Fantastic. I thought my bike was scratched. Turns out it was a serious paint transfer. Bike looks better than new after he detailed it. Highly recomend.

Had work done here twice. Very pleasant experience each time. Got a 6 month sport coating the first time, and had to come back to upgrade to the 2 year coating with a polish. Q is flexible and informative of his services. You get what you pay for for sure. If a job is worth doing, it's worth doing right the first time. Q and his guys at White Glove provide that. Things are gonna cost a pretty penny, but that's cuz you're going to get the best treatment that automotive science knows in paint protection. Ceramic coating is an art & a science. When we were talking cars he mentioned how a clean car is like a blank canvas for him and I knew that a dude that talks like that about detailing is the right guy. Man's a gearhead himself and he's got a top notch ride that's the freshest you've ever seen.

Absolutely fantastic job from White Glove Auto Detail! I made an appointment about 1 week prior and the business owner set me up for the first morning appointment, which was helpful. I was greeted by the shop manager and he put his crew to work right away! These employees are passionate about what they do! You will receive a 4 star DETAILING, and not a WASH and WIPE, attention to minor details is paramount at this business! Very supportive of military and veterans! Highly impressed, will return!!

Five stars all the way around. Took the boat just hoping to get an appointment and an idea on pricing to have her shined up looking new. Not only did Q make time and get the boat right in but the work exceeded all expectations and for a fraction of the cost other shops charge especially in peak season. The boat looks brand new again. And Q was more than willing to demonstrate his work to prove it was high quality and how to make it shine and last forever. He also offers several of his products for you to purchase. Will definitely be returning for more work.

Do NOT be fearful of his small garage operation. He is truly the best. No BS, no gimmicks and no extra costs = no worries. Quatrell's three man shop chooses Quality over Quantity and is hands down the best automotive service and expertise I've ever received. Glad he gave me a stack of cards because I will definitely be recommending him to everyone. Corvette came out flawless!

I left 100% satisfied. My car looks and smells better than new! My leather seats are clear of all the crayon amd scuff marks my 2 year old left behind. Carpets had mud and snow packed in from the winter and they are now spotless. Great and friendly service i will definitely go back and i definitely recommend others give it a try.

This company is absolutely amazing. We had our Navigator sit for a year and a half and mold, dirt, dog hair, etc were all over. When White glove was done my car looked brand new! They go over above and beyond. I highly recommend this company

I am extremely satisfied with the team at White Glove Auto Detailing. I did research in the local area for car detail shops with ceramic coat services offered and decided to go with White Glove Auto Detailing. It was the right choice. The whole process from getting a cost estimate to the final result on my ceramic coat was streamlined. The shop owner kept me informed throughout the whole process, by providing constant updates on where my vehicle was during the ceramic coating process. The shop owner takes pride in his work and lets his work speak for itself. I will be going back for any other car detail needs I have in the future.

I can't recommend these guys high enough. Brought them my 17 Durango after I let someone borrow it and the inside had gotten completely destroyed. Food smashed into the floor in the back rows and seats. Salt stains in every single spot and it smelled terrible, like old food. When they were finished with, it had that new car smell again and you would never have known the disaster that it was just a few hours prior. Absolutely worth every penny, I will definitely be hitting them up, when I'm ready to get my ceramic coating done!

Absolutely best detailer in upstate NY, helped get the water stains off my headliner when my third break light leaked. Then turned around and showed me he could remove the chemical marks from all the salt. So glad I went to him after having numerous people tell me my truck had to be completely repainted. And he even restored my husbands headlights. Will recommend to everyone who lives up there or around there that having your vehicle cleaned by him is by far worth the drive.

Owner was very friendly. The outcome was good. Missed a few spots, console, gear shift area, 4 or 5 spots that coulda came out with a brush. Pleased overall until the price. Needs to start quoting prices. 155 i would pay for inside and out. Not just inside. And plus tip. Way to much.

White Glove Auto was great....I called late Friday afternoon because I had a incident at work that required my car to be cleaned immediately. They told me to bring it right up and they took care of it. They did an awesome job. I highly recommend this place.

We have had 3 cars detailed and one car ceramic coated there. He is an amazing guy to work with and does amazing work. I will be taking me new Edge there for ceramic coating soon!!

So I've been here before about a year ago. Had the best experience. They took their time to clean my car and got it looking brand new. No issues with them getting the job done at the time they said they would compete the job.So with that being said I came right back there when it was time for my cleaning again. Called them up at first they said it cost a 100 dollars to clean my car. And they were fully booked for that weekend. So after not being able to find anything else around the time frame that I needed my car to get cleaned, I hit them back up again, this time they told me it would cost 120 to clean my car, and mind u I called them a day or two apart. So my appointment was at 12 that day, so with me being in the military I'm there rushing trying to make sure I get there on time as they told me it would take about 2 hours. Even called them to let them know I was going to be a few minutes late. Finally got there, like 8 minutes behind schedule, there they were detailing another car, sat there and waited for about an hour, still didn't touch my car and mind u these people said they were about to start cleaning it when I got there. Need less to say the fact that I was rushing to get there at the time they said they would start cleaning my car, I had accidentally left my wallet at a nearby gas station. So, i got picked up by a friend to go look for my wallet, couldn't find it anyway so I went to go withdraw some cash, got back there at 2 o clock, thinking they were done cleaning my car, they still hadn't touched my car.Then the guy had the nerve to say oh he thought I was just gonna drop off my car and leave it there till 5pm. After they had scheduled my for an actual appointment time and told me it would be ready at 2pm. So all that rushing for nothing when they knew they were overbooked and could have just told me up front.Man these people are unpreffesionals and I will never go back there.Quick response to their reply. First of all, if you guys had told me over the phone that hey we can get the job done for u all u have to do is drop the car off at 12 and be back before or at 5 the process could have been alot smoother on both ends. Ur giving me this information now but this is not what was discussed over the phone. U guys gave me a clear time that I needed to drop off the car and a clear estimation as to what time it would have been done which was at 2pm. And also u guys told me that I had the option of dropping the car off there and leave or just staying with the car while it's being detailed ( like I had originally done a year ago with u guys). And further more yes u guys did in fact change the price within a few day's time span. I would never go out my way to come on Google just to lie on a company or business. I gain no profit from it. And further more I do not need to receive any service from u guys to realize how unprofessional u guys are, the way u guys dealt with me said enough. And yes my car is most definitely cleaned inside out else where. Cannot put a price on peace of mind.I give credit where credit is due, and ur business is not one of them. So yes, coming on Google to share my HONEST experience does reveal my character.U have a blessed day as well sir.

White Glove Auto Detaling did an outstanding job on our vehicle! Huge thank you to Quatrell for all his hard work! Not only did he do an awesome job, he was able to fit us into his schedule on such short notice and actually come out to our location and work from there as the vehicle wasn't able to be driven. He was very professional and even worked after hours to make sure the job was done right and nothing was rushed. Our car had had the sun roof cracked open for about a year as it sat unused in the Watertown rain and snow. The car was absolutely trashed, It smelled awful and the whole interior was sopping wet and had mold and water stains all throughout the seats and floor mats. It was disgusting. We were thinking of scrapping the vehicle when we decided to try Quatrell's white glove auto detailing services as a last resort and boy did he really do a number on our car! The mold was gone, it was completely dried out and it smelled fresh and clean! The car was transformed and I would definitely recommend this service to anyone.

Wish I had taken before and after pictures but my truck was covered in dog hair. These guys not only eliminated every dog hair but my truck came out better than new. Cannot recommend them enough!
