Excellent body repair and customer care. From the initial visit, everyone was pleasant, informative, and professional. We hesitated at first to go to a national brand thinking they wouldn't give us the personal care we were used to from a local shop, but we were pleasantly surprised at the efficiency of Caliber, and how they kept us up to date with the progress of work by sending text along the way. The lifetime warranty is also a very nice added bonus you might not get elsewhere too. Oh and the most important part... They did an outstanding job on the repair. Everything came out as new!Only, slight complaint was some dust left on the seats and paint smell inside the car. Had I noticed it when we picked up the car I would have told someone. We did have one other issue with one of the window controls not working, we had to bring the car back in but, they took us right away, treated us very nicely, and it was easily fixed.

Caliber collision in Babylon did a phenomenal job with my vehicle. The car looks better than when I first purchased it. Joanna and the entire team were a pleasure to work with.

After getting an accident, my friend recommended this shop since I was having such a hard time finding A shop that did high-quality work and I must say I m glad I went here. My car came out amazing like if I got it brand new from the dealership and most importantly, the staff was beyond amazing and accommodating if you re looking for a quality shop for any kind of work on your car I would 1000 times recommend this shop

My car needed body repair and painting after being sideswiped. Caliber Collision did an excellent job! My car looked brand new a 2012 Toyota. They also cleaned up the interior which left a brand new car smell. The office staff was courteous, polite, knowledgeable, and just all around wonderful people. I was kept well-informed through text messages on the progress of my car. I d highly recommend this collision shop to anyone.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was looking for a quality shop in the area. I care about my car a lot and I m meticulous when it come to the paint and color being accurate. This shop did a great job on both and to add the staff was great to deal with too. Im not looking to need a collision shop in the future, but if the situation presents itself, Ive got one ready. Excellent service, I couldn t be happier. The front office personnel were outstanding, they walked me through the process and gave me options. The techs brought my car back to life. I have to say that we have used Caliber a few times and they ve always done a fantastic job including a door handle replacement.After the fix you would never know it was damaged to begin with.Big or small this who you bring it for your Body repair needs.You won t be disappointed.

I came in for a quote for repairs to my vehicle after a little fender bender. The staff was great! Both the lady at the front desk and the gentleman who walked me through the repairs were very professional and took their time to explain my options. I rarely write reviews but Caliber deserves one...My car was rear-ended and pushed into the car in front of me so there was extensive damage on both ends. From stat to finish, the staff was friendly and very communicative every step of the way. Even the shop was clean and well lit. My car was ready when promised and looks and runs great. The crew at caliber are awesome! I have brought my car here twice, to fix bumpers/lights and body work. Car looks brand new, color match was perfect as well. They answered all my questions and kept me in the loop of the work the entire time. Ricky and his team at caliber collision exceeded my expectation on my 2019 Honda pilot body repair. After being sideswiped and being a nervous wreck he handled the claim took care of my rental. Went to pick up my pilot 2 weeks later and its brand new completely detailed inside and out. Great effort and work is amazing great job guys highly recommended.

Very pleased with the professional service from start to finish, a seamless process Byron did an estimate explaining everything and answered all my questions.. the ladies at the front were extremely pleasant and really helpful.. , with a smile..they coordinated all the details with my insurance and car rental i got ongoing texts about how the work was coming along ..the shop is clean and spacious,.. the quality of work was beautiful many businesses are abrupt/ annoyed/ too busy when you need to ask something, but this place was just the opposite.. ..I m really glad i chose this shop, will recommend to my friends!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Don't go here... Got my car back and had to get it totally redone at another shop. Bad paint job, bad alignment of body panels. Car covered in dust inside and dirt outside. Even left some tools inside. No quality control at all. I was shocked that they thought it was a good job. At least now I know a great place for auto body repair. This isn't it sadly.

I chose this place because it was close and my insurance recommended it but I drive a 2021 I got my car back with damage to my tire and passenger door and my apps in my car would not update. I bought it back and was immediately blamed for the tire and told I should contact my dealer about the apps, and claimed they didn t see damage to my door which is clearly from a machine or something even tried to suggest somebody tried to break into my car ! First and last time doing business with these people
