Jenn and Mike were amazing with working with me to get me into the vehicle I wanted, for the price I needed to stay at. Super easy process, and they both were super informative and helpful with explaining everything that most dealerships wouldn t. 100000% will be back when my lease is up, and definitely recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thank you again for being so great!

It was great!!! Danny is my sales guy!!! My wife and I bought vehicles each the same day from him. These latest two make 5 vehicles that we have purchased from Danny at Vision Nissan Webster!! I then referred a friend who in turn also made a purchase on a pre owned car less than a week later! She was equally delighted with the service! I ll be back when it s time to get a car for my son next spring!

Great location and helpful staff. Nice variety of the current Nissan vehicles, including the new Ariya electric vehicle. Ev charger is right outside the sales area, if needed. Service area is large and waiting area has coffee and vending machines if you need a quick snack. Easy to find parts department next to the waiting area.

Several different dates people took their time helping and assisting me with this process, including a gentleman named Dylan I believe at your Greece location.Mike, Bob & Danny helped me with Danny spending a great length of time ensuring that every question was answered in detail. Excellent customer service for someone leasing a new vehicle for the first time.

I have been trying to get in touch with these people for SEVERAL weeks about a service I m paying for but can t use because they never sent me the information to activate it. I ve emailed, used the online chat, and left several voicemails. All the voicemails sound the same no matter which person you are supposedly leaving a message for, so who knows if everyone is ignoring me or just one person. Super disappointed. I hate to air stuff publicly, but it is my best option at this point.

Excellent experience at Vision Nissan Webster. Cynthia Bush and Michael S were both super helpful and knowledgeable. Cynthia is hands down one of the very best reps that we ve ever worked with during our car shopping journeys. The finance manager was great as well. The whole process was easy and quick. 10/10!

My wife and I experience with Nissan Webster was a short and got us no where experience the sales guy seemed like he wasn t even at work yet! Had to tell him like 14 times that I was married and had a kid but he just kept asking the same question over and over. I m active duty so my money should be treated like they give a damn but this sales guy because my credit wasn t the best didn t even want to try or even attempt anything for us. My words for that guy is maybe next Time at least attempt to be interested not just say I can t do anything drove 25 minutes to you and we was in there less than 15 minutes.

Came here for a meeting. It was very nice one of the guys helped me find a parking space since there weren't many. If I have more meetings in the future there I would be happy to go back. Everyone I met was very nice. If you come here you will have a great experience.

Amazing customer service!Jake and Mike were able to help my dad and I find the best deal on my (now) 2024 Nissan Sentra! Was able to finalize the purchase and pick up the car within a few days afterwards! Overall great experience and service.

This dealership lied about an agreement regarding my wife's new lease. Unfortunately, we can't discuss the details because of a pending legal advice. All I can say, we have leased from this dealership 4 times and never had any issues regarding trust. They only cared about making a sale; not keeping their verbal agreement.

STEER CLEAR OF VISION NISSAN WEBSTER!UPDATE:::Had to trade in my car elsewhere because they wouldn't help at all, sold me a lemon and the GM said he didnt know how to handle it and "texted his boss" and recieved no answer or call back. Now im trying to cancel my warranty that they OVERCHARGED ME and I'm being ignored! Worst place to buy a car, go down the road to Vision Hyundai instead and they can help you!!!ONLY giving 1 star because it wont let me leave 0 stars!! Still having the same issues. Now being ignored when I call to bring my car back. Worst customer experience ever and have heard this from multiple people. Will be spreading the word on my experiences and i will be getting legal advice.Got a call (after leaving this review) to bring my car back in on Monday 2/26- will update with what happens...

I went in just to get an idea for prices and ended up leaving with a great deal. Mike s. Is an absolute sweetheart and made this process move smoothly. I will definitely be back when it is time to trade in.And Phil in finance made it a fun process to sign and make sure I m completely covered in case anything were to happen.I left happy and I m so excited. I couldn t recommend these guys more.

When I came in to Nissan Webster service, I told Chris Stevenson, the service advisor what issue I had been having. I was at the tailend of my warranty, and he said he would have the guys look and diagnose my door locks. It ended up being a door actuator. Chris went the extra mile, and had the guys in the back check the suspension, and wheel bearings also, knowing it was the last day on my warranty. I wouldn't have known what else to tell them to check, but Chris made sure I was covered.As they diagnosed my vehicle, they found a lot of issues that were wrong, and necessary to fix. I was so grateful that Chris took the extra time, and that the guy that serviced my vehicle did all of the repairs. I still have to come back, because a couple of parts weren't in stock, but I really couldn't have had a better experience. It was my first time there, and I have already recommended Nissan of Webster to others!

I recently switched from Vision Nissan Greece to Vision Nissan Webster and I m really happy I did. I couldn t even get a hold of anyone at Greece and my husband has had a horrible experience with their service team as well. No one ever calls back and finally when he ended up talking to Colton there, he told him I could ve told you to go kick rocks but I didn t . Honestly it was such disgusting behavior, horrible customer service there. I made an appointment online and ended up calling the day before to make sure I was still on the schedule with Webster. I ended up talking to Adam and he was excellent. When I went in the next day, literally everyone was so nice. Acknowledging my existence is a huge step up from Greece. I saw Adam the next morning and he remembered me calling. He was extremely pleasant, thorough, and also helped me get set up with future service for my husband. I appreciate the team in Webster and especially Adam, as first impressions are everything. He got myself and my husband set up with accounts and the transition with seamless. He checked in with me at the end and made sure I was happy. I can t thank him enough for making a stressful situation much easier. Thank you for the service and looking forward to having the ease of scheduling in the future.

Very disappointed with how underhanded and shady my loan application process was handled. Make sure you get a copy of your credit application as they didn t provide one to me to then find out my income was falsified to make the debt to income ratio the math work with their preferred bank insider.

When they say be carefully of car dealers and their behind the scenes manipulation of number, believe them. I m one of the victims of people whose income was manipulated behind the scenes to get me into a car I had no business getting approved for. To then find out my income was inflated to nearly 30 percent above the paystubs I had emailed them as proof of income.

I came in to schedule a service appointment for two recalls items. However, I was told they had a cancellation, so I could have it taken care of at that moment and it would take less than an hour. What exceptional service!!!

My bank experience was pretty good and Having purchased an extended warranty has definitely saved me from some extreme expenses. But disappointed they are no longer honoring the free oil changes that were promised when I purchased my vehicle and the extremely high cost of the diagnostic fee. Overall a decent place to purchase your vehicle, but unless you have purchased a warranty plan go somewhere else for your service that won't cost you $200 before you even get any work done.Edit picked up my car after they kept it over night and price was nearly $200 over what was quoted with no explanation .when asked they said they probably misquoted me. If I come back for warranty work it will be reluctantly. Heavily considering getting rid of my vehicle so I don't have to come back.

My salesman, Al and Jake were wonderful and Mike couldn t have been more helpful. I ve had the best shopping experience ever and purchasing a car. I will definitely recommend them as a matter of fact my father-in-law is going there on Monday to talk to them about trading his Nissan frontier in and purchasing a new vehicle.

I just had the ENTIRE engine replaced on my 2017 Nissan Titan XD (gas). I have been driving it for 2 weeks, many 30-40 minute highway trips, as well as local driving. I have a heavy foot. The engine has performed flawlessly, and I am EXTREMELY pleased. This was the hugest repair, and so much could have gone wrong, but it is all good, and I'm very relieved! I will continue to go to Vission Nissan in Webster for my Truck and Armada.
