Staff seemed friendly enough. Had an appointment for 3pm. Still waited about 45 minutes before my vehicle was seen. Everywhere is short staffed so longer wait times are understandable. What I don t understand is how you scratch a rim swapping wheels. It looks like it was dragged across the floor or had something moved on top of it. Stuff happens but honesty about it goes a long way. I ll follow up and hopefully can adjust the review if it s squared away. Until then, I recommend you avoid this business.Updated: Manager came out with an attitude but calmed down when he realized I was being respectful. He denied it could have been them and recommends that It s probably a good idea you take pictures of your property before coming in I m SOL and don t appreciate how they speak to customers. Find another business that respects people and their property.

I got some auto body work done on my vehicle and my auto body guy Mike Read explained to me that my alignment needs to looked at and taken care of so he called up Mr.Tire right then and there and talked to Sam on the phone and got me in the following day at 9am. When i got there Sam got down all my information that was needed and within 15-20minutes waiting my alignment was done and I was on my way. These guys were fast friendly and reasonable priced.

Usually I don't leave comments, but I went to this place yesterday for an alignment check, and I may say these guys were super honest and cool about my situation. They could have said anything to earn money; instead, they suggested I go somewhere that does subframe work.

I cannot say enough good things about this place and in particular about Sam and Shawn.My wife and I were on a long distance road trip when we suddenly found ourselves in the Watertown area with a spike in our right rear tire that was dangerously close to the sidewall of the tire. I had visited several stores in the area and two people recommended Mr. Tire in Watertown.Although I was a walk-in and they were busy, I explained our situation and they made the rest of our trip possible.I m never one to just walk in and would not recommend it, in this case I had little choice.To help us manage our expectations, they did provide me the appropriate warning about the proximity of the spike to the side wall, but they were able to get it done. It s important to point out that there are no shortages of places that would have lied in order to try and sell us an entire new set of tires, which leads to the most important quality these guys have:Honesty. Yes, unfortunately honesty has become a rare commodity these days, but honest they were, and that is an extremely important attribute for a business, so I ll say it again: Sam and Shawn are honest business people at Mr. Tire. They are also reasonably priced. They serve as a power of example to an industry that is filled with businesses that are perfectly willing to take advantage of the misfortune of clients just to fill their pockets. In fact, there s a place like that just across the street from Mr. Tire. Do NOT go there, unless of course being lied to and upsold is one of your main hobbies. Trust this customer, stick with Mr. Tire!

i had such a wonderful experience with good tire from water town new york. i popped a tire on the side of the interstate and both on the phone and in person, sam made the rough experience so much better. i was with 4 small children and he relieved so much pressure. i genuinely appreciate him assistance and conversation throughout the experience. Sam was so helpful to my family and in a moment of distress and i could not be more grateful. it was the holidays season, which is stressful for everybody, but sam really made me feel so grateful for having called this company. THANK YOU SAM you really made my day and made me feel so at peace. happy holidays :)

Very terible service. My vehicle was there for 3 days until it had tires put on. I called and got the voicemail and never got a phone call returned. I had to threaten to call corporate in order for my vehicle to get done. Sam did a good job with what he had to go off from.

Be cautious. I had them put winter tires on my vehicle with new rims. Tire sensor kept coming on. Had them fix that. Fast forward and I am changing my tires, by hand, and one of the bolts snaps off. I had no issues with the other 9 bolts but the 10th bolt snaps off due to being too tight. When I call I m told that that is what happens and there is no way that they over tightened the bolt. Would not discuss compensation. Told me to bring it in and they would look at it. Not interested in having anything else broken by them. I have to get my vehicle towed so it can be repaired and I am out that cost plus a rental vehicle due it being a weekend.

Had a great interaction with the guys here. I was on my way home to Canada and my car began acting up. I dropped in randomly on a busy summer afternoon and asked if they would take a look at it. He could have easily said he was too busy, but instead he said to wait for a bit and he would see what he could do. I waited outside for a few minutes and he came out and checked my car out and gave me excellent advice. He knew he would likely not make any money off of me, yet he still made time for me. This is the mark of a good business, one that takes time to help people who may not have an appointment but need help. I don t get through there a lot, so I wanted to say thank you via Google review and give props to a business that cares about everyone. All the best to the Mr. Tire gang!

