They open later than all other NAPA stores I've ever seen! Good luck if you need something on your way to work.... You'd have to go without or warn the boss you're going to be super late while waiting on "bankers hours" for the parts supply store to open.... Such a shame!

They almost never have the part I need and at multiple locations in different states, the employees don't accept that the part exists anywhere but the dealer. Not their fault that it's not in their computer but the general "I don't care" attitude I've encountered at multiple locations needs to be addressed by upper management. I won't shop there ever again and I highly recommend avoiding the places all together

They didn't have the battery I needed in stock, but they were able to get it for me by 1:00 that Day!!!
