The best shop I have ever dealt with for collision work!! Outstanding people. Daily text updates, excellent communication, outstanding work, ready when promised, and they cleaned my interior and washed/waxed my entire exterior as an extra bonus. Also, the process for providing a rental vehicle was easy and seamless! I highly recommend them!!

10came in with a front end dear hit on my 2018 LTZ, also previous damages prior to this accident. as measures took place, I was very unsure of the collusion. they handled everything, so i didn't. i sooner realized being burned in the past that i could trust them! outstanding work! to say! they had sent me the images, also texts and phone calls. keeping me informed on the processes. i was very pleased. i did not question anything, it was very clear, i was very happy with the communication. out of all the collision shops i have been too. this shop met all the requirements and went over and above to make sure their reputation was held to most highest standards,, I appreciate the work of Scotty's team. I highly recommend. one of the best places i have ever been too.

Scott s Auto Fixit was amazing! They did a difficult job for me and I couldn t be more pleased with the outcome. They have excellent communication and always kept me in the loop. They are very knowledgeable and have great customer service too!! I would highly recommend them, and wouldn t hesitate to use them again in the future. I can t thank them enough for all they did!!!!

We finally got everything in order to drop our truck off for repairs... she looks brand spanking new!!!!!! They sent us updates along the way so we always knew what was going on and got it done much faster than they originally said! 10 stars!!!!

What a surprisingly pleasant business!God forbid you get into a car accident, but if such unfortunate event has happened the n don't hesitate to contact Scott's auto fix.Very professional approach, they kept me informed on all of the steps that has been done to the car, professional mechanic Tim and the painter is phenomenal! Huge thanks to Kelly for conducting the repair in very timely manner.

After bringing my car to Scott s I couldn t be happier, they fixed my car to perfection, in a timely fashion, and were very thorough, attentive, and helpful in the whole process! If you get a fender bender I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here to get fixed.

Fixed the rust on my GMC pickup. It was a major repair requiring a rebuild of the box and replacement of the left front fender. I'm very please as the truck looks like it came from the factory. I chose Scott's to get my car repaired after a very minor accident and they definitely gave me an amazing experience. All the paperwork and insurance was handled beautifully on their part, and they did their best to help me understand how it all works (I'm in my 20's and know very little). Almost a year ago, some teens egged my car on 104, and I haven't had enough money to get it fixed. I figured it would still be a while until I would see that damage gone. The people here, fixed the damage from the accident (covered) and fixed where my car was hit with an egg, completely free of charge for me. It was so unnexpected and I am so grateful that they passed that kindness onto me. I even noticed they cleaned the inside of my car!! The mats, screen, dash board, mirrors, and other surfaces around the car. They even sprayed some new car smell inside. I was shocked and elated by the extra effort they put in for me. So thank you to everyone there! And if you read this, I hope you choose them too. They deserve it :)Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Caylee and the other technicians at Scotts were really a joy to work with. The communication while they had my vehicle was especially appreciated. This was a big job involving multiple shops and I am impressed with the attention to detail. I feel like I'm driving a brand new van! Great customer service. They helped me navigate some issues with the insurance company which I don't expect from most shops. They also helped me with some very reasonably priced non-warranty work and the quality was top notch. Highly recommend

My friend had recommended me to Scott's. I am glad he did because the service was great. Caylee was great and was very helpful throughout the process. I received frequent updates about the cars repair which was a great thing. I 10/10 recommend Scott's!

I took my car in to get it buffed out and repainted after it had gotten keyed. I was sent text updates through out the process which I greatly appreciated. My car looks as good as new after an $8k repair due to being rear-ended. Caylee (the owner) did a great job keeping me updated via text and also looking out for me with the insurance company - keeping them moving, picking better parts, etc.I also had them repaint the roof due to some peeling paint, a new color, and it looks FANTASTIC. Love it.There were a couple minor issues that may have just been some bad luck, but all was resolved quickly.

After visiting numerous body shops I can't begin to say how much I already appreciate this buisness. They are prompt, courteous, honest and absolutely reliable. I wish I could get this kind of service everywhere I went. While most body shops only want your money, the people at Scott's want your business and to be a satisfied customer. They are the best.

Been here twice, and they do an excellent job. Great attention to detail.Really appreciate being able to get text updates.Update: Got a mini detailing added to my repair and the car looks brand new inside. They managed to get all the dust and dog hair. Did a great job getting the cat litter out of my trunk I accidentally spilled.

My van got hit and needed a new rear bumper. They kept me well informed of the status and any delays (due to a part shortage and delivery issues beyond their control). Can't tell where the new part was replaced (paint job is perfect). We have used them twice (two different vehicles) and both times it comes back clean and unable to see where the damage was done. Even did a fantastic job with working with the insurance company (other person's company) and the car rental company because of the extension needed due to the part shortage. I would highly recommend Scott's Auto Fix It for your auto repairs. They did a great job on my repairs. The car looks as good as new! I also appreciated the continuous communication while my car was being serviced.

I ve had four jobs done by Scott s and each and every one was perfect. I just had my 2005 Mustangs hood repaired and painted. The paint match is amazing. While there I also had them repaint both bumpers and again the paint match on a 15 year old car was flawless. Caylee the office manager/ appraiser is a pleasure to deal with. They keep you well informed as to the progress of the job via text messages. Highly recommended!!

Best service for auto body work in our area. Professional and timely. Made scheduling easy and convenient. Our Jeep looks like the day we bought it off the showroom floor. Office manager commicated along the way so we knew what to expect. And was very competent and knows the insurance process very well. Pricing was competitive and made our decision that much easier.Body shop turned the job around without any extra hassel. Both were very professional and exceeded our expectations. I brought my vehicle to have "dings" or dents repaired. Scott got me scheduled very quickly. Even regardless of Scott's being closed for the week during my scheduled service, he still had someone come to fix my vehicle as scheduled. I was very happy with the service, customer support, and overall business. I would definitely look to go to Scott's again if I need any further assistance.

I took my car there on the recommendation of my mechanic/friend. So glad I did. I mostly worked with Caylee, who always went above and beyond to make sure I was informed and taken care of. I also met Scott, and Jerry who did the work on my car. He did a fantastic job on the repairs and they followed up to make sure the car works as it should and there are no leaks. I recommend them to anyone who needs auto body repairs.
