Great experience, Tyler took his time and had patience with me and all my questions while helping me make a tough decision on what motorcycle I wanted. Ultimately my choice required the motorcycle to be ordered, which the whole process was explained thoroughly. It was a pleasure working with all of the family and staff, couldn't have asked for a better experience. Definitely recommend.

I have bought a couple bikes and traded a bike for a brand new lawn mower. Great experience every time with no issues. They are reasonably priced compared to other competitors in the area as well.

I have to say that my experience at Watertown Powersports has been nothing but excellent all the way around! Over the years I have bought two Brute Force four wheelers, a Yamaha kodiak, and just recently another brand new Brute Force four wheeler. The sales and staff have definatly beenbetter than any other location I have visited. I would definitely return for any future purchases, and would highly recommend this business to anyone looking fora pleasant experience!

whatever you do DO NOT purchase a bike and finance through Yamaha Financial. Turns out it s a credit card disguised as a loan. Very disappointed in the staff that I was not made aware of this because my credit is SCREWED after putting another credit card that s MAXED because of how much the bike is. Was only told that the physical card I would receive in the mail (which I never did) had my Yamaha account number on it and that it wasn t to be used/could not be used like a credit card. Can t believe dealers would never mention any of this to buyers, but makes sense because they get commission either way I guess

Got my 2023 cf moto zforce 800 trail from them, Tyler was a great sales man, helped me get into the machine in a fast fashion, when I came to pick it up he went over how to check the fluids, how to properly operate the machine during the break in period and told me when to bring it back so they can check the grease points and change all fluids, overall best place to buy a machine from definitely will be back to deal with them again

Jack , Amy and Tyler are by far very professional in their business and absolutely do everything they can to assist you in making you a super deal. They are truly a family business that cares about you. I truly appreciated everything they did for me as I just purchased a 2023 KLR 650 S and drove it home today. Tyler made sure everything was good with me and went over everything. I would highly recommend this business! Thanks for everything!

We purchased a 2023 CF Moto C Force 800 ATV on April 28, 2023. Everyone at Watertown Power Sports were so great to work with. They were very pleasant and so helpful. They made the whole process easy and were so accommodating. We were able to buy and take home the ATV the same day! I highly recommend Watertown Power Sports. Looking forward to doing more business with them.

My husband bought a used Honda Cruiser there 2 months ago and was told the carburetor was rebuilt by the mechanic there, unfortunately within 2 weeks of buying the bike it stopped working, it starts but wont stay on, my husband took it apart and the carburetor was in fact not rebuilt or even cleaned for that matter. He bought a new carburetor and had it replaced and it still would not stay started. He then called Watertown powersports to explain the problem and the only solution that they offered was to take it to Honda and have them fix it because their mechanics are not Honda certified so they dont work on them. Unfortunately the cost to do that was very high, the gas tank was taken to another small engine place and cleaned out, in Hope's that was the problem. Again unfortunately it still does not work. We have had this bike for 2 months. Making payments on it and are unable to ride it. We have spent to much money already on different parts to fix the bike to no avail. Needless to say we will call them again tomorrow to see if they will buy it back for what we bought it for since they sold us a broken bike and disguised it as a great working, no problems at all bike. In my opinion if you make a statement to buyers that your mechanics are not able to work on certain brand bikes after the bike is purchased then either 1. Dont sell the bikes that they are not certified to work on or 2. State that up front so the buyer isnt left wondering what is wrong with their bike after being told is was worked on by the mechanic.

I am super happy with Tyler and the WPS crew. I went to buy my first new new bike today. They financed me when no other shops would. They were very friendly and helpful with making sure my bike was prepped and good to goAnswered all my questions which I had a little and being newer to bike it was nice for the mechanic to sit and talk amd explain things to me to help me understand. Can't wait to ride the new bike! Thanks guys i.highly recommend WPS to anyone looking to get on two wheels or four!

New rider and bought a new Yamaha R3. This is my first bike and Tyler went through, slowly and in a way that did not make me feel any less intelligent, things that I should be aware about with a bike. For my test ride he asked if I felt okay to be alone (I was just riding around in the lot next to the shop) or if I wanted him there to guide me. I ve taken my msp but was never on the road before this so I was a little anxious especially in an unfamiliar place. Overall they really did go above and beyond and I plan on buying my next bike from them.

Brought my sons 2021 kx250 in to have some recalls done. ( clutch cover replacement and clutch inspection) picked up the bike got it home. Found a big puddle of oil under bike I found that most of the bolts holding the cover on where not tight. Went though tightened the external bolts. Called and told them about the issue. Well fast forward to our 1st ride on the bike ( drove 6 hours to ride ) my son makes one lap on the track my son says something is not right took the cover off clutch basket nut and clutch spring bolts all finger tight. Not happy to say the least.

We had the best experience at Watertown Power sports . Tyler was amazing . We told him what we wanted and it was a very quick and easy process . We can not thank watertown power sports enough ! It was a wonderful experience and we will continue our business with them for the years to come ! Highly recommend hands down !

Tyler was an amazing salesman he was polite he answered all the questions we asked about the side by side he showed John and I where everything was located started it up for us and we bought it picked out two helmets and we were off Thank You Again Tyler

First off it took them a week to figure out my clutch was smoked. Took them a month two figure out what parts to order. Then the parts are on back order which is not their fault but I brought parts to them and it took them a week to even open the box just to tell me that they did not have all the part which they told me to order and it would have all the parts. There service has no clue what they are doing and they have no costumer service.

Awesome people, always willing to answer any of my millions of questions. Bikes are gorgeous and very well maintained, unlike some other dealerships... but everyone is super nice. The mechanic even went out of his way to help me and explain how to get my carbs out on my own bike and printed me out a paper showing the little information that Suzuki left me with. Told me all the issues that could happen how he gets them out and I asked more questions that I ever have asked but they seemed more than happy to help. Awesome people, awesome shop, I love this place I m going to buy my bikes from them from now on.

Bought a Klx from Watertown Power Sports a year ago. I have been impressed with how these guys operate. Tyler is great to deal with and the parts guys are knowledgeable and helpful. Update: Thank you guys for your continued service. It's always nice to come in and talk to Tyler and everyone.

I have an older Bike (99) anyways I contacted Watertown Power sports after a friend / coworker told me about the place and told me they would take care of me. Well after some small Persuasion they argeed to work on my motorcycle. They have been great and even replaced a tire that dry rotted not even a yr old . I highly recommend this place .

Took good care of a family member's motorcycle. It was great being told that they are not kept outside. And when schedule didn't work well for getting it to the shop they were fine with it being brought early. And then when they had the chance to get to it, finished it early.

I was extremely pleased with my recent experience with WPS. They did a excellent job on my boys Kawasaki dirt bike. Tryed to save me money where they could. I would have no problem buying a new one if they had one available. They sure impressed me with there professional manor. My thanks, KM
