I had an emergency with my back brakes on a Sunday afternoon. They got me in quickly and fixed my brakes at a reasonable price.

I go to Mavis on Empire Blvd with anything that is within the scope of work that they do, for our 4 vehicles. The reason I would recommend this shop to anyone, is the manager, Joe. He really gets what great customer service is all about and is able to instill those values in the team he has created there. I consistently get great customer service at a fair price with Joe. There was a time when they move Joe to another store; I tried them once; what I nightmare. Fortunately upper management saw fit to return Joe to this store and they have regained me as a loyal customer.I would find it hard to believe that Joe would have been involved in the situation with the Lady who rated 1 star, due to brakes being disconnected during a tire installation.

Joe and Ray do a great job, got me in and out in well under an hour. Always fair, accurate estimates for repair work. And if they can't do the work, they'll recommend someone else who knows what they're doing. The Mavis transition hasn't hurt their dedication and integrity.

I've been here at this Webster location a handful of times for tires and brake service and have been extremely satisfied with all aspects. From pricing to quality of work to the speed of getting things done...all above expectations and done with a feeling that you're being treated fairly and honestly. Great job again guys...

It is fantastic when a service is performed as expected the first time, with no need to go back, or, having to go somewhere else to get it done right. The alignment and the new Continental DWS tires seem as smooth and quiet as the original Michelin's, but at a much better price. Time will tell if they last for 55K like the Michelin's. Thank You very much to the crew at Mavis in Webster, NY.

Absolutely awful customer service. I went in for brakes and rear rotors and the guy on the phone quoted me for $150. When i went to drop the car off, the price was $270 now. I tried to explain to the worker what i was told and he just didn't care. I also asked how much it would be to change a compressor for my AC and he had to ask me what i was talking about and said he didn't know the cost because he doesn't do that. Did not even offer to check. I took my keys and told them how "AMAZING" their customer service was and walked out.

I have been going to Joe Church at Cole Muffler since around 1988 with my Chevy Chevette, Plymouth Volare, Oldsmobile Cutlass, Pontiac Sunfire, and now my Ford Ranger. Mavis Discount Tire is now a nice addition to the place so I can get my Muffler, Brakes,Tires, oil change at a very reasonable price from a guy who continues to provide great service and a smile throughout the years. As I have grown older I tend to do my own brakes but would not hesitate to recommend Joe to anyone, I am sure I will get sick doing my own brakes and when I do I will be taking it to Joe.Thanks for the years of supporting my vehicles

Stopped in unexpectedly due to loud exhaust. Manager Joe took me right in and replaced what was needed at a modest cost to me. Wait time was minimal.Great shop and atmosphere.

Excellent and professional service and some of the best prices for tires, breaks and mufflers. I have always had a good experience with service from Cole/Mavis.

AWESOME PLACE SAVED ME TON OF MONEY AND DID GREAT JOB ON MY REAR BRAKE I WILL ALSO GET MY TIRES THERE DUE TO THE GREAT EXPIERIENCE I HAD FRIENDLY AND HONEST DID WORK RIGHT IN FRONT OF MRE AND EXPLANNED EVERYTHING TO ME HIGHLY RECOMMEND THERM TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS.
