I just got my third Jeep from Marina Dodge. I always worked with Shane (the thumbs up Guy) but it s always a team effort when making deals happen. Shane is always good at finding the right car for you. He s not pushy to make a sale and always keeps it straight up. Fast and easy process. I got my first inspection and oil change for free with my new jeep.

Good people. We had a good buying experience. Bought used but VERY clean! Shout out to Carlos for being experienced and knowledgeable and in our best interest instead of the same run of the mill "get the numbers and forget the customer" like many dealers do!

I worked with Shane for a few days as I decided what I wanted to do as far as my lease went. Shane did a lot of research for me, talked me through my options yet made sure I got into a car regardless. I am very happy with my choice! Once my lease is up, I am definitely returning to Shane for something to purchase. Everyone at Marina Webster was pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend!

Marina of Webster has definitely found a new customer who will be back for more vehicles than just this one. Purchased a 2020 Ram Warlock 1500 Classic and worked with Kevin Kordas. There was no pressure, there were no weird vibes and for once it wasn t about the sale. The dealership as a whole was more respectful than the large franchises I ve been to as all of the employees acknowledged me and spoke. I wasn t just a possible buyer , regardless of what mindset I came in with they treated me as if I had been going there for years. The finance department was sharp and on their game as well, I was highly impressed and figured I wouldn t purchase certain things but his presentation changed my mind completely. It s an investment, sometimes we have to pay more than we planned to make something worth it. Thank you Marina of Webster for the great truck and buying experience!!

Had an amazing experience! They took me right in. very easy and not a long wait. There was a free shuttle service offered which I did not use but I think it's a fantastic perk for people who need it. The service advisor David was very pleasant and helpful with questions I had during my visit. Thanks!

My wife and I have worked with Carlos and Jay twice now. We have had wonderful experiences both times. They really worked with us to get into a vehicle that worked for our family at a price we were able to afford. Will definitely go back to them when we need a new car.

I had a recall done at their Webster location on Monday. I received a call that my car was almost done but that I needed a new battery. He quoted me between $250-$300 for a new battery. I declined and decided to take it to Firestone (next door). Firestone checked my battery at no cost to me and came back with my battery being good and normal. Firestone also informed me that Marina left all my gaskets open.This is not the first time Marina has tried to take money from me. Only reason I took my car to Marina is for the recall and since I purchased my Jeep there in 2015 I get free oil changes and free inspection. For all other services I go to Firestone!! Watch out for these big dealers.

Bought my first real car from Tom Fitz after he walked in to my hair salon one day and we got to talking about my beater. I have since recommended him to multiple people that have subsequently bought from him, and I still do his hair! He makes it easy and enjoyable and is really up front about everything.

This was the BEST car buying experience EVER !!!!. Shane was my salesman and he is the "thumbs up" guy. I highly recommend this dealership. I went to several dealerships looking to lease and they all told me leasing is not an option. Went to Marina and left the same day with a 2024 !!!!

Buyers beware. If you're considering buying a car from this dealership , double check everything! especially the car fax! Test drove a car. after, I asked about the carfax and was told it was clean, no accidents. Came back the next day to purchase the car, This time I noticed a little Difference in paint color, and alignment, asked again about the car And was told that I already asked why asked again?I said I want to see it, and turned out the car had been in an accident. So they lied and tried to hide that the car had been wrecked. Dishonest and sneaky.Go Somewhere else.

Carlos the car connect is just as it says got me into a car when I thought I had no hope was very patient and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I got not just the car but all the information that I needed! Like I said 5 stars excellent customer service and really went that extra mile I would definitely recommend marina dodge to anyone with good or bad credit they will get you into a car and make sure you feel good about it!Thanks again Carlos the car connect!!

I want to thank Mr. Juan Gonzalez at Marina for hooking me up with this Jeep Rene! He made my entire experience from start to finish hands down the best dealership experience I have ever had. Had a small hiccup with the financing originally. However, with that being said Tony Jr and his team went above and beyond to take care of it and ensure that I had a good experience. Very happy with the new vehicle/deal I was able to obtain, no complaints!!

Today I went to marina dodge because my van is breaking down, I didn't want to wait for my brother-in-law so I went alone and had a horrible experience. After the guy asked me what I needed I said I wanted to test drive a Ram 1500. Before anything he started with the "payments will be like 1k a month" without knowing my situation. Then he asked if I was coming in to test drive for a promotion, if so we don't need to do all of that we can talk to someone else to fill out for a promotion. I said "no I was looking before I found any promotion" He also asked if I was coming into some money" I replied with I was putting 10k down and he said "oh thats better" all of it in a very unfriendly, condescending and unwelcome tone and manner. All in all I will never step into any Marina, Cortese type dealerships. Go elsewhere avoid these guys.

Purchasing a car during this pandemic has been quite a challenge. I knew what I wanted, however, no one seemed to have anything in stock or didn t want to take the time to make an appointment to chat. That all changed when we happened to fall into Nick Inzinna s lap. He was available on a Saturday! That was a plus. He had Jeep Compasses on the lot! Ding, Ding! He took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave me several option to choose from. He let me test drive several different vehicles before we even talked numbers. His professionalism, patience and time was truly appreciated. The team at Marina Auto Group is definitely top notch! Thanks Nick.

I suggest you go anywhere else. Everything the sales guy said he was going to do, he didn't. Getting someone on the phone to find out if they were open on Columbus day took three phone calls after being sent to voicemail repeatedly. I paid extra for the ziebert and left the car an additional week to get done as the salesman said. Upon picking up the vehicle I learned I paid extra to make my own appointment. Just got my title with an additional Lien holder from a bank I've never worked with. Smh. Called that bank, they have no record of me. Called the dealer and I've Already waited an hour for a call back.

Chose Marina after 25 years with Vision couldn t be happier with our Jeep & our salesperson, Kevin was great to work with. Made the whole process very easy & little time was spent! Would recommend Kevin & Marina to anyone. Although, they do need more female representation in the sales & above roles!

How in Gods name I was shown a truck that cost more than the truck I have 23 with less amenities and coast 4k more? The truck literary was bare minimum in comparison but was 4k more than the truck I have with everything but a sunroof. Some one help that make sense to me.
