I have taken my car to Jiffy Lube on multiple occasions and each experience is amazing! They are always super helpful and answer all of my questions/concerns! After any service, they tell me in detail the maintenance I have received or what services I need done. After I cash out, I m always led to my car! I ve interacted with Dan S. and Blade W. the most when I bring my car in and they are both so courteous and kind! I so highly recommend bringing your vehicle here!

Not very Jiffy at all. The guys do a good job but they re clearly way overworked and understaffed. Six hours for a 20 minute NYS inspection. That s pretty sad. We won t be back. We should build another understaffed oil change garage right down the street that will equally perform. I wonder what they will do with these places in a few more years when they re all out of business.

I don't know if he was the manager or not but a gentleman named Dan who was extremely friendly and helpful. Over the top in fact. I would have hired that guy in a minute. He is a great asset to your company.

I cannot recommend this shop highly enough. I went in to get a quick oil change before embarking on a road trip, and when it was discovered that my brake pads and rotors were nearly to the metal-on-metal point, they were able to install new ones immediately, with no wait. The managers were super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be going back for future services.

The service here is phenomenal. I had scheduled a NYS inspection at another shop only to have it canceled by the shop twice so I turned to Jiffy Lube. I was given an appointment for the very next day (could ve had day of my call but I wasn t available at the time they had). As soon as I arrived I was met outside by my car and led into the building where I was able to make a coffee and finish checking in. The staff were friendly and attentive and got my car in and out in 20min for the inspection! Not only were they quick and efficient, but they also led me back to my car at the end. I have never had such a nice experience at a car shop before. I highly recommend going here.

Showed up with no appointment. They were very quick to get my car in and out for oil change and tire rotation. Blade was very polite and knowledgeable. He kept me updated threw out my wait time and was honest and open about what my car needed. I had never been there before but look forward to it in the future.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I brought my truck in for service today and was pleasantly surprised by the how quickly I was taken care of. Blade, was professional and courteous and the waiting room was comfy with fresh coffee and cocoa!Two thumbs up!!

I needed my brake light changed over the weekend, Blade and Dan were amazing with getting me right in and getting it taken care of! Cannot recommend this place enough!! They are amazing!!

Great service, did not try to seek me on anything I didn't need, just the good ole air filter and gas tank cleaner, but I opted out at this time and they didn't push!

This place is amazing! They inform you of everything going on with the vehicle, and keep you updated throughout the whole process. The General Manager really cares and takes the time to ensure you know exactly what is going on with your vehicle. Staff is kind and answer all questions, and if they don't know the answer they go and ask someone who does and get you the answer promptly. When it comes to pricing I really felt like I was in great hands, had no feeling that they were trying to pull one over on me. They explained the cost of everything and even helped me out with a coupon so I ended up paying less than anticipated! This was a nice surprise. All in all this place deserves a 5 star review. Will definitely be coming here for all my vehicle needs!

Everyone was friendly and helpful! Blade and Dan were fantastic and knowledgeable throughout the process. They gave me suggestions and tips that were helpful. Absolutely recommend going here to have your car taken care of.

I really enjoy coming here to get my 2022 F150 worked on. Kyle is great and only recommends what is needed for my truck. Everyone is always super friendly and down to earth. Thanks for always taking good care of my truck <33

All was good the first two times I had oil changes. Was really going to see about them doing my fleet of 50 pickups until I have been trying to get an inspection and oil change. For 4 weeks now I cannot get them to schedule one on a Friday or Saturday it is always a different story each time. Obviously they don t want the business.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I took my car to get an oil change at another jiffy lube. The techs wouldn t touch it because there was an oversized drain plug put in and didn t want to risk cracking the oil pan. This location (Webster) was the last place to change my oil. As a result, I have to get a new oil pan. The manager admitted that they put oversized plugs in all the time. They don t care. I ve had my car since 2019 and get regular oil changes. I ve never had this issue before. That was the first time I went to a jiffy lube, before I ve always gone to local mechanics. Don t go here.

My Experience at the New Jiffy Lube on Ridge and Jackson was Fantastic!!! I drove past two Jiffy Lubes to visit this location!! I visited it the last time I needed an oil change and was so impressed with the cleanliness and level of service I had to come back.. I will recommend it to everyone!!!

Great staff. Took my car here after the dealer told me was gonna cost 1000 dollars. They fixed what was wrong at half the cost. Service manager even went the extra mile an made sure a few other things were in order. WouldHighly recommend.
