Took my truck here to get the bedside replaced. Owner told me it would be no problem and it would look like new once i got it back....... It took them multiple weeks to do the truck after being told one... I had to take it back multiple times just for them to paint it correctly. They skip steps to try to slam your vehicle out the door so they can make the most money on it. I got my truck back and within weeks the bedside rusted and started to peal paint off the side. Confronting the owner and he point blank told me that even if you take him to small claims court he wont loose out. He's actually done it multiple times......Further investigating the truck , i am missing multiple brackets and covers off the truck. The bedside isn't even bolted up with the original brackets and flops around now. Save your time and money and find someone who cares about their work unlike this place.

I've always feared taking any car to the body shop after hearing stories about huge repair bills and wonky results. I recently took my prized Porsche 911 to a few shops expecting a complicated and overly expensive repair estimate. MARS guys in Webster gave me a straightforward approach to the repair and a reasonable estimate of cost and schedule. What I got back exceeded my expectations!. These guys know what they are doing. Definitely recommend this shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

5 star quality work I trusted my Audi with Chris and his guys and they restored my car back to awesome shape in only 3 days his son did great paint work and I appreciate the time pride and effort they took into the work I needed done I highly recommend MARS collision

Tl;drThey don t stand behind their paint work which is not very good.I had the hood of a vehicle repaired painted in 2020 by MARS of Rochester. After having the hood painted my initial inspection found several inconsistencies in the paint which MARS of Rochester called fish eyes. They reassured me that this wasn t a problem. When I pushed to have the issue remedied I was told that it was a problem with improper surface prep. This communication was all done remotely with photos being sent. They then requested to see the vehicle. After trying to set something up I was told they are going to need a couple weeks We re gonna need a couple weeks. The reason those happened are because there s moisture in the air lines. So if we paint it again now it ll happen again. We re installing an air conditioning unit in our air compressor which will take care of the problem Over a month goes by with no response I reach back out and was reassured that those defects wouldn t be a problem and they didn t repaint my hood. Now the paint on the hood is peeling all around the spot the defect was repaired and where the fish eyes were. I reached back out and was told That s totally fine. Like I said, we painted that hood over 2 years ago. We don t warranty work beyond 2 years, for the reason that many factors can contribute to paint coming off/peeling off of a car. Stone chips are the most common cause of that. The defects before were called fish eye. They happen when something gets trapped in the solvent. That was sanded completely and repainted. You can post a review if you d like, but unfortunately since it has been 2 years there s nothing we can do free of charge. I thought we did. If we didn t it s because you didn t reach back out to set that up. Like I said, this isn t something we could fix free of charge due to the time frame. NYS requires work to be warrantied for 90 days after repair. We are well beyond that. Have a nice day. Not only does the story change multiple times about the paint job they don t even stand behind their work and redo it.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I took my vehicle in for collision work twice. The first time I was very impressed with both the work done and the affordability and the fact that I did not need to go through my own insurance to pay for the work. I was able to pay out of pocket the first time.The second time I brought my car in, I was pretty disappointed. The work they did was very good, but I was disappointed in the honesty and integrity of how the insurance claim was handled. I was originally given a very low estimate by MARS for the repair work. However, when the insurance company gave me their estimate, it was much higher. When I went to pay for the finished repair work at MARS, I was given a much higher/different total than I was originally quoted by them. How convenient that the new total cost as much as the insurance check I was given. It was a very dishonest financial exchange and b/c of this, I m sorry to say they have lost my business and recommendation.

Cracked the side mirror in my new car. Got his name from my insurance guy. Took pics & emailed nd I took it in to be looked at. Told I needed a new mirror. I asked him to call when he had a price and I never heard back. Called 2x and got no return call. ,

Honest hard working guys, did a great job on my CLA. It had multiple dings and scratches and they were able to tackle majority of them. Quality work.
