Family was on a long road trip from out of town and our car s engine light noted low coolant. We called and stopped by. The technician and manager (Ken, Pete, Manager, and Brent) were so accommodating and topped off our coolant. They were so friendly, super knowledgeable, and honest. Excellent service!! We highly recommend this place for any your car needs.

The guys at Goodyear are amazing! They got us in really quick and took great care of us and our truck. We will definitely be returning for any future services we might need. The assistant service manager, Ken, sets the bar really high!

Much respect for Brent, Chris and Aaron. Came here with doubts about my tire, got me right in, very transparent with updates, even sacrificed some of their lunch time to help me. I can t thank you all enough. Just a friendly, informative, awesome group of people here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thank you so much again!

Such a great experience with this location, the assistant manager (Kent) was awesome. I went in a week ago for a flat tire, they squeezed me in when no one else in town could come by and fix my tire. I ve also been looking for a tire place to winterize my truck and after them being so accommodating to my emergency, their professionalism and just overall niceness; I went with these guys. So happy with my overall experience! Wish all Goodyear locations were like this.

This is the same Goodyear that used to be on 4th I think it was. They upgraded to this location in March. The facilities are pretty nice and relaxing, watching TV, or drinking complimentary coffee in their lounge area while you wait makes time go a little easier. Prices are fair for the quality. The staff were all very helpful and courteous as well as professional. I would recommend this place for tires and basic vehicle maintenance (oil change, wipers, fuel treatment, etc).

Got a flat tire on our way from Canada to Syracuse late Friday night, was able to make it to Watertown on the spare and got an early appointment at 7am Saturday at Goodyear. They did a great job, were very helpful and nice. Repair was only $25+tax

first time coming in to Goodyear for an oil change and will be coming here now in the future, i told them i usually go to the dealership and proceeded to show me why i should come in there instead, it was cheaper and ask me to fix some things that i didnt ask for, which i really appreciated they brought it up to my attention, Brent Shultz thank you!

I m from Texas and the plastic shield was coming off of the bottom of my car and the manger and worker took time out of their busy schedule to zip tie it for me till I go back to Texas. They were amazing and such sweet people. I can t thank them enough!

Went in on Sunday 10/22 dealt with Tylor -great atmosphere-very helpful-let me interject with questions-set up my appointment with ease. I m getting 4 new skips! Can t wait! (FYI alignments if necessary are not included plan on an extra $100 ish) Thank you Tylor & (Pete Harris )

We're from Florida and we spotted a nail in my car tire a couple of weeks ago. Not wanting to break down with a flat we pulled into this Goodyear Dealer in Watertown, NY.The man at the service counter came right out to inspect it. It didn't appear to be leaking so he used some pliers to pull the nail out and luckily the nail had gone in sideways , so no leak. I wanted to pay him for the service and he waived me off and said it was nothing. That's grrreat service and a real act of kindness. I highly recommend this tire dealer.

I found I had a flat tire mid day on a Saturday. Everyone I encountered was very helpful and friendly. They were able to squeeze me in and they were very thorough diagnosing the issue with my tire. They fixed me up and had me on my way much faster than I had assumed as a walk-in mid day on a Saturday. I recommend coming here for any tire issues or other maintenance.

Sally that couldn't do the repair that I needed but Peter at this Watertown location gave me more information than I could find on Google, where I feel more confident that I can get this done myself if necessary!!Thanks for all the info and help brother.

I was traveling out of country and my oil light came on. I got off the highway right away and pulled into Good Year. They were amazing! They got me in with a fully booked day, drove us to our hotel and picked us up after. Ken and Steve are the 2 I dealt with and both were to notch! Would go there any time!

This Goodyear shop has always come through for me. I ve had some wild issues go through that shop, they always go above and beyond. Pete is especially helpful. He got me in today around 11 with the expectation of coming back at or around closing. Instead, the team at this location got me out within two hours! Thanks all!

I was passing through Watertown when my low tire pressure light came on, and I was worried about getting a flat on my long trip home. Within minutes, the folks at Goodyear checked my tire pressure, filled up the tire that was a bit low, and replaced a valve cap that was missing, all free of charge. Excellent customer service, highly recommend!

Fantastic experience. Pete Harris and his crew took great care of me as I purchased a new set of tires for my truck. I waited in the waiting room and witnessed Pete take care of a young mother with a 1 year old. He explained the trouble with her car and expressed sympathy while the young mother called her husband to explain the situation. I also witnessed a service tech approach an elderly woman express empathy as this poor woman was having a bad day hitting something in the road and obtaining 2 flat tires and a bent rim. He was so kind to her as she was so stressed out! The reviews you read are real. Everyone in this shop cares about their customers and treats everyone with kindness.

I came to shop and had no idea what was going on with my tires. This nice guy came out help me with them. All 4 of them and changed me nothing. He even gave me a free air pressure monitor (I believe that s what it s called lol) and I paid for nothing. It was all free. I appreciate that a lot. I ll definitely be back if I have any issues!
