The battery died due to leaving the low beam headlights on))) The car had a jump starter, but since the battery was practically new, the best option would have been to immediately charge it on a stationary charger. I came to the center of one of the well-known chains in the States for the sale of auto parts. I handed over the battery for charging, free of charge, since I was listed in their database as a regular customer. A few hours later I returned to pick up my newly charged battery. The patient was immediately carried out by two seemingly very diligent and compassionate workers of this center and immediately told me that he was incurably ill and it was necessary... Be sure to buy a new battery! I demand that the tester check the battery performance in front of me and confirm that they actually put it on charge. The check shows an almost full charge and an output voltage of 14.6 V!!! Two pairs of surprised eyes guiltily lower their gazes to the floor, without waiting for my what a F@C# , apologize and go to the back room with sour scoreboards ... The fact that in pursuit of current benefits and increases in income, a business forgets the simple rules that the client should leave satisfied, realizing that the business is honest with him. Then he will definitely maintain, or even increase his loyalty, recommending your business, bringing new clients and will definitely return and definitely buy a new battery or tires from you)

I called, spoke with Walter & told him my situation with my too short muffler pipe.Walter said, I have what will work for you.. just stop in... I'll have it waiting @ the counter!!I purchased the pieces & they were a perfect fit!!Walter Saved me a few hundred dollars!! Able to install it myself with no cuts needed!Thanks again Walter

I went in to buy a headlight bulb. The older guy at the counter thought that I would not notice, but he charged me for bulb grease (which I didn t even ask for) and didn t even give it to me. What a dishonest gesture. It is wrong to deceive your customer no matter how small it may be. Never going back again to this one. Until now, I have only met nice and super helpful employees at all other auto zones, so disappointing!!

Went in to get a replacement gas cap and was greeted by a very rude guy named Richard. Said very rudely that I can only get them from the cashier. I had to come back later in the day because i wasn't sure if the gas cap I had was right, and he greeted me in a rude way again to where I wasn't sure if he was joking. I didn't interact with any of the other staff there so I'm not sure about anyone else.

Went in for a headlamp bulb. Richard Z told me they didn t sell headlamps only headlights. When Jason tried to assist Richard told him to be quiet whore . Oddly, Richard s name tag said something like customer satisfaction. He couldn t figure out what I needed. I got the sheet from Ford with the info and lo and behold, they do sell headlamp bulbs. Thank you Jason for being kind and helpful.

Jason's customer service was top notch. As busy as it was for a sunny Sunday afternoon he was happy to make sure I left with a good battery and checked that all was running smoothly. Thanks again Jason!

I have had multiple bad experiences with the older gentleman being rude and it has a constancy to be with myself (of darker skin) and others. As soon as I asked for help he started shaking his head at how this is not possible. On a previous visit, I asked if you charged batteries, and he said no, however, the sign on the window said otherwise. And he is quite short and snippy on customer service, I feel as if he wants me to hurry and leave. I would greatly like to talk to the regional manager and would send my contact information. It seems as if everyone in the store knows it but can't do anything about it. Just a deep underlying tone, who knows maybe it's OK! Whos AutoZone's DEI rep?

It's one of my local auto stores I use. The service is friendly and helpful. They also offer some tool rentals if you need something for your auto repair and don't have it.

Omg Charles service today at the Webster ridge Rd AutoZone was excellent !! He went out of his way to match me up a clip off of a old wiper blade with my broken clip on my perfectly good blade and he was so generous in taking the time to come out to my car like alwaysAlways great service from the Webster auto zone thank you for saving me money I look forward to years of business

Loved my experience. Literally the nicest cashier I have ever met, helped me pick out the right parts with ease. Had a lot of knowledge. Will definitely be coming back to this location in the future. Keep up the good work!

Felt uncomfortable. No one asked me if I needed help looking for something. I did need help. Wandered the store for 20 minutes until I found what I needed. Cashier didn't greet me. Just told me the price. Didn't offer a bag or say goodbye or have a good day. Sorry if I bothered you ????

The old man that works there is about as helpful as a yeast infection. I had questions about replacing the discontinued OEM battery in my truck. I had measurements that the new battery had to fit. All I was asking him to do was give me length, width and height specifications on the 3 they had in stock. All he kept saying was "nope", "couldn't tell ya", "I don't know"... So basically, he just didn't want to measure the batteries or look up the specs for me. He printed out a battery look up/search.. said there you go.. lol what a waist of time. Its fine. Advanced Auto had no problem getting me the right battery.

They always have what I need for small-midsize jobs, and can order most other things I need. The staff at this location are no bs straight talkers who will help you out. I've had no bad experiences the times I come here. Once, a dude even let me come through the back isles to measure the gauges for break lines and other things I needed. mileage on that may vary, don't go in being like "well THIS ONE DUDE SAID YOU LET US BACK THERE"- follow the golden rule people. Anyways- It's shocking because usually when something becomes as retail oriented and as big an establishment as this, the service nose dives. This location has always treated me great.

That morning my battery died, stopped by at 8am and Marisol hooked me up with everything I needed and installed the battery for me. Her KINDNESS and determination to help me and get me back on the road is service you dont find at many auto stores these days. I will always go back to that store just because of the service I received from her. Thank you Marisol!!!

They may be busy at times and service can be a tad slow but once they are helping you they do everything they can to make sure you are taken care of. Ill take slower amazing service over quick poor service any day

Place was packed right around the holidays and I was up from NC with a dead battery. Took care of everything in just under 40 minutes. Price seemed a bit high but service was amazing!

Bad service and whining cry baby snowflake employees. I ordered four bushings and it three trips to get them. On top of everything I had to hear from the counterboy how it wasn't his fault that he didn't order the right parts. I suggest ordering parts online from Amazon or eBay, you will get the rights parts and get them faster.
