Nicest, most honest tire repair store. While I completely trust the Brand Firestone, the people who work at this location sincerely go beyond their call of duty. They always greet me by name. They feel like my "Tire Family" and if their schedule is full, will wait a couple of extra days to go there, rather than going to another location. Thank you for your kindness and exceptional work.

GO ELSEWHERE. Id give this place no stars if that was an option. Made an online appointment for Saturday for four tires with new valve stems and an alignment check and state inspection. Called and tried confirming the appointment Wednesday but was placed on hold for a long time so i had to wait till Thursday to confirm. I Dropped off my vehicle at 930am and told the sales man the appointment was for 10 and we were going to do some running around and well come back at 3 to pick it up. Well 3 came and they didn t start working on it. Went to a birthday party and I called again around 5 to see if it was done since they close at 6 and they were just waiting on the inspection. Received an email at 545 about the courtesy check with the rear brakes being low and the tires worn badly. I got there at 5:45 and waited. Then I was told it would fail inspection for the one rear brake pad being metal on metal. Which is understandable. Ive been doing inspections and repairs for decades. If they would ve called around the time my appointment was about the brakes we would ve considered doing the brakes and rotors but they waited till after closing time to mention about the brakes. Then they proceeded to try to tell me that i would be charged again for a new york state inspection for having them reinspect it. Ive done inspections at multiple registered shops and only had to charge for a reinspection if that customer had the initial inspection done else where.Upon checking on my receipt the alignment was never checked and nothing was on the receipt for the valve stem kit. There was a 10% coupon for the tires I purchased that was applied and the old valve stems are still on the vehicle.So what was the out the door pricing without the valve stem kits. Pay attention to details they ll try getting one over on you.

Mike is an excellent manager! My appointment for an oil change and tire rotation ended up taking longer than expected (just under 2 hours). I could hear him explaining to a customer on the phone that they were short staffed that day when I first walked in. He came over to update me that they ran out of my oil type and were working to get more and then offered me an excellent discount on this service as well as my next service as compensation for my time. He was personable, professional, and made me feel like my time and business were important. He earned a customer for life. Thank you Mike.

Let s just say Firestone is the best, they solved a problem with a battery that kept losing its charge in one quick visit. The company that sold me a battery did not install it properly and left negative terminal loose.

I had to make a total of 7 visits to this location to get my yearly inspection completed, annd only 1 repair was required to pass. First day, I bring my car in. Second day, I m told they ordered the wrong part. Third and fourth days, even with a scheduled appointment, they tell me they don t have time mind you, this is happening all while I m taking time off work and leaving my car with them for 8+ hours each time. Fifth day, repair and inspection are complete but I find out a few days later while looking at my windshield that they didn t even give me the new sticker. I spend over a week calling day in and day out without anybody answering their phones to resolve this error. My sixth visit was coming back in person to ask for the sticker only for them to say they have to clear my car for inspection AGAIN but they didn t have time AGAIN. On the seventh visit I was finally complete with what I came in for nearly a month earlier. I have never had such a terrible experience like this EVER. Will never visit this location again.

I've been using this Firestone location for years since 2015. At first, it was for convenience due to working nearby. I was able to drop off my vehicle and pick it up when I got out of work or when I was on lunch. Which made it very convenient for me at the time. I longer work in the area and still take my vehicle to this location for my oil changes and maintenance, even though I have 2 other Firestone locations closer to my home.I absolutely love their lifetime alignment service they offer. Since going to this location, I have had 4 vehicles that I would have serviced here, and each one I paid for the lifetime alignment. After having your vehicle alignment done 2x, it pays for itself. The lifetime alignment comes in handy when you have teenage children, that you are trying to teach how to drive. It has been a costsaver when I was teaching my 2 daughters how to drive. Their customer service has always been excellent. Ken and Mike have never tried to over offer me services, unlike other places. When they tell me I have something wrong with my vehicle, I tell them I will speak with my sister about it ( she is a certified mechanic), and they are always polite and professional with their response with " that is OK, we want to make sure you are OK with our services, speak with her and get back to us about it to let us know if she is going to do it or if you want us to do it". Other places I have gone to in the past would try to pressure me into getting the recommended service done with them and not even consult with my sister. This Firestone has never made me feel pressured into a service and always respected me when I would get a second opinion about said service. Prices seem reasonable to me and not overpriced. Going here gives me peace of mind knowing I will be treated with respect as a woman and as well as knowing if the repair is not done right, they will fix their mistakes in a timely mannor and not blame you for the mistake. I highly recommend this Firestone location.

Mike and his team are really awesome. I was 400 miles away from home and got a giant screw stuck in my tire. Mike made time for me on a Sunday afternoon on a holiday weekend. Took no time at all and only cost me $20.00. Mike was super caring and down to earth and the service was incredible. I wish I could find more auto shops like this at home!Service: Tires

I was in the car today taking my little sister back to college, and I figured with my new only one month old firehawk tires I would be okay. I soon found out I was wrong, I fish tailed on the highway with hundreds of other cars and quite literally my sister and myself could've died today. I went on the website to make an appointment for an open time slot and was declined. Please don't get your tires here, they won't last, especially if you have recieved their alignment because they don't know how to do them.

Awesome customer service! Received 4 brand new all season tires and installation here a few weeks back. I wish I could remember the gentleman s name that helped my dad and I out, he was fantastic! (Maybe I can find my paper receipt somewhere and update this later if I find his name on there)!UPDATE:Of course I have no idea where the paper receipt is

I have gone here multiple times. Service sometimes takes longer than estimated, but they do a good job and the staff is professional and keep you updated on your timing.

Oh I love this place. Since I started to drive for Uber and Lyft...I been going to Firestone for all my maintenance work on both my rides. If they can't fix it they will let u know who can. If u have a problem w your ride they will not give up and they will find where the noise is coming from. I give them 5 plus more.

I had a flat tire, I just needed a new one mounted on a rim, they're able to meet me in and get it done quickly so I can get on my appointments for the day. Very friendly and accommodating!

Customer service was excellent from Ken and Matt. Very honest and friendly. Explained everything clearly. Straight forward no bs, was given honest feedback and what would be an issue down the line vs urgent issues.Prompt service. Lot of work done quick. Very trustworthy will be going back.

Terrible sevice first they tried charging my dad 6,000 for a $1,600 job. They said they orderd a part from buffalo waited almost a month go to get the part and its the wrong 1 terrible people i would reccomend going to mavis discount tire anyday over these losers

This is a very professional efficient shop. Always ready to go at your appointment time. One of the few that actually drains the oil from the pan. Others pump it out from the dipstick, including many dealers. Get your tires here and get free rotation while you have an oil change.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

I recently needed tires and was calling around. BMW wasn't helpful, another place promised to call back and never did. Matt at Firestone got me squared away really quickly, answered my questions, set me all up. Like he clearly wanted my business and wanted a happy customer. Got me the tires I wanted quickly, alignment, inspection, price was good, boom all set. Can't complain about nothing.Older review: Called once, asked to hold. Was disconnected after like 2 min. Called again asked to hold by same person and was never answered after 5+ minutes. I then came in person like 15 minutes before closing time to ask for help to repair a flat tire, but they were closing for the night and said sorry. I get that everyone wants to go home and end the shift but fixing that tire would have really helped me out. I would have appreciated not having to waste like 10 minutes on the phone though holding.Dropped off tire overnight, they got it patched. Guy told me it would be like 21$, turned out to be $31. They never called me back either to tell me it was done, I had to call myself to request a status update. I guess they get the job done but I wouldn't say it was outstanding customer service.
