wash but not if you want it clean with a pricier one.

Pissed .$15 (for the outside) and my running board still full of dirt and windshield with bug matter. I could have used the hose at my house and do a better job. Customer service and quality of work is just non existent!!!!! Never AGAIN, I rather use a bottle of water, I would be better off. Ugh!!!!!

Horrible experience, went through the wash and the rear window came out dirtier than before we went in and they put holes and scratches into my tint on my windows. Horrible service never going back.

This car wash is the best around. They used really good soap and wax to make your car shine. The Price's are very fair for the service. The employee's are very friendly and do a great job drying and vacuum your car. Weekend's can get very busy here.

I paid for the 11$ full service, and I only got a half washed car, and I never got the waxing service or tires/rims clean. If I did get either of those, they were really poorly done and the rocker panel was never cleaned. It still had dirt all over it. The employees who did the wipe down did a poor job as well, left smudges all over the mirror and window. If I could give it 0 stars I would have. I do not recommend.

Well I paid the extra $4 for full service and it was for nothing. Didn t even touch my cup holder area. The floor mats in the back seat weren t even touched..... realized it the next day. I saw them take it out but I m just wondering for what?! Pointed out a spot on the carpet to see if they could get that out.... the worker was like yes and pointed it out to his colleague. They didn t even touch it. I ended up scrubbing it myself when I got home. Soooooo disappointed and nobody likes to feel cheated and that s how I feel. Like it was all a front and they barely touched the interior. Never again. I regret deeply that I paid extra and gave a tip.

Ever since they switched owners this car wash is the worse ! Listen , I always inspect my car every single day especially before a car wash to avoid things . My car was good . It s a 2015 Nissan . Once I got out the car wash I inspected again and my paint was chipped . I spoke to someone there and they said it was there when they were spraying the car which was false ! He did not care he was feeling on the scratch and walked away . Never going back here again .

if I could give a negative star I would. the attendants here have zero customer service. there are better locations in the area that give much better service and the vehicle actually comes clean. DYOR!

Well you avoid talking about the pile of car parts by the east door and your faulty equipment that damaged my truck!Gee post your maintenance (or lack thereof)Records!!!I have been through 100s of washes across this great country with my vehicle WITH THE ANTENNA ON without a problemBut when equipment fails and don t operate as designed because of age or poor maintenanceDamage occurs!!FYI you always get what you pay for hence the cheap price!2/22/19You NEVER came over to look at the vehicleWhen I returned the next day you refused again to come over and check the vehicleYou just sat in your truck on the phonePhotos don t lie

The Owners are Nice, Prices are Good, they do a good job there, and I Trust them when I Run my Full Sized Truck through there with a Tonneau Cover. Never Gets Damaged.

Went there for an oil change and the Staff were very friendly and polite. I didn't have to wait longer. Other things needed to be change and they explained to me very well. I would definitely recommend.

This is the worst car wash I've ever been to in my life. Young, inexperienced immature privileged kids as owners I guess?. I pull up didn't even pay for my wash yet and already they spray my windows and waters get all in my face and hair. The OWNER doesn't apologize and acts very non chalant like no bid deal mind you this is my 1st time here. As a woman i felt very disrespected and it was no empathy! Disgusting and after I told him I did want his services he told me to tell all the people in the back of me to move. Very unprofessional please do no support owners who are privileged and feel they can treat ppl. Anyway they feel. If you dont like what your doing figure out another skill.A car wash is very simple be alittle mindful about it steps. Ruined my whole day. When it should just have been getting started.

This place is somewhat "okay" if you need your car clean on a whim, but ....it seems stuck in the 1980s decade... they only take cash in an era when electronic transactions, memberships and other commodities are the way to go.

Not even the minimum, my car came out dirtier than when it came in, do not take an inside wash my mats were soaking wet I had to go to a different car wash to dry it out, Thanks for nothing
