Mark's Alignment is a great place to take your car. It's more than just Alignments. But his Alignment work is top notch. You'll get paperwork that shows your Alignment settings before and after. I feel Mark is fair and honest. He'll gladly give his opinion on your car without feeling pressured. So you can go there feeling comfortable knowing someone with great car knowledge is working on your car. Don't neglect your car and go to Mark's.

2024Q1 Update 5 (6 if i could): Despit crazy inflation, Mark's prices remain very fair. In fact, he's 15% cheaper than the independent garage I take my car to in Fairport. Even if Mark was 15% more, I'd still drive to Webster for my 4-wheel thrust angle alignment. FYI, for 2024 Mark decided to no longer perform NYSIs, but it's still the great place it has always been.2023 Update: 5 Better than ever. Got to wait with the car. Done before I could finish my coffee. Also, because I was interested, Mark explained my alignment in more detail. Fair price, given how everything is so inflated these days.2017 4 : When I need an alignment done RIGHT, this is the place, no question. Maybe a little more expensive, no coupons or deals, and often little option to wait with the car (have to it drop off and leave it). Those very minor detractors (makes it more like 4.5 stars) are because he's busy due to being in high demand based on his reputation, and because this is a sole proprietorship, meaning the guy at the counter, under your car, and most importantly the person responsible for the job quality, customer satisfaction and business success, are one and the same. No role of the dice as to what level of operator skill you get with the alignment machine. No erroneous prealignment results that may sell you more work than you need. No problems with complex alignment issues. I'd trust Mark as much as or more than a dealer, and in that case, at a way better price. All the local independent garages I know of that don't have their own alignment machine will send your car to Mark's after they do work requiring an alignment.

I've been bringing our family's cars to Mark for 30 years. Mark cares more about the customer than he does profits. Regardless of the situation, he always provides full analysis, and offers the low cost option (do we need to just get by?) or full service repair (better off in the long run).If you value your automobile, then you'll appreciate Mark's professionalism and quality of service.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Brakes

Have been going to Mark for years, he is by far the best mechanic I have ever worked with. He is always honest with me about my vehicles condition. He has always been upfront about what is wrong and then told me the best and most practical solution. He has been in the business a long time and is extremely knowledgeable. Now that he runs a smaller shop if my car needs work done that he doesn't do himself he has provided me wonderful references who are always professional and knowledgeable. I couldn't be happier with his service not to mention he is a kind and understanding person always willing to talk me through the best options for my vehicle. If I could give him 6 stars I would. Thank you Mark for your years of help and support, finding a mechanic who cares about their customers hasn't been easy for me and Mark has change that for me and I will always be grateful!- Ben

I used to work in the office of an auto repair shop and the owner used Mark whenever possible for his customers' alignments. Now, as a customer, I understand why -- it's because he's straightforward kind of guy who specializes in brakes & alignments, does the work himself and has seen it all. The shop is super clean and organized, he communicates well about pricing and options for repairs and when your vehicle will be ready. Not the cheapest option, but I need a mechanic I can trust. I am, in fact, making an appointment to get my car inspected there today :)Services: Wheel alignment, Brakes

I just moved to the area, and needed some work done on my car. I chose Mark's based off of the great reviews, and I am SO happy that I did! Speedy service, fair pricing, and great customer service. Six stars! Have been taking my car to Marks for several years. He's honest, trustworthy and fair which is especially important to a single female. In my recent transaction we socially distanced and I later noticed an attachment to my bill. He included a Wal-Mart gift card with a note referencing the virus. It was suggested that either I could use it or pay it forwardWhat a guy!

I called for an alignment and not only were they polite but also very understanding and extremely professional. I was able to drop my car off the same night and pick it up first thing in the morning. I highly recommend this business especially cause of there no contact with the customers due to covid-19. They explain everything to you and everything is set up over the phone. My car was done right in a timely manner and done correctly. They also have reasnable prices. I'm very satisfied with how well my car drives now thanks guys.

I brought my car in to be fixed due to my new calipers and rotors making noise. I walked in and Mark was able to make time to look at my car within the same day. This place looks professional inside and out which is surprising for a one man operation. I got a call back from Mark around noon and was told that I needed new rotors and some other things, but gave me different options at different price points. Mark is honest and doesn't B.S. extra things on for the sake of more money, he will say if something is coming up to be fixed, but won't force or scare you into buying it. Going the extra mile is what I'm looking for in any business and this guy knows his stuff. With the added benefit it's a small business.

Went here on advice from ex and my bro who works for GM. Felt my breaks were "spongy," car pulled to right ( even after new tires) and vibrating with stopping.He was very honest and didn't think I needed an alignment, but I wanted it. HE WAS RIGHT (I didn't ). I have a Subaru, which is all wheel drive. So it is different than other cars( because I would compare it to my mom's car, etc). Now.. onto breaks. He advised changing the rear breaks only. He told me to call him in a few days to give me feedback. PS He also rotated tires to rule out that issue. Immediately I could feel a difference. GO LOCAL AND NOT CHAIN AND SEE and drive THE DIFFERENCE! Thank you! So pleased with my Subaru and your service!!
