I have been taking my Sienna to Tom s Garage for almost a decade. Erik always gives me great service and a fair deal. Fixes the stuff that needs to be fixed and tells me when it can wait. We ve managed to get 233kmi so far out of an 08 Sienna in upstate NY. Not too bad!

My only vehicle broke down on a Friday and I I called them up and they said bring it over. I got it towed there. They were understanding and jumped on the problem right away. It was repaired within an hour. I couldn't have asked for a better result.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

First experience at Tom s garage. Eric was very accommodating and went out of his way to help me on the coldest day of the year. He helped me jump my truck battery and charged a very fair price for the installation of a new one. He got me in right away and the service was super fast. I will definitely be going back. I had an excellent experience at Tom's. It all started when I had to have my car towed there because my alternator died and they fit me in, kept me informed of what was going on, took extra time with an issue to help me save money and then gave me options for when I thought my car was a goner. Both gentlemen working there were great and I would highly recommend anyone take their car there. I will definitely visit them again, hopefully not in an emergency situation though.

Tom s is the best. Super knowledgeable and as honest as they get. I always come here -- they get me in quick, everyone's friendly, great transparency, I've never felt pushed to pay for things I don't need -- in fact, they're actively helped me save money by fixing damaged rims/ordering used parts rather than ordering new... my super low profile car can't handle minor potholes, so these guys have undoubtedly saved me hundreds over the last few years. Highly recommend!

Tom and Eric are the best! I ve been bringing my Jeep up there for the past 5 years and they take such great care of it! Fair, honest, friendly and they always manage to fit me in ASAP as my Jeep loves to give me a lot of issues. Eric was fantastic. Communication was excellent and repair was also. I couldn't repair my car because of my hand injury and Eric got me right in and fixed it quickly. Can not recommend Tom's enough. Each time I have an injury and can't repair my vehicle myself, they have taken care of me asap. Thank you!

They always provide great customer service. They are honest with their work. When I bring my vehicle to them I don't have to stress because I know the job will be done right. They also let me know if there may be regular maintenance coming due soon or... Wouldn't trust anyone else with my vehicle like I do with Tom's Garage.

I had the best experience with Tom's Garage & Service Center. I came from Florida to Webster for a project for work and my car had some major trouble. I walked in Tom's Garage & Service Center not only the energy in Webster was amazing but Tom garage blew me away. I trust everyone in the shop to work not only on my car but also my grandparents vehicle. First time impressions is everything and this shop made me not even want to look anywhere else to get service done. I highly recommend everyone to come to this shop. I had a wonderful experience at Tom's Garage. Although I called last minute on Friday, they were able to get my car right in right away and were great at keeping me in the loop. I will definitely be taking my car back when i have issues in the future - they run a great, honest business.

We called AAA for a tow for one of our work trucks, an F-350, and Tom's was the responding garage. I'm not sure which guy we had, I think it was Tom, but he was great. He was friendly, helpful, pleasant, efficient, professional and most importantly he did it right. He even called to make sure he was dropping it at the right house since we weren't there yet. You don't get service like that anymore...Thank you! Highly recommend!

Had a great experience at Tom's. Didn't nickel and dime me. Quick fix while I waited. Came highly recommended by Marks Alignment. Will definitely use them again.

I called to see if I could get an inspection done on my car and got an appointment for the next day. My car was ready earlier than I expected. I was given paperwork with the recalls on my car, if I wanted to take care of them, in the future. Very professional I would definitely take my car to Tom's if it needed any repairs.

I always have a good experience when I bring my car in. Eric & Tom know what is needed to be done and they are very fair with the pricing. My family has bringing our cars to Tom's ever since I can remember. Tom has always fixed everything quickly and for a reasonable price. Whether its a fender bender or something more serious, he always gets it done, and without my dad fainting from the bill!! Thanks Tom :)

Work was finish quickly and well. Tom didn't try to upsell me on a bunch of services I didn't need. He did make some recommendations for some things to keep an eye on, but wasn't pushy about doing it.

Straight forward about the work. Polite to costumers. Getting in and out is a little difficult on the street but it's not about that. great quality, I have had two jobs done to two cars electrical issues and I couldn't have chosen a better place to go.
