I'm a busy post doc visiting home for the holidays, and my Corolla was in serious need of front end repairs after years of neglect. Bill was was able to make me an appointment and get my car travel safe in time for my 400 mile trek back to New Haven CT. Bill was super friendly, patient and addressed every concern I had, all for an affordable price. In these modern times, skilled, honest, and hardworking mechanics that you can trust can be hard to find. But, Bill and performance auto are it. I would gladly bring my vehicle back! Thanks for the the job well done!

They are great every time I bring my car in! It's a little inconvenient to have to leave it there all day but the trade off is I can always get the car in same or next day when I call and the prices are usually MUCH cheaper than the chains nearby.

Performance Auto is hands down the best shop I've worked with. Bill is extremely knowledgeable and has the experience to back it up, I've taken my truck there multiple times and have never had a bad experience. He's fair, priced well, and won't nickle and dime you or try to sell you something you don't need. It's been hard to find a good honest mechanic, but Bill and Performance Auto are as good as they get. Can't recommend enough.

Don't hesitate using Bill at Performance Auto. I can't say enough nice things about him. He helped fix a new issues my car was having while I was on the river for vacation. My car has never run more smoothly. Even better than when I bought it certified from the dealer. I wish I lived closer so I could use him all the time!

Bill does exceptional work at fair prices and in a timely manner. My family and I have gone to Bill since around 2012-2013. He s honest and very down to earth. I ve never heard of anyone having any issues with the work he s done and I personally have never had any issues. I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for fair prices and great quality work. We have gone to Bill since we moved to this area in 2018. He is one of the most honest and down to earth mechanics we have ever known. We have seriously had to convince him to charge us more because he goes out of his way to find the best prices and never recommends work that is not really needed. His work is always top notch. Don t know what we will do when we have to move from this area.

Been bringing my vehicles here for years. The owner Bill is always fair and honest; which can sometimes be tough to find in this industry. Never out looking to take advantage of someone, always offering the most competitive pricing around. Never had a problem that he couldn't resolve almost immediately. Highly recommend taking your vehicle here if you want fast professional service that can't be beat.

Great place to take your car or truck. Old school service and Bill knows his stuff. Very reasonable prices that don't make you go bankrupt looking for car repairs. I'll always recommend this shop.

Bill, the mechanic is fantastic. He's fair and up to date in the workings of all cars.If he is unable to fix your car he will let you know right away. Bill is the mechanic you would love to keep around. VERY RELIABLE!!!

Very honest and fair service. Bill is a great help and I would absolutely recommend this place if you're looking for automotive repair. I had brakes and a wheel bearing done. Labor costs are fair and my vehicle runs great.

The owner is a great guy who has always done right by me and my family. Hes an honest guy who is more than fair when it comes to cost and genuinely wants to do the right thing by his customers. I found this place by chance years ago and havent taken my vehicles anywhere else since!

My wife's vechile had a leak called him he said bring it in and I will look at it we did seen a leaking he said its a clamp said give me a min came back out layed on the ground in the cold put a new clamp on filled the antifreeze back off said go no charge so we bought him a gift certificate for his time always has taken care of us never had to take anything backNotning change always take.our vechiles to him always taken care of us a ball buster but never had a problem and never had to take a vechile back to him once and it was a warranty part and didn't charge me
