Bill Pond did a perfect job of detailing my 2015 Audi A4--it looked like a new car when I picked it up. In addition, he pointed out that my rear brakes weren't wearing properly and sure enough I needed new rear brakes. Bill did a amazing job getting out the scratches on my hood that the dealer said would not come out! He did go over the time he quoted me for but took his time until it was up to his standards! I am very happy with with his services!!!
