We recently moved from Berks County PA and are the new owners of Black Forest Trading Post & The Deer Park in Ulysses PA. We needed some rust work repaired, we had no idea who to take our vehicle to... Nice friendly crew... They came highly recommended. GREAT JOB guys!!!Thank you

Fast and friendly service..managed to squeeze us in. Very professional and high quality work.Beat of all was they walked us through the entire process and answered all our questions, making us feel comfortable prior to any work done... and they did not change or up charge their original estimated price. Kudos !!!

They are super knowledgeable and friendly. They have done a great job working with my insurance company to get my car fixed. I have complaints about my insurance company but not Van Pelts!!

They picked up our vehicle two weeks ago and said we probably wouldn't have the van back until the 13th. Seemed like a long time but it's a holiday week (Thanksgiving), so in all fairness I can't judge until we have seen their finished work. They have communicated with us throughout the entire process, the parts have come in sooner than expected and we may get our van back sooner than expected. They just called again and said we should have our vehicle back tomorrow, Dec. 6th. That's a full week ahead of the original assessment. That makes me so happy. We have been trying to function with one vehicle. It will be great to have the van back. Another update we picked up our van a full week ahead of schedule. They cleaned the inside of our vehicle. Detailed clean! It looks so nice. The body work is beautiful. The van looks like new. I would highly recommend Vanpelts Collision in Andover. They communicated with us every step of the way. They were excellent in custimer service. Every single person we dealt with was professional and courteous. It is so nice having our vehicle back. Thank you Vanpelt's.
