Kieth the Mgr is amazing as well as staff. They went out of their way even after I was no longer a customer. Great communication. Truck was totalled so can't comment on performance but free storage on lot was amazing. Thanks again

I've been going to Sullivan's for many years now and they have always done great work. Prices are fair and the service is exceptional. If I ever have any issue with my car, I'm only going to go to Sullivan's because I trust them and I know they will work hard to get the job done.

Sullivan s worked seamlessly with insurance to fix my rear bumper. I did wait in their queue for quite awhile, but I feel the end result was worth the wait. Went for a quote to fix my trunk and they gave me a really high estimate. Told me it would take a while to get the replacement part in and that they would call me. Never heard back from them after that, and the part they quoted me as costing $2k I found on my own for $350. Was able to fix the damage on my own for about $500 and an hour or two of time. They are going to try and rip you off.Service: Body & Trim

Not from watertown and after being rejected service/outrageous quotes from other body shops i was seriously blown away by the work they did on my 335i bmw. They pulled my door and rear quarter panel dents out and sprayed them and my car looks like it came from the factory new thank you guys so much highly recommend for the price too you cannot go wrong with sullivans ever.

Sullvan's does excellent work. They are professional but down to earth and really easy to deal with. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else when it's in need of work. I have no association with Sullivan's other than being a happy customer and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Sullivan s was highly recommeded to me for some front end work by my dealership. Despite them being super busy with many cars and trucks needing work done they fit me in, so that id have ability to pcs to hawaii from fort drum without any issues. The car was in spectacular condition when i got it back, and also clean too! Thank you to the guys that did an amazing job on my car.

Turned my car in quite muddy, guys at Sullivan's cleaned it up and repaired the bumper. No issues, and worked with my insurance and definitely went out of their way to get it all done in a timely fashion.
