My husband's car was displaying error codes all over the dash, I took it to Midas and they were very helpful! The problem was with the computer system in the car so they did let me know that I should take it to the dealership instead, and they didn't charge me. Will be going here in the future when our cars have problems that aren't dealer-specific!

I went there last week for a tire alignment and replacing the rear wheel bearings, and they are working great! The staff was so kind and helpful. The mechanics checked my car prior to the service and explained everything to me and even showed me the issues. They didn t try to sell me anything I didn t need, they were honest.

I could go on and on about this place but first a foremost they take advantage of women and are always trying to scam me each time I ve gone there by every single employee. They will tell me I have serious complications with my car and my husband will go, on his own and it s like all those problems disappear.

this place doesn t deserve even one star last year got new tires and did my alignment left the place and after 20 min drive had to go back because my truck was pulling on the right went back there and they said that they fixed the issue but my truck was never the same it just didn t feel right, today drove it to another mechanic to rotate my tires and got told i need new tires because i have bad toe tire wear and all that because of a bad alignment.They are extremely unprofessional and the staff doesn t care stay away from this shop.

I can't rave enough about this place. 1 I scheduled online, and when I showed up, the nice young lady was like, "Oh, it didn't come through, but we will get you in. I had a slow leak in my tire. Well, nail in the side can't patch that, so I needed 2 new tires. I asked if they could square in my headlight, as it was out. And they did, also told me of a repair that I knew about and was cheaper than my original quote. Mind you, I was there a while, but I got to meet the owner as well. Very nice. I will be back! Thank you for making my car safe and sound!

I recently visited the Watertown, NY repair shop on 3-10-21, to have my Lincoln MKZ diagnosed for front suspension noise from tires and mid-car. I was told that I needed to replace a front wheel hub assembly and a lower transmission torque strut. I specifically asked for them to do a full diagnostic on the front steering and suspension and was told these were the only issues and in the representatives own words "everything else is good to go." I opted for only the hub assembly work because Lincolns are expensive to repair and the representative told me it was imperative to me using my vehicle, and paid $398.36 for the service. After getting my car back I had to return less than an hour later for metal on metal scraping coming from the tires. I was told by the representative that the new parts possibly had a defect and they would be replaced but due to it being half hour to close they would have to keep it overnight. The next morning I went and picked my car back up and once again in less than an hour I was back for wheel noise in the front. I was then told by the representative that the caliper they put back on was rubbing the edge of the rotor, so they adjusted it and shaved the edge of the rotor. I haven't experienced any noises since, however, upon inspecting my vehicle two days later on 3-13-21, I noticed the following issues:*Driver side front rack and pinion boot is disconnected exposing the rod and leaking grease.*Passenger side control arm and ball joint boot is torn, leaking grease and covered in grime and was reconnected to the brand new hub hardware I just purchased.*Drive side front rotor has a massive groove in it from worn hardware.*Power steering reservoir has leaked all over everything under it.It was my understanding that when I requested a diagnostic that those issue would be noticed, mentioned to me, and quoted for remedy, however, this did not happen and I was left to be completely shocked when I visually inspected it myself. Under NYS law my vehicle won't even pass inspection in its current state and not only did these issues not get mentioned, they even hooked the new hub assembly hardware back up to a fairly damaged ball joint and control arm, so there is not a doubt it was noticed, as well as the power steering fluid being all over everything I assume would be quite noticeable as well. I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with the services I paid for, not only having to bring my car there 2 times in 2 days for issues involving their repairs, but to find theres even more issues that they failed to notice, or mentioned lto me so I am at least aware of the issues is insult to injury and completely unacceptable. I paid for a service thinking I'd have some peace of mind that the vehicle was safe and mechanically sound for the time being, and now its sitting in my driveway until I find a way to have it serviced and be able to pass an inspection and be ok to drive like I had originally payed for. The only reason I gave two stars is I felt like the one guy was sincere about helping me out, but unfortunately I feel like whoever did the repairs is lacking serious quality skills and judgment as a mechanic. Based on my experience, and the mess I found after the fact, I would not recommend this company.I added pics below of the damaged parts that were overlooked.

Fantastic!Even with their Very busy schedule they were able to get my vehicle in, fix the issue in a timely manner & get me back on my business trip. I'm not even sure the technician took a lunch. Very honest people. I paid $100 for an oil change at fuccillo (where I bought my car) and Midas only charged $60. I m not as knowledgeable with cars as I wish I was. If you don t need something done, they won t do it. Always have had a good experience with them.

I m honestly always skeptical about auto shops simply out of fear that I m getting scammed. But today they helped repair my vehicle the best they could free of charge. They simply were just looking out for my vehicle and me. I really do appreciate everything they have done to make sure that I m safe on the road around these tuff seasons. Thanks again!

They are super honest. Grateful to them for being very helpful. I was able to determine that a Ford dealership I use to work as a salesman for fed me some lies to me. Never again. If I need warranty work I will seek out a Ford dealer that doesn't lie.

Had a wheel almost come off, called them for help and within a couple hours they had told me everything wrong and what they could do to help. There was constant communication and never did I feel like they were too busy. Got my vehicle taken care of and was a quick and painless process. 10/10 would recommend.

