We are always happy with the service at Martin's. All the staff are courteous and the repairs are usually quick. For any extensive service, they are quick to answer questions and provide information about costs. They also service our ambulances so we definitely trust them!

The oil cover shield was deteriating, rather than just stick it back on and wait for it's demise, I was asked to take a look at it and decide how I wanted to handle the situation. John gave me some options to consider and I chose to have him fix it then because it was already on the lift. Most places would have stuck it back on and off you go. They keep you informed and do a great job, best place for service I've ever been to.

Best service in town! I don't even have to get dressed and leave the house. My car gets picked up and delivered back to me when finished. Polite friendly staff. Always happy with results. I've been a very satisfied customer for 17 years. Wouldn't trust anyone else with my car.

I had taken my truck in to get the Torque converter replaced and was covered under warranty I had. John took the transmission apart and found metal pieces in it so decided to replace entire transmission to avoid further issues. Great job in taking care of this and ensuring I don't have any further problems in the future. Would take to shop again. Everyone was friendly during all the entire process.

I was in to purchase winter tires for my CRV. During the installation, the technician must have noticed that I was over the mileage for my oil change. I was asked if I d like them to see to that, and of course I did! I ve been going to Martin s Auto for many years. The folks there have always been friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them.

I made an appointment to get my Equinox inspected. They got it in on time and I was able to wait there while they did it. Had it done in half an hour. Pretty happy.
