Charged me for storage on days where the company was closed/empty, not updated Google information which said they were open when they were closed, extremely rude and condescending "owner", called 3x in a row to no answer yet the "owner" was sitting down at the desk doing nothing before I popped up. Y'all lying on these reviews, 1 star.

EXCELLENT service!! Fast and honest! Andy fit us in with short notice and evaluated the issue quickly. He went over and above and found a way to save us almost $600 on a replacement part. Saved our vacation. We highly recommend this shop!Service: Electrical repairService: Electrical repair

Called to have my Jeep towed back from a local car repair shop and had it back in my driveway within the hour. My house is 16 miles from the shop and their price was reasonable. I paid cash and the whole process was easy, fast and positive. Thanks guys!

If you are having car troubles and need a repair- I would 100% recommend this business. I needed to have my car towed due to my alternator not working- I also needed the alternator repaired. The man who towed my car was fast, polite, friendly and helpful. They literally fixed my alternator in just a few hours. Not only was the service fast, it was also extremely affordable from what other businesses in the area quoted us. The man working on my car (I cannot remember the name, I wish I could) told me that I should get new tires soon. In no way did he push me to buy new ones or to buy them from the company. It was just a helpful tip he gave to help me for the future. We asked him to give us a tire quote and it was again, an extremely affordable and quick process. You know how some auto shops are super pushy and try to talk you into things you don t need to have done? This was NOT like that and I appreciated it so much.I have never had such an easy experience with an auto-shop and will 10/10 be using them in the future. Having issues with your car is the worst, save yourself more hassle and go to a place that makes it a good experience!!! 5 stars all the way!!Services: Tires, Special vehicle towing, Tire change

We had some car troubles on our way back to Ottawa, and they responded quickly as part of our CAA membership. They were very professional and caring, ordered the parts that were needed, and got us on the road as soon as they could. They price was also very fair for the repairs needed. We were really pleased at how well we were taken care of, especially in a pickle!

They are the AAA service provider for Watertown, NY. I had a tire issue and they did a great job getting my truck back in service! The driver was new and very polite and helpful. The owner made a point of showing up just to make sure all was going well. I would recommend them for their services anytime....

Held my car for two weeks just for them to say they won t work on it. Charged me 97 bucks, killed my battery and didn t replace it. Do not recommend. I d give it 0 out of 5 if I could.

5 stars, the man who came and picked up my 2013 ram truck yesterday was very nice and did it in a fast manner. Also when I called they answered pretty quickly and gave me a reasonable price for my truck to be towed. Can t wait to hear back and get my truck working again :) . Thanks !

My car battery died today so I decided to call Precision Towing because they were a name I saw around town. The service was fast and friendly from beginning to end, and the cost was very reasonable. I regret not giving gratuity, the serviceman was excellent and very professional, so I hope that this review makes up for that in some way. I highly recommend Precision if you ever need a tow!Service: Car towing

I broke down in watertown. This company was very timely and far cheaper than competitors. Had small issue with tow truck driver but was handled quickly and fairly by the owner. Owner is very respectful and friendly. Would highly recommend them and i will use them again if needed. Overall great job Precision Towing.

These guys are great, fast, respectful, and professional. I scheduled multiple appointments with them and they were always right on time. They offered me the best price compared to other competitors. I'd recommend them to anybody.

Great customer service in all aspects. Recommended for any vehicle needs. Shop around town for cost, guarantee they match or give a better offer & service than anyone, not even shops on post. USAA recommended their service to us and I'm glad we chose them to service our vehicle's mechanical issues.

Owner is the rudest person I ve ever met. I had my car towed there for him to work on then out of no where one of his workers showed up two weeks later with my car still not running no phone call giving me a fair warning or anything just out of the blue. Won t answer my phone calls have been trying to call him for weeks. His worker called him said He s not going to work on it right now. Then I tried to call him and he didn t answer. Then before that was hiring me as a driver then when my background came back passed and he didn t even call me to let me know he just hired someone else.

Was very dissatisfied after waiting 3 hrs in 81 degree weather!! Thankfully we were able to use the car for the air conditioning!! I think the driver did his job well and thank you for that!! But I do think being told 90 minutes is ridiculous when u no damn well it s 3 hr wait we could of found other ways to get home and yous could of brought the car home later!!!

So my trailblazer needed a new trans I was told, they gave me a price witch I couldn't afford it so I asked if they could tow it back over yes they did great. My problem is how they did it, it sat they for a week and three days, I called many time and just got the answering machine witch became full so I was unable to leave a message. As soon as I called from a different phone number they picked up and I ask about my truck I get "what trailblazer". Finally get my truck back and now it won't start, battery will not charge witch was not the problem. So in short I will not refer or be using your services in the future. Went to their shop over and over and over. Lifts not available, call back later. (Twice) We'll call you back(twice!), With no call back. When I actually got some help they can't find the problem, so I tried again today. Call back later. I call back later: we'll call you back. No call. They don't want my business and now I'm stuck with a shoddy sway bar for another week while I schedule with a shop that will actually call me back. They seem nice enough but can't be bothered with my business and neither can I any more.

HONEST BUSINESS WITH INTEGRITY!Towed my vehicle in snowy conditions to the Fire Stone on Fort Drum for the most competitive price. The driver hooked the tow chain to the only place available on my older car and accidently bent the torsion bar during transport. I told Andy what happened and he immediately stopped in the middle of the day and repaired my vehicle without question. He could have easily denied that my vehicle was damaged by his driver because of the vehicle's age, instead Andy and his mechanic fixed it personally while I waited in his shop. This repair would have cost me close to $300 to repair at the dealer, Precision did it free of charge and quickly! I recommend this business to anyone who enjoys great customer service and people who stand honest behind their services!

I would give this company no stars if I could. The driver who picked my car up was extremely rude and demeaning towards me. Would never use this service again.I want to disregard this review the company handled the situation in a very professional way and apologized to me for the drivers wrong doing. I appreciate the customer service who took care of this problem for me.

Night of the 8th going from Watertown to Copenhagen there was a truck in the middle of the road with high beams on during the storm. Couldn't see where he was and almost got him head on. We understand he was getting s truck unstuck but he was not positioned well and the head lights blinded us. We had our 3 year old with us and we'r very shaken. Next time please dim your lights and move further over or put cones out. Ty