Back in January my jeep wouldn't start. I had it towed to Midas. I was told the Junction Box and the wires were corroded and needed to be replaced. They needed to order a Junction Box for me so it took some extra time, but no big deal. Paid $600 and went on my way. It worked, up until yesterday. The same issues as last time. My friend who is a mechanic looked at it and found that there was no Junction Box where it was supposed to be, and the wires were out in the open, terribly corroded again, and they were ziptied to my frame. My friend also said they didn't waterproof seal the wires, only crimped them. So where's the Junction Box that I paid for? Paid more than full price for a less than half price cob job. Never will use this place again. I don't even trust them to bring it back to fix it.Service: Electrical

We came to Midas after their neighbor business, Monro, said there were numerous things wrong with out vehicle. Midas did an inspection, and all they reported back was some tire wear. They did not force or pressure us to buy new tires. We did end up ordering 4 and booking an alignment because they had great prices. Great service, fair, do not scam. Well be returning here for our vehicle needs.

Took my car there about 5 months ago to get it inspected. I don t know much about cars but did know my brakes were bad. They failed my inspection because of my rear brakes so naturally I made an appointment that week to get them fixed there. I was charged OVER 800 dollars for my rear brakes and rotors and this was a hard price with no discounts offered. Once again I know nothing about cars so didn t know if this was a good deal or not. I am not getting my front brakes and rotors replaced at a different location and I was just charged 500 dollars. Would not recommend Midas to anyone unless money is of no concern to youService: Brakes

I have taken both of my vehicles to Midas since we moved here for the military 3 years ago.They have always been quick, efficient, clean, and professional. The price is always the best I have found.They care about their customers as individuals and genuinely provide individualized care that makes a difference. I would highly recommend them to any one!

Rocky, Angela and the team were really professional and respectful. Rocky was really straight forward with all my questions and concerns. They told me it was gonna be a week from when I turned my car in to be done due to parts needed. Rocky told me he'll do what he can to push parts to come earlier. Called next morning and told me my vehicle will be done by the afternoon. I was shocked. They took me in last minute and fixed my vehicle in less than 24 hours. Great shop and great team!!! I made the appointment request the day before when they were closed and it was accepted after they opened Monday morning. Rocky was super helpful & everyone else was really nice too. I was allowed into the garage to see exactly what they would be repairing and then offered two options of quotes (one for what was absolutely necessary and one for everything that would eventually need to get done). Do not go here. Especially if they quote you $20 to $120. They try and and lie say they have to fix it a certain wyt that cost more. All we needed was a new valve stem on our tire an he tried telling my husband he couldn't do it without putting a sensor in too. Which of course was a complete lie. Went to a different shop they had it done in less than an hour and for $20....if you don't know how to do it without that you probably shouldn't be working there. But let's face it they just want to rip off hard working people then I'm sure they expect it to never happen to them...disgusting behavior. Great service with HONEST mechanics and staff. I sent a friend in with a bad tire. They could have easily sold him a whole new tire and charged him for the labor and service, or said that they patched the tire and charged him for that. Instead they checked out the old tire figured out it just lost the seal after going in the ditch. They fixed the seal and got the car back up and running at no extra cost, and since it was there anyway my friend decided to have them do an oil change as well. Rocky was excellent! I expected actually a higher price for my van. I had an oil change, tune up and something else done that i can t remember but i expected the charges to be a lot more. He was great and very knowledgeable about things when i asked.The front desk, i can t for the life of me rennet name but she was awesome as well.I highly recommend this shop. I will be taking my cars back for the rest of the time we are here.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I chose this shop due to the reputation I read online. New to the area and put my faith in that. I was not disappointed, as they listened to the issue I was having with my Mazda CX-5. Instead of ignoring it (like most shops do) they used it as a diagnostic tool, and quickly found the issue which was a plugged cabin filter. Replaced it and I was on my way with temperature control in my car again, within 30 minutes. Not overpriced, honest, and friendly techs. Would highly recommend and I will be a repeat customer. Rocky and team, keep up the good work. It is noticed and appreciated!

We ran into car troubles while visiting for a few days from Canada. It turned out to be a faulty alternator. On a very busy Friday, we stopped and asked if it was possible to help us out. No problem! About 2 1/2 hours later we were on our way. Thank you so very much for helping us out. Your help AND kindness will not be forgotten! Absolutely wonderful people.Update: We needed information regarding our invoice. I called Midas, and after a month , Rocky Dunn, the desk attendant remembered us. Great guy, and fantastic service. Thank you once again!

Since we moved to the area in 2017, we have been coming to Midas for all of our car needs and services, including regularly scheduled oil changes and safety inspections. The reason for this specific review was for this morning. My check engine light came on and I immediately called Midas to ask if they had an opening, as I know they are extremely busy, and Angela let me know I could bring it in right away. When we arrived, they brought my car into the garage almost instantly, where Rocky and Rob assessed the issue. They kept us updated every step of the way with what they were doing, what needed to be done, what they recommended, and the cost of it all. Rocky even offered a loaner car while we waited, but we were in and out in just a couple of hours. My car is running smoothly again, as they got to the root of the issue and fixed it. I m so very grateful for honest, reliable, trustworthy, upfront mechanics and the business that I do with Midas, especially with Rocky and Christian.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I was able to get an appointment exactly when I needed it. I dropped it off and received a call within the hour as to what the problem was and after giving the go ahead the job was done quickly and at a very reasonable price.
