My vehicle was promptly serviced and customer service was EXCELLENT! As a consumer, I felt very comfortable with the explanation of quote and was grateful for prompt service. The Webster, NY crew provided outstanding customer care and I will definitely return for any additional mechanical needs for my car.

I want you to think about the last time you went to a garage and left feeling like you paid for things you 1. Had no idea were broken2. Did not feel needed to be fixed3. Felt like you overpayed for simple services.Now ask yourself - "Can't I just get what I need done and not pay an arm and a leg?"Now call up Monroe and get that experience for yourselves. Fantastic service. Affordable. And they even offer ways to pay it off over time if it's a big job. Can't reccomend em enough.

First of all, when I needed tires I was told when they would be on sale, so that saved me a lot of money-Secondly, I couldn t take the car in until a later date because I didn t have a ride.So I was unexpectedly given a ride home, and then a ride back to the shop when the tires were done! Unbelievably exceptional service!They have a customer for life!

I had a great experience at this place! The manager, Taba, was great and provided excellent assistance. Their pricing is fair and I ll definitely be returning for all my automotive needs.

I a scheduled a semi-synthetic oil change based on a a sale they had for 39.99. I was charged $80 for a synthetic oil change because they said they didn't have the proper viscosity for my vehicle in a semi-synthetic. Beware the bait and switch conducted here.

Had a tire blow out on the way home from work no one was open in my area spoke to Ethan and he said if I could get there by 6:30 he had a tire in stock and he would get my car fixed tonight. AAA towed me to his location and he had me back on the road before 7:00. Will definitely go back there again if I need any type of service that they provide. This is definitely what I call customer service.

Forest and his staff are AMAZING!!! They are friendly and honest and get the job done without issue.But why Monro .why are you making your employees work on the 4th of July?!?!? They should be with their families like every other repair shop allows.Think about it and give them the time!!!

I had unexpected car trouble while traveling in the Webster area, I took it to Taba Homad, (Service Manager). He and his crew did a great job getting me back on the road! I would very much recommend this location to anyone looking for capable and professional service!

The service was AMAZING, from the time I walked into the store until I walked out! First, the store smelled amazing, it doesn t smell like any other car/tire service center like old oil or rusted car parts. The young man in the front was very nice pleasant and very knowledgeable. I ll definitely be returning.

I had an emergent need for a tire repair on Memorial Day! There was a nail that penetrated the tire and I was heading out of town in just a few hours. Thanks to Taba and the mechanic, they were able to repair my tire asap! They were so accommodating, polite and helpful with my panic!I will now go to them with all my needs!I am so grateful!Thank you!

I had the pleasure of having two cars inspected this week at the Monro on Ridge Road in Webster. Everything went perfectly and the team was efficient and got the cars is in and out quickly. I highly recommend their service especially for New York State inspections.

I had an excellent repair experience at monroe muffler webster ny with my daughters Pontiac vibe. So nice I returned with my car 3 days later. The scheduling, repair work and check in out were excellent, honestly I was delighted !!

Taba and his team were excellent! I took my car in today to get two new tires, and they were able to order them and put them on the same day. Everyone was so friendly, and chatted with me while I waited for my car. I would recommend!

I have to hand it to Taba, the store manager. I got an oil change appt on line but found out they were overbooked ( call instead of scheduling online) when I arrived, but he graciously fit me in. Plus I needed a NYS inspection and he allowed that too besides being very busy and short one employee. He handled a couple of customers(one was upset he couldn t be accommodated) with finesse and professionalism! They are very short staffed but he never lost his cool. I m impressed by this young man in a difficult situation. Monro is lucky to have him! I ll be back for further service in the future.

Recently purchased a new (used) car, and brought it to Monro for an oil change and inspection. I also pointed out there was a small vibration in the steering wheel at high speeds and asked if they could check that out. Taba, the manager, explained that it probably needed a tire balance but that they would look into it. Turns out he was right and the tire balance completely fixed the issue. Couldn t be happier with the service and professionalism here. Thank you, Taba and team!

This past Monday I had my brakes worked on at Monro Auto in Webster New York. The manager, Almougtab Homed and mechanic Forrest were very professional and helpful. They kept me up to date through the whole process. I have managed large groups of people and they were both someone I would have wanted on my team!

We came in last minute on Saturday with a strange noise coming from our breaks. They were super nice and fit us in first thing Sunday morning. K. Friend was the guy that helped us. He was amazing. Told them we had an event at 3pm and they were done right on time. They were kind and helpful and did a great job. Super personable place. Prices were great and the staff was awesome. Would continue to recommend.

I have been a customer here for years - our business vehicles are also routine serviced at Monro, just at another location.Always good service and acceptable prices at Monro. The facility is well run.

I was able to get an exhaust repair on my car, they replaced only the parts that were bad. The car is old so I really didn't want to go with the complete replacement quote I got from a different shop for $1800.00. They were able to fix it for $520.00, thus keeping my old Toyota on the road which gets much better gas mileage then my pickup truck.

My car was towed in to the Webster location after hours. The manager,Taba, was helpful and communicated well and often. My repairs were done towards the end of the day and Taba even offered to stay after closing so I could pick up my car. Thank you to the whole crew.

Excellent care and Awesome customer service! Taba and his team will take great care of your auto needs. I stopped in to get my tires in stalled from Tire Rack and have been back ever since for inspection, oil change and will continue to go there for my auto needs!!!

I ve brought my car here many of times and I absolutely love the service. The manager Jeff and amazing crew is ALWAYS super friendly, knowledgable and reassures me that all my concerns will be met. The drive from Henrietta to Webster is absolutely worth it. I ll never go to another car shop. I wish I could give this review more than 5 stars.Signed,A forever customer.

Refused to deal with a warranty item. Doesn't want to deal with Silver Rock and would not do the work even though I cleared the work with the warranty providers. Manager was very unprofessional in his handling and suggested I go to a different Monro Auto Service center because he didn't want to "deal with the warranty claims anymore because it's a waste of my time". If they truly record their phone calls for quality purposes, they can hear the recorded conversation themselves.
