I was looking for a car and had no idea of what I wanted except for I wanted a bigger car that is good in the snow. So I went there to see what they got and the agent (Liam) helped me so much. He even explained everything to me about the car that I finally bought. Not only did he explained everything so well he was also very polite and welcoming. I really recommend anyone buying a car to go to this place because all of the guys are very nice. I already told many of my friends and relatives to go to this place. Especially Liam, he made me definitely feel that I made the right choice by going there to purchase my car which I love so much.Can t wait to come and post pictures of my new car.

I bought a car from Auto Outlets in January after going through a bad experience with Kia. Liam was so helpful, knowledgeable and kind. There were some issues that came up within the first few weeks of owning the vehicle, but Keenan and Liam were very quick to help and fix the issues. I appreciate all their help and would recommend purchasing a vehicle from them to anyone! They stand by their sales, and are honest. Thank you, guys!

The guys over at auto outlets in Webster helped me pick out my dream car (2020 Subaru outback) and got me into it within a half an hour ! Liam P. Nico and the whole staff were great! We had a few timing issues, but Nico was in constant communication with us and offered make-goods to make up for any inconveniences. I would recommend them for great customer service.

Auto Outlets of Webster is my go to dealer for purchasing vehicles. I've just purchased the second one by specifying what I was looking for, including options and color. Each time the "right" vehicle was found at the right price, and I received a fair offer for my trade. The gentlemen I dealt with made the transaction easy, and they found me financing at one of the lowest rates around...again.Needless to say, I'll return in a few years for the next vehicle.

Liam got me out of a broken and unsafe car and into something wonderful for my family. No pressure to buy from anyone in the office. He answered all questions and concerns that were brought to him in a timely manner and was more than apologetic when an issue arose on the DMVs end. Will absolutely buy from them again.

I couldn t have asked for a better first time car buying experience! Keenan was so friendly, incredibly helpful from start to finish, and was so patient with all of my questions. These guys get you a great deal on trustworthy cars without being pushy or pressuring you to buy stuff you don t need. My car was super clean and detailed and looked almost brand new! Couldn t be happier. I highly recommend this place!

I recently purchased a 2020 Chevy Blazer and I could not be more happy with the entire process. Had an excellent buying experience at the Webster location. Justin our salesman was extremely friendly, welcoming and was able to answer any and all questions we had regarding the sale, the vehicle info and warranty info. The location was nice and inviting with great accommodations for myself and family. We went to look at our Subaru on a Saturday, Justin worked with a few banks regarding credit approval and we were able to return Monday evening to finalize paperwork and drive it home This review has been written and published a month after the sale and buying experience to give a true definition of my experience. The 2012 Forester we purchased runs great and is fantastic, Thanks again Justin!

I recently purchased a car from Devon at Auto Outlets in Webster and I'm so happy. I didn't feel any pressure and everything was so easy. I had a lot of questions and I felt like he genuinely cared to make sure all of them were answered. They brought cars from their other locations to the Webster one for me to look at which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this place!

We lost our vehicle around Christmas and wasnt sure what we were going to do. So we searched around on google. Thank you to those who actually take the time to write a review. It made our decision so much easier. We met with Keenan at Auto Outlets in Webster. He is truly nothing short of the reviews that we have read about him. He took the time to really listen and answer our many questions. He helped my fianc�e and I find something that we could afford. Wonderful customer service and attention to detail. In a week we walked out with a 2018 Honda Civic. He found us the best price and payments around. I also walked out more educated and confident than when I set foot in. Went in a couple of months ago to see what they had in stock, and left happy with a 2019 Ford Fiesta. Car had low mileage and was in great condition. Would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone in town looking for a good used car. Their salesman, Keenan, was a great help as well!

I had a excellent experience working with Keenan. Keenan wrote an offer to purchase my vehicle subject to seeing the vehicle. I was skeptical that they would try to low ball me once I brought my car to the store. I was pleasantly surprised that they honored their offer. Keenan is very honest and thoughtful.
