Had the pleasure of dealing with Mark over at the Webster store. I was extremely set on the exterior and interior color as well as the trim I wanted for my first new car. This combo is almost impossible to find right now but someone Mark did it, buying process was extremely easy and I d recommend vision and Mark to anyone!

Awesome dealership to do business with! Anthony was an excellent salesman and the manager Rob will make a very fair deal! Good quality people who deal fair and honestly! What can we say, our experience was nothing short of amazing. Robbie the general manager was very attentive and provides great customer service. Our sales specialist Nancy was just as amazing. She was very personable and informative about everything that had to with the vehicle, explaining everything to us. The financial wizard, Dan was great too, also personable, up front and honest.. just what we like. We felt that all involved with our time spent here really wanted to help us, to be sure we left with exactly what we wanted and helped us getting us where we wanted to be with our payment.Not much more to say about this facility and everyone we came in contact while there, nothing less than an A plus, plus! Highly recommended!Thank you for everything Robbie, Nancy and Dan!!Vision Webster should be proud that they employ these 3!

Nick Ham was a great salesman. Not pushy and listened to my needs without up selling me. Miscommunication at delivery led to some wasted time and hassle. Ultimately it was made right. Very happy with the deal I received and factory extended warranty. Phone system is terrible and hard to get anyone to answer when calling. I would go back again when I m ready for the next one.

We were looking for a big car for our family. We ended up working with Anthony Gutierrez and we have nothing but good things about our experience with him. After holding on to my car for 13 years, it was time to shop for a new one. I had several makes/models to consider and many dealerships I could visit. At the suggestion of a friend, I visited Vision Hyundai in Webster and met with Anthony G. He was very helpful, attentive, responsive and generous with his time. He was accessible by text and phone calls even after-hours and on his day off for my questions and requests. After working with Anthony, i didn't need to search any longer! He quickly located the car in the exterior and interior colors I wanted in another city.The entire experience was very pleasant and smooth. I ll definitely come back when my lease is up and I wouldn t hesitate recommending Anthony and Vision Hyundai in Webster to others.

Absolutely amazing experience, traded in my vehicle and leased a new one without any issues. I got a great trade-in price, and the vehicle I wanted quickly, and easily without any hassles or anyone being pushy . Will come back again, ask for Mark DeSantis, he was my sales associate, and made it all quick and painless.

Not very happy with the service department. I made an appointment last week to bring my car in repairs. I left the car Monday afternoon for Tuesday called the dealership and found out as of 10 am my car has even been looked at. I understand they have other vehicles that need repairs to . I worked in Automotive for 17yrs I personally have never seen anything like this.

My experience here was quick, fast and easy! I went in, to look at a car, and my dealer had fought for me to make the deal work, even tho he had others looking at the same vehicle as I was. If you need Hyundai service in the area, this is the place. The staff got me in quickly for a repair. They handled my issues promptly and gave me updates on the progress without having to ask. I was even offered complimentary snacks and beverages, along with comfy chairs and free wifi. This is my new go-to for my Hyundai needs.

I visited Vision Hyundai in need of quality late model used car after my car was totaled. I bought my last couple of cars from Hoselton however they were unable to meet my needs. I visited Vision Hyundai in search of Anthony Gutierrez as he was recommended and I'm I did. He was patient, knowledgeable, attentive and help me find exactly what I need without any pressure. I recently leased a new vehicle from Nick Hamm at Vision Hyundai in Webster, NY. Hands down, from beginning to end, it was the best experience I have ever had with new vehicle lease or purchase. Nick Hamm is the most professional and accessible representative I have ever dealt with. Nick made the entire process, from trade-in to lease, extremely easy and enjoyable. Nick communicated with me by text, email, and phone, and was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. As a result, I will be going back to Nick Hamm for my future vehicle needs. The vehicle is great as well!

This very favorable review is long overdue .The great experiences both my wife Millie and I enjoyed started on July 7th. 2023 . These were immediately after we were treated so Disrespectfully at a Dealership outside the USA . The treatment and end resultant couldn't have been more stark !After reviewing newer options in NYS we came upon the listing of exactly the Make , Model , Year ,Trim Package , Color , Mileage and Asking Price we were interested in buying through Visions' Excellent On Line App and Pre-Application Process . At the start of Office Hours that morning I received a prompt return call from the Wonderful Sales Representative who would become not only the Closer of our sale but A TRUSTED FRIEND WE CHOSE TO CONTINUE A RELATIONSHIP THAT HAS BECOME SIMILAR TO A CLOSE FAMILY MEMBER .This young man , Mr. Anthony Gutierrez was someone who immediately presented himself as someone we felt comfortable in TRUSTING AS IF WE HAD KNOWN HIM ALL THE YEARS OF HIS YOUNG LIFE ! Both my wife and I are in our senior years and believe we very good judges of character and the personal Make-up of GENUINE INTEGRITY ! Just as that vehicle , which was about 225 miles away from where we live in Massena , NY , checked off all the boxes in the quest of a newer used car , Mr. Gutierrez certainly outperformed any reasonable expectations that any reasonable consumer should be expecting in any sort of retail business transaction , let alone car dealerships !!!As the few days passed between that initial phone call and the delivery of Our Beautiful , Highly Detailed , Pristine SUV we were just as anxious awaiting that day to meet this VERY SPECIAL YOUNG GENTLEMAN ! It was prearranged that Anthony would pick us up at the Rochester Bus Station since I didn't want Millie to have to drive our existing car all that distance back home alone . We insisted on having a wonderful lunch with Anthony at any local Restaurant of his choice . With that first hand , personal interaction between us and him , we confirmed all our assumptions about who we were dealing with , a Honest Ethical ManBesides that SUV living up to everything we wanted in these past 8 months , the ongoing relationship with Anthony has become like calling and talking to another Grandson who always shows respect , follows up on the previous questions of previous calls to inquire on how our lives , health and general well being are progressing , and we about his and his family in a totally natural / comfortable interaction .ALTHOUGH MANY WOULD DOUBT THAT THE MUCH YOUNGER GENERATIONS OF OUR MATERIALISTIC SOCIETY ( RELATED AND ESPECIALLY THOSE INVOLVED IN THAT HIGH PRESSURE / SHORT LIVED INTERACTION BUSINESS ) WOULD EVER THINK OF INVESTING ANY MORE TIME THAN NECESSARY , MR. ANTHONY IS NOT IN ANY WAY PART OF THAT SAD SEGMENT OF DISCONNECTED INTERACTION THAT THINKS NOTHING WORTHWHILE OCCURRS FROM OVEREXPOSURE TO PEOPLE THEY THINK THEY HAVE NOTHING IN COMMON , THEY COULDN'T BE MORE WRONG !Just as Millie and I both , in our very much younger years profited in wisdom and understanding of what life was like , long before we existed by EMBRACING THOSE MEMORIES OF THOSE ELDERS , ANTHONY IS ALSO GIFTED WITH THAT CURIOSITY AND WILL ALSO BECOME A EVER MORE ROUNDED INDIVIDUAL FOR THE MANY YEARS HE HAS AHEAD OF HIM !To summarize this review let us Attest To :The Dealership is immaculate and staffed with high caliber individuals , prides itself on integrity and transparency , delivers high quality products and stands behind their word .
