The staff was absolutely wonderful. They were friendly and helpful. They were able to get me in right away and even gave me a ride home when my car needed to be kept overnight. However, I felt that the Labor cost were extremely high.

I have always had difficult vehicles and because of that I ve been to several mechanic shops in Watertown. These guys are by far the most honest and fastest I ve dealt with yet. I had been told my car needed thousands of dollars of work done to it. Rocafleet diagnosed my car, did the repairs, and got my car back to me by the next day for a fraction of the price. They didn t lie or add extras and were so respectful.

Had a great experience at Roca Fleet, from the initial phone call to set up the appointment, to being handed my keys when the service was done. Everyone I spoke to was professional and knowledgeable. The front-end alignment I needed was completed quickly and when it was done, my truck drove a lot better. I would definitely do business with them again!

Update!!I would have given 5 star but I had a issue, that ended ok but could have been worse. Thankfully for my kids it was not the worst.It took longer then it should to be resolved as it should have been an easy we got you covered. But although it took longer then it should have I want to say thank you for listening and understanding and making good on the situation, thank you to Chris and Josh for not making me feel like oh no here comes a women that means a ton. Thank you Kevin for looking into the situation and getting all the details. You should always make sure you have details thank you again.

Since Friday I have been dealing with these amazing people working on my 2011 ford focus! There were some ups and downs but that was from rust and bad luck but the staff did amazing and treated me amazing with the last 3 visits I had with them and I couldn t thank them enough for them fixing my car. We tried Roacafleet for the first time recently. It was easy to make an appointment and then easy to call back and modify it. Both men that I spoke with were very courteous and friendly. The repair was done quickly and professionally.

Summary: great communication, honest work, amazing team, fair pricingMy car was having some u-joint / drive shaft issues. Called ROCAFLEET, I explained what I knew about the issue and they scheduled my car quickly. They confirmed what I thought was wrong after a thorough check, and gave me all of the options. The team was transparent about part availability, delivery times and cost. Supply chain issues outside of their control made the delivery take a smidge longer, but the team had clear communication and followed up with me! The car is driving smoother than ever. I will definitely be coming back here for all types of service. They were super flexible with my drop off and pick up times as I have a weird schedule. I ve worked at multiple car dealerships and service centers before, and this is some of the best service I have ever seen

This is my go to shop for literally everything from a stupid question to major work. Highly communicative, transparent about the process, they won't kill you on parts AND they're happy to work on modified vehicles. My car doesn't go anywhere else.
