Had my oil changed on my truck a few months back. Today I was doing some work under the hood and noticed that my oil cap was never put back on when they did the oil change. Luckily my oil level is still where it is suppose to be.

FINNS automotive!!! Amazing little gem that I found from reviews on Facebook, spoke to the owner James and he was great and very knowledgeable! We needed our brakes fixed, dropped off that night and I picked up the next day at 12!! They were fixed in no time! I found my new auto shop! Extremely professional, honest and quality work at a great great price! Need work done?! Go to Finns!

Save your receipts! We have been loyal costumers for the past 4 years. In the past year I've spent well over $3k at Finns and will not be spending $1 more. I started to notice that the past 3 services I was charged $800+ which prompted me to look through my reciepts. I noticed that over the span of one year (~10K miles) they needed to replace my rear breaks AND calipers (which are very expensive) TWICE which leads me to suspect that the job was likely not done properly the first time which required them to "fix" their own mistake the second time (charging me $1700 each time). Sadly, I regret not checking into this sooner.The final straw was my most recent service which I scheduled for an oil change and NYS inspection and they found more things wrong. I was ok with fixing these issues and I was quoted $460 over the phone. Today I picked up my car and the charge was listed as $780. On top of this, they now started charging 3.5% for using a credit card which adds up pretty quickly when you're already spending an arm and a leg for services.Sadly, I will not be returning to Finns again and I very much doubt that they will do anything to rectify the situations above. I would advise everyone to be mindful of their charges and save all service receipts. As a woman, it's disappointing to come to the realization that most mechanics will take advantage of naive people who have little knowledge about cars and exploit them for every dollar they can.

I required a NYS inspection on short notice (poor planning on my part, forgot when I needed it done and then I was overdue!); my availability as a working mom was pretty slim, they were very accommodating and got me in <2 days from when I called. They were friendly and the inspection was quick, shorter wait time than estimated. I will be back!

Finns was able to help me out in an emergency. They were friendly, reasonably-priced, and quick with their work. Their communication was clear and I felt very comfortable leaving my vehicle in their care, even thought it was my first time doing business with them. Highly recommended.

Finn's continues to be my dedicated auto repair place. They demonstrate expertise and excellent customer service, always staying in touch while working on my vehicles, and describing what service they did, and why. I've never had to return due to issues with service they provided. On this last visit, they also recommended not doing service I was planning to do, because it was unnecessary at the time. I appreciated that!

Was referred to Finns by a friend. Very nice garage with friendly people. They were able to fit me in for an inspection with in 30 minutes. Mechanic who worked on my car was nice to talk to about Dodges. Garage is bigger than it appears front the front, six bays I believe. Nice waiting room with a lot of gas pump signs lighted up.

I went in for a state inspection. I told them I heard a clunking noise. They passed me and said they couldn t find anything wrong.I then go to Firestone. They said I had a broken control arm and said they were shocked I passed inspection as this is looked at for a state inspection. They said this should have been caught and that it could have been disastrous of this continued to go unnoticed.I called Finns and they denied any wrongdoing and said there is nothing they can do. Definitely not a responsible business. I would not get your car inspected there.Service: General repairs & maintenance

After starting my morning off with a flat, finding a giant hole in my tire that could not be repaired, and then finding out that my spare was far too rusted to be safe enough to use - Finn's automotive listened to my concern of not wanting to buy/replace all 4 tires as I am in the process of selling the car and buying a new one. They immediately jumped on finding me 1 used tire to just get me through a few more days to trade the car in. They even went as far as to pick up the tire they found for me across town, to save time on waiting for it to be delivered to them, installed it and I was able to pick up all within a matter of a few hours beginning to end. Also, at an unbelievable price for today's costs. TOP NOTCH SERVICE. Great local shop, could not appreciate their care, and above and beyond service, more. Highly recommend!Service: Tires

Needed U joint repair and oil change. I was told one price. When I arrived to pay and pick up my vehicle, bill was over $500 over what I was told. Bill was reviewed after I spoke up and they double charged me. Then bill was over $150 above what I was told. Reviewed bill again and overcharged me. Finally settled bill and left. Got home and checked oil and filter which i was billed for. Dirty oil and same oil filter as when I brought it in. They didn't change my oil and billed me for it. Do not recommend.Service: Oil change

Kevin and the guys at Finns are great. My son's girl friend was visiting from out of town and we noticed a brake line leaking. Finns was able to get the car in and repair it quickly. They always provide great service with reasonable prices. I definitely recommend Finns.

