Huge thank you to Widrick Auto Sales and especially salesman Dave McKnight! The customer care here is wonderful. Got a great deal on a low mileage rust-free truck. These guys work hard to make things possible for car owners. And, from my experiences, they truly care about the safety of your vehicle for you and your family. This dealership is unlike most dealerships - The people who work here are honest, fair, reasonable, and compassionate. They understand that our vehicles are tools for us to work and see the people we love. Can t thank these guys enough!!!

My son scheduled an appointment for me to go look over a vehicle he was interested in. I drove 2 hours and 10 minutes to look at the vehicle. The dealership took a deposit on the vehicle and sold it without ever notifying my son that the vehicle was sold. What a waste of my day and gas that could have been easily prevented with a simple phone call or text to my son. Very disappointed, dealer has a complete lack of respect for potential customers. No need to worry about me ever looking at vehicles on their lot or recommending this dealership to anyone. Very unhappy!

Mack went above and beyond to help me purchase my Dodge Durango. Definitely has great customer service skills and cares about what he s doing. Erick found me the best rates possible and is so much appreciated. These 2 made purchasing my dream vehicle possible. :)

The most wonderful experience! Dave was amazingly helpful and he made the process of purchasing a new vehicle so much easier for my partner and I. Every question asked was answered promptly and honestly and beyond that treated us like people they had always known. It reminded me of how business used to be done when I was growing up; like customers mattered. So glad I called that day!

Went threw Mack Pratt at widrick Auto sales today to get a vehicle. It was amazing experience, very nice, helpful and made sure I got a good deal and walked out of there with my vehicle that same day!!! Would recommend to anyone to come here and get a vehicle.

if i could give this shop 100 stars, i would. i came here looking for a car with my grandma and we were met by a worker named mack. mack was so nice and throughly explained prices, credit scores, and payment plans. the process of getting the car was very speedy and well affordable. i recommend this shop for anyone looking for an affordable car!

Probably the worst experience I've ever had buying a car. Romeo, my sales guy, was very impatient and very unhappy when I test drove more than one car. When I did find a car that I liked during the paperwork, my insurance company was having a few issues on their side that I guess were eating into his time because, despite me trying to get him to stop multiple times, he called my insurance company to yell at a random representative using my name. I am now marked as a "hostile customer" on all of my accounts because of this and have to answer over 5 minutes of security questions with a supervisor anytime I want to do anything over the phone with them. Icing on the cake, they refused to give me more than $1500 for my traid in saying that "they can't sell it, it has too many miles on it." They turned around and sold it for over $8,000 before they could even get the pictures on the website.So if you want to have a terrible experience with a salesman who will ruin the relationship with your insurance company and be robbed at the same time by from Widick at least they wash your car for free.

Mack Pratt was my stepsons salesman and he was phenomenal! Great personality, not pushy and really listened to what Hunter was looking for! He helped Hunter understand everything he needed to know about buying his first vehicle! He was extremely knowledgeable about every vehicle we inquired about and was very upfront and honest in his dealings with us! Thank you, Mack for all of the above! That type of salesman is exactly what we look for when buying a vehicle! Everyone at Widricks was very friendly, and helpful! It truly was one of the best experiences we've ever had! We will be back again and will send referrals your way!!

Staff was very helpful, no B.S., no pressure and worked to find us the best financing. Mac, our sales person, took time to understand what we need in a vehicle. I recommend because it was probably the most comfortable car-buying experience I ve had in a while.

Mack was my salesperson. He took great care of me and got me into a nice vehicle that is very reliable for an awesome price! He also was kind enough to offer and shuttle me when I traded in my car! All of the other staff there, including Cliff and Dave were just so nice and easy to work with! Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Worse experience buying my first car. I bought it in 2021 in August not even into the new year had to replace the engine. Then the exaughst. Then the radiator piper. And now it is undrivable. I didn t even drive the car for a year. And none of this was in the info for when bought. And when I bought the car firstly I had to wait an extra two weeks because it had work being done on it. I would never buy a car here ever again. Nor should you. If I could give zero stars I would because when going there and asking about what they could do for me they said that I could just buy another car from them.

Mack Pratt was amazing guy and Nathan Dunham too! They worked together to find me an awesome pickup truck at affordable price and monthly payments! They give warm welcome and humor, quick on paperwork and insurance coverage!Recommend to anyone that need a great purchase of any trucks from there for reasonable price!

Widrick s is a fantastic local family owed dealership! Unlike the corporate dealerships, you are not a number to them you are family! These guys fantastic to work with, and are transparent and upfront. At Widrick s, they dont want to just sell you a car. They are very family oriented, local people that look out for you, long-term, to earn your business over and over.An absolute pleasure to do business with and for years to come! THANK YOU GUYS!

I contacted Widrick Auto Sales last week about a minivan they had for sale.Erik German talked to me on the phone and told me he could have me picked up and brought to look at the van or it could be delivered to me.This was very good for me to hear since after having a vehicle totaled ,I had no vehicle to drive.Today my minivan was delivered to my home and I was very pleased with all the service I received and love my new vehicle.I would recommend Widrick s auto to anyone looking for a vehicle and a special thanks to Erik German for making sure the vehicle was in good condition when it arrived,even had a full tank of gas.

I went here and bought a 2010 Dodge Challenger R/T. A salesman, Dave, and the Financial Manager, Cliff, we're both very helpful in explaining everything in regards to buying a car. Very happy with my purchase, and Very happy with the price. When it comes time to purchase my next vehicle I will be back.

Bought a Honda Crv from them the first day I drove it off a lot. It had electrical problems brought it back numerous of times only for them to reset it and tell me it s fixed and it s still given the same problems. Not to mention, was told that if brought back I would be charged
