Had a wonderful experience with Wally s Mitsubishi!! I went in knowing pretty much what I wanted and my salesmen, Marc made it so easy!! Marc explained everything and all the little details to me before I left the parking lot!! Thank you again, Marc and Wally Mitsubishi for getting me in my dream vehicle!! I will definitely be recommending y all to my friends!!

Hopefully there is enough space for me to write up this review as I am unsure if there is enough space for me to put into words the extraordinary experience I ve had with Wally s Mitsubishi-Watertown. Utmost respect and recognition to Karyn. Not only did Karyn make me feel like a priority she also made me feel like a friend or dare I say a member of the Wally s Mitsubishi family. I won t forget the laughs and tid bit stories of life we shared. Might seem small to most but with the world we are living in today these small things count I tell ya. Huge shout out to Karyn and Shawn as you are true miracle workers. I still don t know how y all managed to work with someone like myself with my credit situation at hand. For once I didn t feel like a hopeless lost cause walking into a dealership. I will forever recommend your dealership to anyone I know or even to anyone I don t personally know. Wally s Mitsubishi is by far the best and I am still mind blown as you ve surpassed all expectations by going above and beyond. Thank you again for this experience.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience at Wallys Mitsubishi. I originally browsed their website before stopping in to get an idea of what they had in stock and it didn't take long before I found "THE ONE", which was a bright blue 2019 Jeep Compass. I immediately sent an inquiry about it and by the next business day I had gotten a response. After a slight delay on MY end, I finally reached out and got in touch with Karyn about their Jeep.Karyn was awesome throughout the entire process and for that I can't thank her enough! She's very knowledgeable and she spoke to me in a way where it felt like I've known her forever, which made the experience that much more relaxing and enjoyable! Karyn was able to tell me all about the Jeep and all the different features it had. With me going from a 2013 Dodge Avenger to a 2019 Jeep, there were A LOT of new things for me to learn and she was very helpful with that!I was given a great offer for my trade and the team worked extra hard to get my new payments within my budget range, which they did! So if you're reading this now and are in the market for a new or used vehicle definitely check out Wallys Mitsubishi in Watertown! I'm glad I did!Massive thank you to Wallys and Karyn! I love my new Jeep!

I highly recommend this place when purchasing. I was in the market for a vehicle that could fit my growing family. They were patient, and understanding of my situation. The salesman even grabbed multiple vehicles from their other dealerships for me to test drive. In the end Jesse Cowles was able to get me in a newer vehicle that fits all my children and the gear I haul around for less than I was paying and gave me far more than I owed on my current vehicle. They even threw in an extended warranty after we had ran the numbers and I accepted the deal. I was so impressed that I applied as a service advisor and got the position.

I always get my service done here, they do a good job.Only annoyed that I presumed 6 months ago that the sound in my engine was the heat shield rattling, and they denied it and said my model just makes a lot of noise. The woman behind the counter had trouble writing out the problem I was having and outright said she couldn t spell synthesizing (which is how I described the sound it was making).Today they fixed my heat shield after me being more forward about there truly being a problem and wanting it checked more thoroughly. The man behind the counter explained everything easy for me to understand and easily took down all the information I was explaining about my troubles.The employees I got today were so very helpful compared to my last visit. Thank you very much.

I have been going to the dealership for any repair needs. My salesman is Marc and he makes it a very easy process and will be going back to him for future purchases. Overall a comfortable dealership and they are always straight forward with me whether it's for repairs or getting a vehicle!

We originally came to look at a used car they had listed, and they managed to find us an even better car for an even better price. They were able to handle the issues with insurance without much stress on my end.We got a 2022 Kia sol and the final paperwork took less than 20 minutes. This was my first time going with needing an inspection and a recall done. Service was great! Wait time wasn t long at all, an expected time. My kids especially loved the drinks and snacks they had available!!

I was overall very satisfied. They made the process of purchasing a new car much easier for me, while going through an insurance claim from my previous car behind totalled. This is my 2nd vehicle purchased from saleswoman Karyn and both times she has been absolutely great to work with.

They didn't fix the problem with my Outlander. I have been there multiple times for my sensors, which they covered with the warranty and still couldn't fix right. Now after the 4th or 5th time they are saying that they suddenly won't cover it under warranty and they are blaming it on an accident that happened a year ago. They are blaming it on the accident and want me to pay out of pocket to tear it apart to figure out what's wrong with it. How can you blame it on the accident if you are just guessing at what's wrong with it? It was brought to Wally's by the collision repair shop to have it checked out after the accident and it was fine then. 100% would never buy a vehicle from there again. The service department has no clue what they are doing.

Great dealership to get automotive work done. Excellent mechanics as well as super helpful & friendly staff. Jennifer in service was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the service I received. Sue in billing was also delightful. I first went to Davidson Ford near Wally's only because I was interested in a Bronco. The entire lot was all used vehicles with only 1 new Bronco. The experience was absolutely horrible, and they wanted 30k for a used vehicle with 33k miles and obvious cosmetic damage to the vehicle. The "best" they could do was drop the price to 29.5k. Before walking out the door I knew it was a mistake going anywhere other than Wally's!

Marc Mincer was able to trade my husband and I out of both of or vehicles on the same day. We received QUALITY salesmanship and for that I can't thank you enough. We brought our 3 children with us and as you know buying a vehicle is stressful enough along with trying to entertain 3 small children, and the guys blew my kids up balloons and they had snacks and drinks available for them. Extremely family friendly dealership. Amazing buying experience and would most certainly buy from here again!

We didn't end up purchasing our vehicle there....However, it was an excellent experience. Karyn went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us, answer all our questions, and entertain our daughter so we could focus on the car buying process. Karyn had the car ready for us to test drive when we got there. I even changed my mind on what I wanted to test drive, and she was so wonderful with getting that car ready for a test drive. She even answered my questions the next day during her time off. Highly recommend Karyn if you're in the car buying moment. Thank you, Karyn, for taking the time with my family. You're the best!

Had a great interaction with Marc Mincer while test driving the Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV. Early on in our car buying, so we didn t purchase today, but Marc was attentive and not pushy - great experience. We will be back to Wally s Mitsubishi.

I had a great service experience but didn t get the car wash at the end like usual. Not a big deal but definitely a perk I love about this dealership. When the manager, Ryan and my dealer, Karyn read this in my review they went above and beyond and had my car detailed inside and out. I told them it wasn t necessary, but they insisted on making it right , dropped my car off to the dealership and they took care of everything. Got a brand new looking car back a few hours later.
