These guys are the most professional amd knowledgeable mechanics. I've been going there for over 25 years and was never disappointed once. They only have the best guys working there in that field. I strongly recommend them if you need a mechanic shop. I moved out of West Babylon over 10 years ago, I live 30 miles away and STILL go there!!! Thank you gentlemen for your outstanding service!!

Went to Cosmos' Service Center after seeing all the positive reviews on them, and it turns out, they were all true! Great service, Great price, no problems. The front desk and waiting area are immaculate, same as the garage. Would highly recommend!

Nicole was very friendly and the auto shop appeared to be very neat and clean yes, even though it was a car repair shop. Unfortunately, I was unable to use their services for my new tires and rear shocks because their price point was above my ability to pay. I went to the shop because I read they were reasonably priced. Unfortunately, as we all know, reasonable is relative to a person s finances. Post COVID every service appears to be extremely high. Consumers just need to shop around. Thanks Sal for doing the oil change. Be Safe.

Even though I was only there for an Inspection, I found the entire experience from phone call to end of appointment very easy, convenient, and accommodating. The nice man at the desk was a pleasure to work with. The waiting room was very clean, impressive, and warm. I will be back.

I can a few months ago for multiple issues on my celica. They were able to fix everything and it reasonably priced as well. They were respectful and helpful. I would recommend this place for anyone .

Highly recommend. New customer here, went for tires and oil change. Super professional, honest, knowledgeable, prompt and polite service. Will definitely be my new service station for all car needs. Thank you Cosmos

Had them do a few upgrades to my truck and during the process pointed out other issues I was unaware of. They repaired the issues which was saving me from bringing it back in the future. They completed everything in a short time and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Cosmos

Always a great experience, the mechanics have been and still are most experienced, trustworthy and new service manager is knowledgeable and most helpful . I chose Cosmo Service Center because they have experience in servicing my Buick Regal. The service was thorough and quick. Everyone was very friendly. Overall I was pleased with the service. However I was NOT pleased with the fact that Cosmo passed on their 4% credit card fee (charged to businesses for the convenience of accepting credit cards). This increased my balance by $32! This fee is traditionally charged to the BUSINESS not to the customer.

Had inspection sticker need & brake pads changed recently. The whole team is just that; a TEAM!! I felt especially favored although I m sure all of their clients do. Cosmos repaired several issues with my car concerning the driver s side automatic window and replacement of the regulator/module, engine coolant temperature and overheating, changed my oil, and fixed a mechanical issue with my windshield wiper fluid dispenser. The work was done quickly, and affordable. I have found a new auto mechanic and repair service! I was referred by one of their longtime existing customers. The staff at Cosmo s provide excellent customer service and do outstanding repair work. I have a Mercedes Sprinter that no one wants to work on, Cosmo s being an exception. My engine check light was on and because I need to drive back and forth to North Carolina, I knew it had to be looked at. They replaced a number of parts and updated my computer. I explained the issue with my vehicle and of course it performed fine. The staff at Cosmos was understanding and we took it on a test drive. The mechanic diagnosed the issue on the test drive. These folks are awesome! I have a daughter going to school on Long Island, and I live more than 1400 miles away, I needed a mechanic I could trust to help when I couldn t be there to and the team at Cosmo s has came through repeatedly. I would recommend this place to anyone.
