I started going to Webster Auto when I got my first car back in 2015 and have never had a complaint. Jim and Dean are honest guys and their team is excellent at what they do. I have still never taken my vehicles anywhere else to be serviced

I ve been going to the same mechanic my entire life (40+) yrs. Suddenly..and sadly, I needed to find a new mechanic. How RELIEVED I was to find these guys in 2020! The only true professionals you can actually rely on and trust in these days are some mechanics. Folks..these guys ARE them! Jim and Dean are the best. They back up their business and honor all waretee repairs. I use them for all of my Family cars and never have been dissatisfied. They always do a great job and fix the issue the right way the first time. UPDATE: It has been well over 2 years and our 3 vehicles go here for everything now. Still highly recommend!!My window motor broke in a drivethru during winter. It was stuck down and all other places were not accepting new work. Best I could do was make an appointment 2 weeks away. Webster Auto Clinic invited me in to take a look. If it wasn't a quick fix, or if I had to wait a long time to get parts, they promised to at least afix the window in the closed position for me so I could still drive in the winter till the parts came in. They had me back on the road with a functioning window less than 4 hours later (having gotten the part for me quickly).I go to them for everything now. It's been over a year of preventative maintenence, inspections and check engine lights and I couldn't be happier to have found a good local mechanic. Pricing has always been great compared to what the internet suggests. They keep my old beater running. Everyone should use them. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience, Jim advised me to check for a recall on the problem I had first and I did that. There was a recall. I never needed Jim to do the work but he held a spot for me until I could investigate the recall and schedule work at the dealer. I really appreciated his advice and help. I have taken vehicles to him many times over the years and he is a person that can be trusted to advise you well which is rare in this business.

Dean, Jim, and Mike are awesome my truck lost its brakes and had to have it towed to them, A friend referred them several years ago and have been using them ever sense. without an appointment they fixed the truck the next day I expected several days being it was a break down without an appointment. Also when they called me they didn't try to upsell me on anything only wanted to tell what should be replaced and what doesn't necessarily need replaced. These guys are the best around. They are completely honest and transparent. They're efficient and considerate of your time. I've never had a bad experience with them. If I do have any problem they make it right. I have no hesitations recommending then to anyone--and I have. I've been going to them for years and will continue to. Dean and Jim run a shop that you can trust to do quality work at a fair price with no worry that they will ever try to pull the wool over your eyes.

Jim is great to work with. The crew know their vehicles and appreciate them. Very pleased great service and reasonable prices. Nice to have a good local mechanic.

Not just excellent, they're THE BEST. I was referred to Webster Auto Clinic from a friend. Since them I've referred others. First time I called them was in a pinch situation on a Saturday just as they were closing. Those guys had never met me before but it didn't matter. They jumped in their cars and drove over to help get me started. My Honda van was totally fixed by noon on Monday for a very reasonable price. That experience was years ago and we've been loyal customers ever since. They're Ethical, Reliable, Reasonable, and all around AWESOME. Great with our Honda, Subaru, and our Ford. (And NO we don't know any of them personally.) Great service gains a great reputation. We Love 'em.

They do great work and the owner, Jim, is so kind. They care about their customers. It only took one time and they remember my name and what cars I drive. That's customer service right there. Oh and did I mention they know their stuff about cars...

I started using Dean and Jim 5 years ago. Wish I had done it much sooner. They don t just do work or recommend things you don t need. They are honest and the quality is like no other. 10 stars in my book

Experienced, knowledgeable, HONEST, experts in their field, fair, and genuine. They have been servicing my car since I bought it 11 years ago, and my car runs like a champ! The value of having confidence on the road is GOLD, and you will have it if Jim and Dean and their staff do any work to your vehicle.

This is a diamond in the rough. A great group of guys who work on just about any type of vehicle. The price is very reasonable, They do what they say and explain in advance before doing the repair if needed. Great customer service.

Webster Auto Clinic does great work at an affordable price. They have done work on two of our cars. I trust them and their advice. Have used Webster Auto Clinic for many, many years. Dean and Jim are just the best to deal with. They always take time to explain and suggest repairs that are both technically and financially appropriate, have never had an issue.

They are always helpful and never out to steal your money. Idk the word for it but you know how like monroe muffler makes up stuff so your shelling out a million dollars when you only came in for an oil change? They don't do that. I love these guys!