My wife and I I have used our local FINNS AUTOMOTIVE over the years since moving to Webster, NY well over a decade ago. Finns always works with us to accommodate for our automotive needs and fits us conveniently into there busy schedule. We trust the family-oriented staff and always find appropriate pricing for the various jobs they ve completed for us. Honesty and upfront planning goes into each and every job. They continue to keep our trust with each visit. They are always eager to help us out and guide us with options to best suit our situation. They are client-centered and never rush or pressure us for quick decisions. They keep a clean garage and pay serious attention to detail. COVID Safety is a priority at Finns. We feel comfortable knowing our car will be returned to us as clean as we left it. Kind, courteous and professional service at an honest price keeps us coming back. We like Finns and recommend you give them a try the next time your car needs a repair. You ll be happy with the results.

My family and I have been using Finns for many years and you can't find a more honest and thorough repair shop. I have kids in college, and they drive 2nd hand vehicles. Needless to say, you don't want to dump too much money into them, but at the same time you want to make sure they are reliable and safe. Finn's always works with us with that in mind. I brought my 08 Jeep into Finns a couple weeks back as my vehicle was having a hard time turning over. Initially they got it running for a while (for transportation to work) until the root of issue was ultimately found and completely fixed. Thankfully all has been well since then however it s important for me to share my experience here.The entire staff and mechanic serving my vehicle were all extremely polite and professional. I was treated with respect and kindness and I genuinely appreciated it. I ve just moved out to this area so this was my first time serving my vehicle though Finns. My final repairs were fairly priced and under no circumstances did I feel like was being misinformed or taken advantage of I wouldn t hesitate to bring my vehicle back or any other for that matter. For the simple fact that the service was absolutely great, the price was extremely fair, and the entire staff were all polite and professional.Service: General repairs & maintenance

We have been going to Finn's for many years. Why? Because they are trustworthy and do excellent work. They are very accommodating. Throughout this pandemic they have delivered our vehicles to our house when it helped us feel safe. We appreciate that Kevin always wears a mask when dealing with his customers!

I went to Finn's on recommendation and all the positive reviews. They are well deserved. The fixed my issue at a fair price and Kevin and Janice are so nice. They even picked my car up and brought it back to me as i'm a senior with mobility issues. Who does that these days. Take your car here for your automotvie needs. I brought my car in without an appointment, but they were all able to take a look at it that day. They were getting accommodating with my schedule, and got my brake lights fixed same day. They even stayed after close to get my car taken care of.I am incredibly pleased with the quality of service I received at Finns Automotive!

Every time I go to Finn s it is a great experience! My car is always looked at very thoroughly and any problems are taken care of quickly. I have used Finns Automotive services for years. I have always found them to be responsive to my needs, explaining things thoroughly and doing the work I needed at a fair price. (Note that I am experienced in doing many repairs myself, so I have a better than average understanding here.). I've been going to Finn's for over 5 years and I won't go anywhere else! They're easy to work with, courteous, knowledgeable and honest. I like the fact that they take the time to explain the issues and they're reasonable in regards to price. All of my extended family now goes to Finn's and none of us have ever been disappointed. Highly recommend these guys!

Finn's has always done good work for me. They've never shied away from answering my questions (even stuff I was just curious about), and they do a great job of keeping you informed at every stage of the work. I've never felt pressured to have them do more work than I was comfortable with and they've been straightforward with the pros and cons of delaying big expensive work. They are very flexible with drop offs too. Overall, a very good garage to have work done at.

Every time I bring my vehicle there, they take care of me. Sometimes, you can get you right in, or they'll work you in the weekly schedule. I highly recommend this place.

I brought my car in with engine light on. Finns said they were familiar with my car though it is no longer made. They gave me a ride home so I could leave my car. The next day they called me and all was resolved at a reasonable price! These mechanics know what they are doing and are honest.

Asked for a noon finish and was prioritize and delivered. Cleaned interior and installed set of wiper blades that I bought on line and left in back seat to " get around" doing. No extra charge! Superior service indeed. Will return and highly recommend Finn's Automotive.
