The driver s side of my door was mangled bad. This lady back into it and I personally didn t think it could be fixed. I bought it to Huckles and they went beyond my expectations. It didn t take long for them to restore my door like new. They were nice and very professional. I felt comfortable and if I need them again I know they would be there for me. I strongly recommend them to anyone who strongly want a nice job done to their car. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Huckles!! . Joanne Parker

Very professional, approachable..Demonstrated genuine concern and decent human to human exchange of information in regards to my totaled out vehicle. My son was operating.. I am very grateful for their human kindness and empathy. It made a world of difference. Especially living almost 2 hrs away in Cortland NY.

Tracy and Chris are absolutely amazing! They have been incredibly helpful and pleasant during this time my vehicle needed many repairs. They even cleaned up/quick interior detail of my vehicle! I cannot thank them both enough and the rest of the Huckles/Carstar team for really helping me and giving me total faith in my vehicle being repaired.. darn deer. My Jeep got whacked in an intersection and had a lot of damage. The wizards at Huckles restore it to brand new! You can t even tell the accident happened. They kept me informed on every step of the project, and worked some magic when it got hard to find parts. Took two weeks to do simple body work when they knew I did not have a car rental and they said they work with me on the price.i get there to pick up my vehicle the guy run out of the office had his secretary try charge me the full deductible. After he said he work with me he worked me over.if I want to pay full deductible I go to factory body shop get way better way faster quality work. Another company living off the past good work and good name ripping people off now. Watch out you been warnedService: Body & Trim

Took my F150 there after an accident. Their customer care and excellent repair work is outstanding! My truck got a face lift, lol looked new in the front! Absolutely the best service I have received ! Highly recommend them and will use again if needed.

They fixed my dad's car after it was rear ended and it looks and runs wonderfully. I plan on taking my car to them to get the side panel fixed. Very friendly and know their stuff.

We had our car repaired at Huckles Collision Carstar after hitting a deer. The front end of the car had to be repaired. The associates were very friendly and easy to talk to. They explained everything that needed to be done to the car and when the car would be repaired. The technicians that did the work on the car did an excellent job repairing the car. Very great people to work with when you're going through a not so fun event in your life. They were super helpful and very polite. Being sure to go the extra mile to really being kind when they didn't neccesarily have to do that. Loved them. Would recommend them to anyone looking for car repairs.