Sam and Shawn are awesome. They fixed what I thought was a huge issue in a couple hours for 100s less than what I thought it would cost. I recommend this garage to anyone.

Great place to schedule a vehicle inspection. Honest employees who try to do right by the customer. Great selection of tires. THIS IS NOT JUST A TIRE SHOP, they do all kinds of other mechanic work as well. Right of i81 in Watertown.

We were on vacation, and the evening before the day we were to drive home to Ohio the alternator on our car died. Mr Tire got us in the next morning and replaced our alternator within 2 1/2 hours. We thought we'd have to wait overnight! We are very grateful for their prompt, friendly and good service.

Had a flat tire late at night while traveling through Watertown New York. We put on the donut, grabbed a hotel room and found Mr Tire open on a Sunday, a half mile away. What a saving grace! Made my online reservation that night got had a new tire and was on the road by 10:00 a.m. the next day. Super friendly, reasonable prices too.

Was travelling through Watertown from Canada when I noticed my rear brakes had seized (there was a terrible screeching noise). The fellas here were quick to look at my car, assess the damage and get me back on the road all within a couple of hours.Very impressed with this spot, will definitely go back if I'm travelling through again and I have issues.Thanks again guys!

These guys are great. Been going there for a long time with two different fleets for my company. Always friendly and honest. Even with fleet "issues" they know how to get it done , even when "fleet" has issues. They allow me to loiter in the lobby as I wait and converse with me , which is difficult I'm sure lmao. Good lads. They need help, like everyone else and if you need a good place to work and love servicing vehicles , apply!!!

stopped in for a NYS inspection. Found a very pleasant staff who got me in quickly and completed everything without costing me an arm and a leg. Will definitely be back and i highly recommend them.

I have been going to the shop in Watertown ny for years and my experience the last time (12/20/23) was the worst! Went in to get my car inspected and snow tires put on. Well, got my my tires on but not passing inspection due to a tie rod issue. I couldn't fix this until after xmass. So, I was sent home without any sticker and unable to drive my car before xmass and after. Why wasn't I given a temporary sticker? I also asked if I would also have to pay for another inspection when I fix it and he said yes! Not right! I feel they ruined my xmass as I was not able to go anywhere! I have a appointment on the 12/28/23 to get it fixed, I feel they are treating me shameful and I will never go there again! I also was unable to pick up my prescriptions!

Dropped two tires off to have tubes put in 11am. Said "no problem" they'd call me when they're done. Fast forward I walk in the door 10mins before close 7pm. I don't get a word out of my mouth before the employee say "nope I didn't get to them, maybe tomorrow" yeah probably not sport. Thanks for wasting my entire day!! It not like I could have taken them to one of the other 20 tire shops in Watertown. What a joke!!

Was once happy with them just moved into the area a year ago looking for a good and reliable mechanic like had back in baldwinsville ny found Mr tires they did a great job with reliable pricing went back again this year with an appointment waited 2+hours for putting on 4 tires with balance I had told them if the tires rub let me know and we will go from there $300+ later with the new tires and RUBBING and to say don't cut to hardwithachuckle. I would have purchased new tires from them there lost and to say the least with there front desk customer service not a very friendly crew. Well good luck I will never go back....

AMAZING Service and Staff! I was there last weekend from Ottawa and my power steering failed! Went in on the Monday morning and was told they were fully booked till Friday. BUT after I explained my dilemma to them in that I had to get back to Ottawa same day, they took me in. They had to order parts from Syracuse and stayed past their closing time to ensure that my car was safe to drive and did a great job. Many thanks to Elijah, John and team! Much appreciated guys!!

Couple months ago brought in a wheel with a punctured tire off my wifes SUV and got it replaced. Today I bought four new tires and a new spare for my truck, all installed right, and in a reasonable time. Can't complain! These guys do good work.

They are honestly the nicest people! They managed to squeeze me in to get my tire patched even though there was only 2 people working! The last two times I came in they didn't even price me! I paid back my second time with a cracker barrel giftcard. Hope they enjoyed it!!

I needed my car to be serviced and was in distress concerning my situation. The employees at Mr. Tire Auto explained to me the problem and the solution without making me feel like just a number but a person. They were very courteous and professional. I would recommend taking your vehicle for any car repairs at this center. Additionally, I believe they have reasonable prices. Thanks again, Melody
