We have been customers of Bibbens for over 10 years! They have always gone over and above and beyond for us. We just purchased our second new Spyder RT this week. We have to say, our salesman, Greg was great! He was personable and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend Bibbens Sales and Service in Weedsport.

I am very disappointed with my experience. I definitely warn to stay away from here. I found an atv listed online for a sale price and after talking to the salesman and getting approved for a loan I thought the interest rate was high and asked why. He said they use this place for bad credit. I told him I have good credit and he offered to run it again through another place. I got approval for a low rate but when I noticed the payment was higher than I expected I asked why and he said there are other fees over the advertised price that were never mentioned. I feel like this is a bait and switch tactic and they almost tricked me. I was ready to purchase the atv until I did the math. I obviously questioned why these numbers were not advertised and he said that I had to read the small print. I went back through the add and took pictures of everything including our text messages and the only thing it says at the bottom of the page was to ask the dealer about any extra fees. I feel like they should have been mentioned especially prior to getting approved for a loan. This is a terrible business strategy. These are NOT the type of people anyone should do business with. The lowest I can do is one star but I don t feel like they deserve even the one star. If anyone has any questions they can find me on facebook.

I purchased a snowmobile from Jeff BIbbens at BIbbens Performance this week. Once again, it was an excellent experience. Jeff was great. He worked with me on then price of the sled and gave me a reasonable offer for my sled. Thank you Jeff, and always a pleasure doing business with you.

Jeff was very helpful when I brought in my 2022 Spyder to be worked on. He went above and beyond to assist me. I ended up trading in my machine for a 2023 and he was a pleasure to work with. I drove 3 1/2 hours to deal with this place instead of the 45 minutes to a local dealer and don t regret it at all. Would defiantly recommend this place of business.

Talk about top notch service. We had been shopping around for a side by side for 2 months. We scoured every power sports stores website inventory and Bibbins was the only place within an hour radius from us that had any in stock. We arrived an hour later, they were busy which was nice to see. Greg Webster greeted us and took us to the CF Moto 1000 we had been looking at. Asked us if we wanted to test drive it. We did and were so impressed! Greg was thorough on telling us the inventory they had and financing options available and we ended up going with our bank. Put a deposit down and picked it up 5 days later after they got it put together. We will definitely be back to Bibbins for any power sports needs we have. It s a no bs business. Thanks so much Greg!

I am writing this on behalf of my father, who purchased a Can-Am Commander here. Jeff was great and treated him well. In a world where prices are insane, Bibbens is excellent and doesn t up-charge like most dealers. Definitely, our new go-to dealer when purchasing our machines. Also gave us exactly what we wanted for our trade-ins. If you are in central New York, you re doing yourself a disservice by going elsewhere.
