Had some work done on my car yesterday, and I can easily say I ve never had a better experience at any other any other service shop. Not only did they resolve the issues I was having with my car, but you can tell that the staff/team here is passionate about what they do, and go above and beyond when it comes to quality customer service. I m not the most educated person in regards to automotive issues, however Chris took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on, what they could do for me, and made recommendations for next time so I could plan accordingly. I sincerely enjoyed my experience at this location, and I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you once again :)

I've been coming here for a few years now. There is always great customer service. The employees are wonderful. They fix my car quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend. I love their online booking system as well.

Honestly never been more impressed or satisfied with a mechanic shop. They are friendly and do honest work. Finally found a trustworthy mechanic that is timely and affordable. Highly recommend

Some of the most down to earth and kind people I have had the pleasure of interacting with. The service was fast and despite a slight mishap, they not only made it right but went (what I believe to be) above and beyond. Pheral has one of the biggest hearts and truly cares about each individual who walks through their store. I will recommend this store to anyone needing their services.

Let me start by saying the service at the front desk was good no issue there. As for the outcome of what I went for that's a completely different story. Went to this shop to have my summer tires swapped out for some all seasons plus I was running bald. Now I understand there may be a few nicks here and there but for there to be chips and damaged wheels down to the metal is a problem. The wheels have nicks on the areas where they mounted my wheels on the machine and it's deep to where the metal is chipped/damaged. Also there are marks where you can tell they used metal to push the tire down on the wheel chipping the edge of the face of my wheels. Last but not least wheel weights. This may seem like a small problem but why stack weights instead of removing and putting the right flat layer. Also the old adhesive was still there from the other weight removal. I just don't understand how people can be so careless about how they handle other people's things especially as a business. I can guarantee I won't go to this place anymore and will inform as many troops as possible not to.

Overall, my experience was fantastic from start to finish. I was able to make an appointment within 24 hrs, the service representatives Pheral and Asia were friendly and went above and beyond to address all my concerns. The service(alignment) that I needed was done promptly, aanr I couldn't be happier with the result. Thanks for the job well done.

I have been buying tires from Mavis on State Street for years as they offer a great selection and the most aggressive pricing. Most recently, Continental VikingContact 7 s, which are great winter tires. Asia and her team went above and beyond, as usual, to provide excellent customer service. Thank you!

Every time I have to have something done on my car I go to MAVIS ON ARSENAL STREET WATERTOWN I absolutely enjoy the staff and mechanics always do a good job as timely as possible ..... My father called ahead and scheduled an appointment for an inspection. The appointment was never put in the system. It ended up needing work done before it could pass, so we booked another appointment for that. That appointment was never put in the system either. Parts they said would be there on Wednesday still weren't there today. We called shortly before 2pm and that's how we found out about the missing parts, not through a courtesy call. We brought it in at 8am for a 2-3 hour repair, and it didn't get done until 430. I will never take my vehicle there again, due to the lack of communication and poor organizational standards.

I came out my door this morning to a flat. With an appointment at noon, I called mavis on state street, Watertown ny, and spoke to the assistant manager pheral. Her and her team were able to get me in right away and my vehicle done before my appointment. I will recommend them to anybody, and everybody I know that needs work done on their vehicles .

Made an appointment a day ago went in there today. These guys are super professional super courteous got my car wrapped up in no time even put my old tires in bags that I requested to keep and put them in my trunk for me. Thanks guys

Come see Asia the manager very friendly will do everything in her power to make the customer comfortable and will go out of the way to find the parts if stores don t have them very friendly.

I didn t catch her name, but the woman (who was also from Maine like we are) that was working the front desk on Sunday October 22nd, 2023 is an absolute GEM. She was super knowledgeable, helpful, and great conversation while we waited for our truck to get aligned. I usually hate going to automotive places because cars bore me, but she was the best.

Stan and the crew at Mavis are friendly and care about getting our cars running the best they can and very reasonable prices. They have always been honest and straight forward with us. I recommend them to anyone asking about auto repair and tire shops!

I called to ask the price before I went to the store. The employee said 20-30 dollars to replace the tire that I bought in . And then when I in the store they said 47 and some change. How . How can tax be 17 dollars. They just waste my time to go there . I could give them 0 stars

Brought in my Ford F-150 for a tire balance and front end alignment. Made an appointment online and dropped it off. Paid around $150 for the service. Drove my truck and had a worst shake then I had before bringing it in and the alignment was still veering to the right. I checked each rim there was no signs of balance weights. I called and ask for it to get looked at it again they said they were to busy and to bring it tomorrow. I scheduled another appointment for 10 am on Sunday and dropped my truck off. I never received a call saying it was ready so I called cause I knew it was close to closing time and they told me that they didn't get to it and that I would have to leave it with them over night. Now it's Monday and called once again cause I didn't hear from them. I picked up my truck and the alignment is still out and still has a shake from tire not being balanced.also left the cab of my truck dirty with grease.I do not recommend bringing your truck here .

Highly recommend. Phenomenal experience. The manager Asia is so awesome, she knows so much about what your car needs. Had everything I needed done for my inspection. Excellent service, only took a few hours. Will be a returning customer, for sure!
