I wanted to share this that this Firestone on Empire has the best employees and make you feel comfortable at this store. The service was the best that I have ever had and the technician s knowledge was fantastic. They give you the best price compared to other places. I take both of my vehicles there and the service was fast and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone that needs car repairs.

This shop took 3 days to get a part and charged me 3x as much as MSRP for it, all this after I had an appointment and told them exactly what the issue was. They blamed their supplier for listing incorrect inventory day 1, not on the truck day 2, and about another half day on the 3rd day. They charge a diagnostics fee AND a vehicle inspection fee. They also don t work with warranty companies and make you pay full price then go try to get reimbursed. Turns out the reason for that is they overcharge on parts and, when confronted, they say that s what it costs me. I have had the same warranty company for over 7 years on multiple vehicles and I have NEVER had a problem with reimbursement, but all the shops I have worked with in the past actually do it right and don t scam the customer. I will be returning to my prior shop as this was more convenient at the time. This shop is one you should avoid, as you can see by their empty lot. They are more interested in gouging customers over a couple hundred dollars than earning their loyalty. Oh, they did help me sign up for their credit card tho!!! I m sure they got a kick back from that too. Waste my time and my money and pass the blame . My car isn t even fixed correctly.

Best shop in town. Have been taking my car here since they opened and never had a bad experience. I usually work with Mirsad, he is very knowledgeable, always gets my car done quickly, and takes a minute to talk to me about what he did or recommends. I ve recommended this shop to friends and family members and now they bring their cars here too.

I was looking for a more aggressive tire for my Toyota Tundra. I pass this store everyday on my way to and from work. Once I saw a sign out front for an Epic Sale I decided to take the time to make a call and see what they had to offer. Salesman was pleasant to deal with and that is hard to find these days.

I have had my shared of bad experiences at Firestone in the past however when I heard Luis was back I had to go back! I have followed him to every branch he is at. His customer service is always exceptional and he makes sure that his team pays attention to detail. I never feel sales pressured when I go to bring my car in but I always know that Luis and his techs will let me know about safety concerns or future problems that may occur. Thank you for being caring and transparent on every visit!

Just wanted to share how much i appreciate the guys at this firestone store. I had to get tires done on short notice, they got me in right away and got the tires done. The waiting area is updated and clean, highly recommended.

I get all my servicing done at Firestone. You cant beat the service you get from them, especially their manager Lou. He is a man of integrity and I trust him to look out for my vehicles knowing they transport my family. Thank you for all you do!

Ask for Mirsad, he is the best! I've taken my BMW to him for a couple of years now and he has literally saved me thousands since I don't have to take it to the dealership anymore. Not many places will work on BMW, and he is SO knowledgable. This is the only place I will bring my car now.

This new spot amazing. Excellent customer service ask for the Manager Luis Pichardo. He s always smiling and willing to help you. Note: please put lights to the Firestone Red letter sign, very easy to pass the store with out notice it.

Went to this place for over a decade when it was Tire World and was very happy with it. When it switched over to Firestone earlier this year, the oil changes almost doubled and the hourly rate went up over 25%. Was shocked to learn an oil change on my Toyota cost $130 and they tried to upsell me the whole time (wipers, filters, etc). Their best technician, Randy, who had been there for as long as I had gone there, clearly wasn't happy with the change over because he left shortly after too. Really disappointed to see how quickly it went downhill with the new company....

I had an emergency blow out on one of my rear tires, I called the store and the manager Lou got me right in. The tire got done quickly and I was able to get back on the road to pick up my daughter. Everyone was very friendly and courteous, Thank You!!

We called to schedule an appointment to bring our Buick Enclave in for brake service. We were told they could see us immediately. David, Service Manager very friendly and respectful. Shout out to Royce our Technician - he was helpful and very knowledgeable. Thank you for excellent service.

I had service performed at this location several times when it was Tire World and I was always satisfied. So I called to schedule an appointment for Aug. 6, 2023 for a NYS inspection and an oil change, not realizing it had changed over to Firestone until the call was picked up. Since I've never had an issue with Firestone, I went ahead with scheduling the appointment. When I arrived, they informed me they didn't have my appointment in the system. While they were willing to "squeeze me in" for my oil change, they then told me they'd run out of NYS inspection stickers! Since they couldn't perform the inspection, and I wanted to get everything done in one shot, I walked away without having any work done. It's an understatement to say I'm completely dissatisfied with the experience.

It was 7/3, and I drove into their station with a very flat tire. The two attendants were sooo nice. They stayed later than they were going to on a holiday eve so they could fix my flat tire issue. I was out the door in less than an hour by far. They were both very nice, considerate and helpful. I'd definitely go back.

I will start by stating I have used Firestone for services and never again!But let s leave a different type of review and talk about how they treat their employees. One word. Terribly. This company should never state, family always comes first. . If you ever consider accepting a store manager position with this company expect to start in a lower position/pay jumping through hoop after hoop until they decide.Weekends? What are those. You won t see those or have family time.They consider your family time your plausible day off you may get during the week when your partner, family, and or children are at work and school. You will be working on the weekends when they have off!They will run you into the ground and use you until you have nothing left to give them or your family.If you ever consider this company for anything . Run the other way

I am an Asian and my English is not very good. I visited this car repair shop yesterday and they were very kind and friendly. My car got a nail in the tire and they didn't charge for it. Highly recommend this shopService: TiresService: Tires

Glad I inspected my car after they worked on it. They didn t even finish the job and I was lucky enough to catch it. Had to take it back and have them finish the job.
