EXCELLENT service, honesty and got me right in. Chris had to do extra work because of a mess made from my last brake job elsewhere. He explained everything that was done wrong, and didn't charge me for the extra work. On top of all that I was given a veterans discount. I am very happy that I now have a stress free place to take my car when needed! I highly recommend Chris and Rods!!!

I got the flex pipe welded here for my car, they understood the problem and fixed issue. For a lower price than others offered. The weld job was really excellent and on mark. Definitely this is a recommend place.

All the mechanics at Chris & Rods are very knowledgeable about auto repair and are also very trustworthy. I have complete confidence in their ability and I have always known that I will be treated fairly.

Terrible. My car went in for an inspection with no issues and came out needing a new engine a week later. Chaz joked and said oh if I can get the business I will when I asked about getting an oil change during my inspection. Guess what didn t happen? Broke down a week later. Worst owner. Josh is a total jerk. My mom praised them however her car had constant oil issues they could never explain. She needed to trade her beetle for a new car. Hear-say (on top of my own experience) now suggests they have no idea what the hell they are doing. Avoid.

Got a flat tyre and frantically was searching for a place to fix the tyre and found them. They were kind enough to take up my work in hand got the tyre fixed and got it repaired. Reasonable price and excellent work. Highly recommended.Service: TiresService: Tires

I have never been disappointed with the work Chris and Rod s do on my car. They are honest and don t push a person into having work done that can wait a while. I trust their expertise and their work ethic is terrific! Thanks!!

Got a low tire pressure signal and was nervous because I m not great with cars but knew this could be just a plug or a whole tire replacement. Put air in it and called Chris and Rod s. They said that they didn t want to waste my time if the tire needed to be replaced because they don t carry tires but if I wanted to wait a day for them to order I could. I asked if I could come in to have them just to look and they said absolutely. Super friendly stay. Got me in right away. Had a screw in my tire and they got it plug. Wonderful service! They re right by where I do most of my errands and I will be going back there again for future repairs and maintenance . Can not recommend enough.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Chris and Rod's Auto saved me AGAIN! No appointment, an hour before closing, Friday night, and they stayed with me and helped me until I was safe! These guys are honest, professional, and make sure you understand everything that's going on. They go above and beyond for their customers. I'm truly grateful.

This shop was amazing with our emergency flat tire at the end of their day! They did not have to service us but they did anyway and were honest and very helpful. I would totally reccomend them if you are anywhere in Webster.Service: Auto tire replacementService: Auto tire replacement

It is infrequent that I leave feedback for a business that I have patronized but after bringing my vehicle to Chris and Rod's Auto Service in Webster, I just had to say that I am extremely pleased with how they took care of me and my vehicle. Faced with a very expensive repair near Christmas time is something that's not on anyone's wish list. Chris and Scott came up with a solution that was not only less expensive, but literally saved Christmas for me. I've never met a more honest group of people who we're looking more at repairing my vehicle the right way and getting me back on the road and less at the bottom line. Their business ethics are nothing short of stellar. They have truly earned a lifetime client. - S

I have so far had a very positive experience with Chris and Rods's, and that is the reason I continue to return for their services. They are friendly, knowledgable, reasonably-priced and customer oriented. They continue to go out of their way to make the life of the customer easier. In the past, I have had other mechanics work on my vehicle, only to have issues re-emerge. Once bringing these issues to the plate with Chris and Rod's, they are resolved promptly, and I wonder why I did not seek them out firsthand.

I had my car worked on at at Chris and Rods and they did a great job. I felt the estimate was good and honest. The service also seems to have been done well and car was ready on time. They even fit it into my crazy schedule! I will definitely go there again.

Chris and Rod's has, and continues to earn my business. I originally came to them for a second opinion, and I am incredibly glad that I did. Saved me HUNDREDS of dollars. They are ALWAYS honest, prompt, and incredibly considerate to me as a customer.

Fantastic service!!!! We have a Chevy Trailblazer and we needed new brakes. Chris and Rod's had a great sale going on brakes and saved us money. Car repairs are expensive and it's hard to find a place you can trust. This is the place to get all your repairs done hands down. Thank you

Still with Chris & Rods after 6 years because they never take advantage you. They explain and will show you any needed repairs. Their personal cards and thank you letters are also a nice touch.

DO NOT GO THERE! Owner is completely rude. He belittles his employees calling them derogatory names. He tries to add on things that the vehicle doesn't need.

I had to get quite a bit of work done on my car a month or so back. They didn't yank me around at all, got the parts in quickly, and finished the work fast and without any issues since. I also did some homework - quoting parts and labor costs from friends back home - and the total cost was right about what I estimated. With the quality work done, it was definitely worth it.Update: I got more work done - dropped off my car and walked, to pick up after work. Due to a mix-up at the warehouse, C+R received a wrong part - since I didn't have a ride back home, they stayed late and finished my car so I could get back. These guys are amazing.And to top it off, they send me hand-written thank-you cards every now and then (coupons, too). Honestly, I couldn't imagine taking my car anywhere else.

You want people who care about you and your car? You found those people here at Chris & Rod's. Whenever I need something done on my car they end up being the best for the job. They do it all from exhaust work, oil changes, wheels/tires, brakes, etc. Very friendly staff that go above and beyond.I am not originally from the Webster area but now that I live here I will be going to their shop and recommending them to friends and neighbors for sure!

My first experience with Chris & Rod's Auto Service was great. Mindy was friendly and accommodating. The service performed was prompt and competitively priced. I will be returning to Chris & Rod's for my auto repair needs.

I am totally pleased with these guys. First time dealing with them but it definitely won't be the last. I don't trust too many shops but I do trust them. Thank you for job well done and I will be back.

Brought my vehicle in knowing it needed some work done to be able to pass inspection. I Didn't think it would be as much work as I ended up needing. Regardless they worked with me and my budget tremendously and was able to get my car fixed and inspected without completely breaking the bank for me. I can't thank them enough!

My family and I have been loyal customers to Chris and Rods for years but now that Rod has left the shop (rodney please come back, you are a good man and mechanic) everything has gone down hill. I went in to the shop for an inspection and they refused to pass my vehicle due to a ball joint which is not a required inspection point in New York meaning my car failed inspection for no valid reason. Chris told me to "fix" my balljoint i should just buy a whole new control arm which I was happy to do, until I saw they upcharged me 150 dollars for the part I could have purchased myself from MOOG. Chris also told me my CV boot was ripped and that "a control arm will fix your issues", a control arm does not fix the ripped boot? I refused to pay for the part and went to another trusted mechanic that would actually fix my problems and give a proper diagnosis. In reality all i needed to fix was the ball joint, not the entire control arm plus the boot and cv shaft needed replacing which Chris failed to properly indicate or even order parts for. I don't understand how as a "mechanic" chris could fail to tell his customers the fullest extent of their clearly visible and easily fixable problems along with wrongfully failing my cars inspection for a ball joint (not even a part of NYS inspection). This experience with Chris has totally ruined that shop for me and he has lost 10 loyal cars from going there. Rodney is still a trusted mechanic but is no longer with the shop so until he either comes back or takes over the shop Chris' shop will not be my shop of choice. Please come back rod.

Well they are nice people, but they are over priced, and when you and your family have alot of work done there and spent alot of money on the cars, they will still charge you a big fee just to look at it even if they couldn't fix the 1st,2nd,3rd time or they say they took this apart and had to put it back together, some things just don't add up or make sense. Been going there for about 1 yr, not going back.
