I was there last night and needed a car battery tested. It needed to be replaced and the staff member that assisted me was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was snowing/raining and freezing but he still replaced the battery. I would highly recommend this location. I forgot the gentleman's name but he works in the evening. Young guy.

Tim was awesome. He helped me try to figure out and install my weird sized windshield wipers. My car has 4 of them. Had me laughing the entire time. Great service and great guy. Vicky the manager was so nice too. I will go back for sure.

I needed a battery for my old PT Cruiser, bought my last one here (Webster) exactly three years ago, so I was very happy with how long it lasted as an economy battery. Tim installed it quickly and easily, and was extremely kind and helpful, as was his co worker who spent time with me talking about cars since I'm in the market for one. He drives a Honda, didn't get his name, but he was also very helpful. A great experience for someone who's a bit intimidated by cars and car issues; that kind of kindness and patience is just the best, huge cheers.

I had a really bad day trying to change my windshield wiper blades after one of mine broke. The associates in the store were so helpful and welcoming and didn t make me feel stupid for my attempts at replacing them myself. I am so appreciative and will definitely come back for my auto needs!

While I was able to get what I needed, a windshield wiper replacement, I was disappointed with the customer service I received this past weekend. I looked up my car make and model so that I knew what I needed, and when I got to the counter, I was asked multiple times if I knew if the blade I picked out was correct. The gentleman that waited on me even proceeded to look up what wiper blade was correct after I had already told him multiple times that I was all set. He then went on to say oh wow you were right after he confirmed it, followed by a passive aggressive sorry . Not sure if it s because I was a woman and ran into the store after a bridal shower looking a bit nicer or what. But I don t think they ask every man who comes in if he s sure about whether or not his purchase is the correct item.

Real decent guy behind the counter helped me out with an A/C issue I was having. Turns out my gauge was trash and all I needed was more refrigerant, so I'm sending this pressure sensor back to Amazon. A quick chat at the counter saved me $45.

Stopped in tonight because my car was telling me my battery in my key fob needed to be replaced the man at the counter was so helpful his name was Earnest he went as far as taking my key apart replacing my battery this guy is always so helpful thanks again Earnest this was the Webster location

Owner: There are a couple of local corporations whose service standards have been slipping badly for reasons which I think go beyond COVID. Yours haven't. Keep doing whatever you're doing to keep this from happening with your employees.Gotta love a store whose people help change wiper blades when it's 15 degrees outside. Great store!

I came into this location for new Bosch Icon blades for my Nissan Rogue because I was not very impressed with the Irondequoit location I was helped by Bob he was very helpful and courteous and I was very impressed with his customer service go see Bob he's awesome give him a raise

I received excellent service here. I walked in needing to buy motor oil and the man behind the counter watch me over to the oil aisle and helped me choose the right synthetic oil for my car and the season. I could tell he really cared about me.

The staff are generally helpful. This auto store is convenient to my home. Though I have found they don't always carry the parts I need for some of my vehicles, not even able to order the. So I have multiple parts dealers I work with.

Every time I've gone into the Webster Advance Auto they've helped me out a lot, with some pretty difficult problems. Yesterday Dave spent a lot of time making calls to help me out for what turned out to be a $2 part. After that Chris gave me detailed instructions on how to replace the part. Great job by both guys, I truly appreciate it.

Their return policy differs per item and recently changed. sometimes the staff is helpful and sometimes they are not. Prices aren't great when compared to online. Havent had a great experience the last few times.

Needed a headlight replacement and they refused. One associate said it was corporate policy to not replace a purchased headlight. The other associate said it was due to Covid restrictions even though they would handle my cash if needed. Went to another advance Auto parts store the next day and they replaced it with no problem. I've had headlights replaced at advance Auto parts for years. this was pretty much a waste of time during my lunch break at work and I needed a head light replaced so I wouldn't get a ticket driving home from work. I work in Security as a guard amd was wearingy uniform so maybe there was a biased treatment? Who knows? All I have to say about this store is.... good to know.

I walked in asking if they could read my cars computer to determine why the engine light was on. They weren t hesitant and were willing to walk out to my car and assist me, but they only told me the code the computer was reading. They never explained to me what it meant or what I could do to address the problem...

Got a long lecture about ordering on their website, while in the store, after employee looked up oil filter number for me. Said I was "getting his expertise for free."Walked out. I'll take my $5k/year to Autozone, they have experts too, no lectures.

Good service there. No coffee. No bathrooms. Some items are reasonably priced and others are high. You can drop oil off there and I think they take batteries too.

Great service and great deals. A lot of Auto parts stores employees will look at you like ur an idiot and don't know what you are doing. Don't get that feeling here they just happy to help.

If they don't have the part in stock they get it usually within hours. Great return policy. Not as busy as other locations so your in and out quicker.
