Most places tend to keep the snide remarks about customers until after they're out the door, but this location is so committed to prompt service that they'll fire off a quip before you're even out of earshot.I only knew my vehicle made it there and service was completed because I called hours after it was towed to check in, and I only knew how much the repair cost (after they did it already) because I asked before being cordially hung up on. Good thing it was just a $25 patch.They get some stars because the product and quality of work is great for the price, but I'll send the tow truck to another Goodyear location the next time my tire decides to pick up a sharp object.

Went in for a NYS Inspection and an oil change. Truck wouldn t pass due to a broken stabilizer link which was literally replaced exactly one year ago to the day! I have my doubts that it was even broken as the truck wasn t making the noise it was a year ago and asked to see the part. Manager said he would have to dumpster dive to get it. Unfortunately I had my family waiting so I didn t take him up on it. My wife takes the truck home and hours later I notice the inspection sticker is on completely out of line. Now maybe to some it s not a big deal...but it s about attention to detail!! If they can t handle putting a sticker on straight how can they handle the bigger ticket items??!! I m totally disappointed and will never be going back. So much for the convenience of having the place so close.

I want to thank the employees at Goodyear on Empire Blvd. The store owner Barry was very nice and met all of my needs concerning my vehicle. The mechanic Daniel did an amazing job with my vehicle and my car drives beautifully now. I called yesterday to set up an appointment for today and they had everything ready for me before I arrived. I had ALOT of work that needed to be done and they got it all done within 5 hours. They were very helpful and professional and I would recommend them to anyone. I left their shop feeling safe, confident, and very pleased with the services provided. Thank you all again I will continue to be a faithful customer!!

Came in for a quote to get new breaks and tires. The store gave me a great quote and we re supper friendly and really helped me find what I was looking to do can t wait to get service done there!

Been going here for general maintenance and repairs for more than 20 years. They never fail to take exquisite care of my vehicle and go above and beyond to make sure their customers are always satisfied. Their mechanics are first rate and I trust all of them to work on my vehicle. Highly recommend them for all your automotive needs.

Don't come here unless you want to pay for their mistakes. 2017 legacy with less than 50k miles. Bought 4 new assurance tires and they charged $100 for a wheel stud they stripped. Never dealing with Goodyear anywhere, ever again.

Highly recommended. Called right before close after blowing a tire on way home from work. Barry welcomed me walking in last minute, assessed the tire and explained to me the right course. Fair price and A+ customer service including timely follow up calls on status. This is your place when you need service.

Last year I purchased the Goodyear Exhilarate tires for my 2007 Corvette. In September, I had the pleasure of being able to take a few laps around the Watkins Glen international race track.I was extremely pleased with the grip of these tires. In fact, not one time did they break away in a turn, nor did I experience any spin. They stuck to the road exactly as I was hoping for.The tires that I purchased were the non-runflat tires. They are definitely as quiet as any other tire I ve had on the car.I typically work with Barry and Frank on all of my tire needs, oil changes, and inspections. These guys are truly professional, courteous and are a pleasure to work with.I would recommend this Goodyear store in Webster and the Goodyear exhilarate tires for any sports car.

I had an issue with tires and Barry resolved the problem exceeding my expectations. He was not going to let me leave until I was 100 percent satisfied. I was! These guys are knowledgeable, and want to make sure you are a happy customer. They are now my go to guys!

I went in for an inspection and blinker bulb replacement. All the guys there were very respectful and professional. They did not try to up-sell me or push any other work; however, they did let me know of concerns they had. While I was there, another customer came in complaining about his car shaking and wanted a tire rotation. The manager explained to him that due to snow and ice, it can cause a car to shake and went out to look at the car. Most places would've just made the appointment and taken the money. But the manager really cares about customers and the reputation of the store. I haven't seen customer care like this in a long time. They have found a lifelong customer in me.

went for an inspection and they told me my right back break was metal-to-metal, but i just had the breaks replaced a few months ago. so we bring it home and put it on the lift, only to see that my breaks are totally fine. now i am out $20 and without an inspection sticker.

Got a decent deal online for some wheels & tires for my car. But I also got a pricey lesson in the fact that most of these custom wheels nowadays are "reverse mounted" meaning that, due to the configurations of these wheels, they have to mount the tire from the back of the wheel. As a result, not many tire shops will touch them as in most cases it require$ a $pecial machine. With that, expect to pay up to $45/per for mounting and balancing, that was the going price I was finding everywhere. Good Year Auto Service did it all for me for only $25 each, got me right in and got the job nicely done in short order and saved me between $20 to $60. Thanks!

The shop is reasonably priced for mounting and balancing and they stand behind their work. I had a tire pressure sensor replaced and afterwards my individual tire pressure readout system wasn't working. They diagnosed it as the Lexus system needing an oem sensor and replaced it again and had the system back working properly. The team is very friendly and professional.

This has been my goto tire shop for around 20 years. I really have had no issues and nice people to work with. Just FYI - I have only used them for tire and oil change.I think they still work with Tire Rack so you can get tires shipped to them directly. Sorry, no Tirerack but their prices are only a few dollars different.

My whole family takes their cars to this Goodyear location. They give an honest report of what is needed to fix your car, their prices are fair, and they do everything they can to get the work done in a timely manner. Can't say enough good things about them.

I took my car for the alignment on Thursday night and they agreed to do it without appointment,since it was hot outside all the garage doors were open so i was walking around to see how they doing it, the mechanic lifted my car and got biggest wrench to loose the rusted bolts and nuts ( i noticed he did not put any corrosion dissolving liquids) then with all the force he pulled on it and BROKE THE ALIGNMENT BOLT, without saying a word he went to the manager and told her what happened, the manager came to me and told that they broke it and have no replacement and have to order it from a dealer.i agreed but i did not know it will take about 2 weeks. plus they said they will charge me for labor.every day i was calling them to find the progress on the shipping on it and they told me they will contact me with ALL updates,well 1.5 weeks passed and i went there to get final answer. When I was there talking they say " oh yea the bolt is here there you go"DO NOT GO THERE, SAVE YOUR SELF FROM TROUBLE AND STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Excellent! Clean, friendly and even offer free, full-sized bottled water and a Keurig. Service was super quick as well. This will be my new "go to" for tires and service.

Goodyear has been servicing my cars for over 10 years at this location. They have always gone out of their way to be fair, reasonable and attentive to details. Highly recommended.

Brought a used flat to them. They said they couldn't fix it. Told me they could order a new tire. Basically sounded like they didn't want to deal with it. I brought it over to a nearby auto shop which fixed the tire and took care of it. Not sure if I'll come here again.

what a joke of a shop, stripped my oil pan and didn't take responsibility of it just shrugged it off and said it was a common issue. which it isn't, if it was a common issue everyone would be replacing their oil pan every time they replace their oil.

Had an appointment... They were ready for me and oil change and tire rotation done in 25 minutes. Great!
