So a year ago I needed rear brakes on my truck1100.00 dollars later they were repaired but they charged me for new windshield wipers and a new cabin air which were not replaced .i had to go and bring it up to owner. Which he remide. But it's now time for inspection and the place that did it showed me that my emergency breaks are shot . Well you can guess how surprised I was after spending 1100.00 dollars on a rear brakes I do not recommend this establishment for trust worthy work, ridiculous ,i will NEVER GO BACKService: Brakes

Alex and his crew are awesome!! I cannot say enough good about this place. We were passing through on our way to my sons hockey game when my truck broke down. Turbo blew and the parking brake imploded. This was 6pm on a Sunday btw. By 8pm I got word from Alex that he will get it checked out first thing in the am. By 4pm on Monday it was fixed and unbelievably reasonably priced. Top notch shop!!! Even from over an hr away I will be returning for sure. Thank you again AlexServices: Engine repair, Brakes

Brought my 2016 f150 eco boost in for some repair work. Turbo coolant lines. Exhaust manifolds and gaskets. And a couple other things. Alex and his guys got it diagnosed and repaired in a timely professional fashion. Top notch care. Top notch facility. This was my first time going here and I was really impressed. Alex and his technician treated my car like it was their own. For the service and quality of work the price is very fair. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back.

Alex and Phil took care of my car like it was their own!! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done the right way; took the extra time to research possible contributing problems to my issue and verified that everything was in good working order. While he was waiting for parts they found time to diagnose another minor issue that I had and informed me of the repair and cost, worked with my warrenty and resolved all the issues I had with my vehicle in minimal time with minimal cost! His prices are very fair for the services you get! Well worth the trip to Waterville!!!!!

The owner, Alex, was wonderful! He fixed my car without breaking the bank! He was able to work with my price that I could afford and is very respectful. Clean shop, close to home, and great employees!! Couldn t ask for a better mechanic!

TLDR: Great owners, great work, great pricing, 10/10 would recommendGot my car fluid filmed and got had a great experience all round. The individual that did the work had a great sense of humor and witty personality. Pricing was more than fair for the work compared to other shops around. Don't know too much about fluid filming cars but judging by what I saw, the worker did a great job getting into all the nooks and crannies of my car. As mentioned in tldr, would highly recommend this business and you can even get yourself a slice of my favorite pizza right down the street while waiting if it's a quick job.

Wonderful friendly service. Replaced our alternator and had us back on our journey in less than 90 minutes. Great service and greater smiles. Highly recommend to any one near Waterville,NY.

He charged me $175 to fix my door because it wouldn't open and close and then told me it would be another $130 once I already paid to get it functional because there was another piece he needed so when I got it back it still didn't open and close.

Had a bad wheel bearing and after it was replaced it was still making a funny noise. Took it back and they made it right! Excellent Service!
