They were fantastic. We hit a deer with our truck. They got us in for an immediate estimate and called us when parts were ready. They gave constant updates and when they ran into a snag here or there, they were forthcoming and worked hard to get the job done. We were very happy with their service!

The team was upfront about the wait time, but ordered my parts before the appointment to reduce my waiting time. They were communicative throughout the process, and they did a wonderful job repairing my damaged door.

Some time ago, I hit a deer on my way to get off work . A friend introduced me to this car repair shop and made an appointment for repair. The beautiful lady at the front desk was very patient. Because I am Chinese, there will be some language barriers. I am very satisfied with the repair results, thank you very much!

Instructed by my insurance company to have my vehicle damage assets here. The staff are really nice, the waiting area clean and tidy, and the bathroom (men's) was spotless. The assessor did a thorough job looking over my damage and I had an approval amount from my insurance company within a few hours. I would highly recommend them if you're in need of collision or glass service.

The people there are very nice and friendly and got our car done weeks before it was due back to me even found more problems with our car and schedule it with dealer to get it fixed for us and they did all the paperwork for the insurance company all I had to do was sign they even text a nd call you with updates looks like a new car again thank you all for your outstanding service

I was originally not planning to leave a review even though my experience with your service was subpar to begin with. What I discovered yesterday is the catalyst to why I am finally leaving a review, from the beginning of the issues I ve had with your shop.On the initial return of my Honda Civic the driver side front fender and drivers side door were not aligned at all, the door was sagging, the new parts you installed scratched and chipped paint off old parts. I was told they would be touched up and as a courtesy other chips would be touched up as well, they were not. Your shop did fix its mistake in a timely manner. Which is great but the side skirt was installed improperly yet again and for some reason the leather of my passenger seat was overstressed with a big dent in it, (neither of which were that way the day prior when you initially tried to give my car back).The moment I drove my car away I could feel it wasn t driving right and scheduled an appointment with my mechanic because I didn t trust your shop anymore. On the way to my mechanic every light you can imagine came up on the dash. My mechanic said it s an issue with my turbo, everyone in that shop agreed. I tow it to Honda and they confirm. One of the sensors fell off from the impact, you allegedly sent one of your adjustors to Honda and said it s not. The adjustors from USAA confirmed both Honda and my mechanics diagnosis. That my car was hit from the drivers side, the force of that impact would continue to move and shift things towards the passenger side, meaning the passenger side sensor on the turbo was knocked loose enough to fall off.I would also like to include that USAA was surprised to find that they paid you to repaint the parts you messed up the first time when initially they thought it was simply continued repairs. Furthermore the paint is completely mismatched and it s very evident just by looking at the vehicle.Ultimately this means your shop didn t properly evaluate my car to begin with. The turbo was fixed by Honda and everything was fine. Then I noticed my side marker on my drivers side wasn t working. I went to change them myself (easy swap and install) and whoever handled working on my car put some sort of sealant/compound/putty thing on the marker because it didn t fit the non-OEM fender that was installed (on the topic of the non-OEM fender one of your personnel verbally promised to have an OEM fender purchased since this one doesn t fit the car properly. Still no word). I had to essentially pry the side marker out of my car. Also, the housing was just left dangling in my engine bay.Once I saw that I decided to start looking at other things. My wheel well liner is carved up, primer in my headlight housing, blue paint in my engine bay, there are plugs, mismatched screws and new holes all over the place.The fact a Honda certified repair shop missed the damage to the turbo and cobbled the car back together is outstanding in the most negative way.I have included pictures.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Called to make an appointment for a 10min max estimate to replace my fender trim. Sat on hold for over 10min, when a lady answered and I expressed my need for an appointment, I was told numerous times throughout the conversation, that an appointment was not needed and they stopped doing estimates at 11am and to just head in before 11am. I was there at 10am. I walked in, immediately could tell the front desk lady was not friendly. "Is there something we can do for you?" Didn't even look up from what she was doing. Nobody in the lobby. I replied that I was there for an estimate. "Did you make an appointment" Still no look, I guess I wasn't a priority. I replied, "no the person I talked to on the phone said no need to make an appointment, and that you did estimates until 11am, as you close at 12pm." She replied "I dont know who told you that, but you need an appointment". So my rebuttal was, "do you know who told me that? Because they need to be aware of this, because I TRIED to make one." She said. "Nope, we were bought out by Gerber Collision, so take it up with them". So at this point I could see, she didn't care. So why would anyone else there care. Snooty, rude, and the WRONG person to greet and "welcome" potential customers who were pointed your direction by the one of the biggest insurance companies in the country that you even have advertised on your door. So, I drove 30min from FT Drum, cleaned the car so you could give an accurate estimate, for nothing. I waited all week, my only free time is Saturday. They advertised 10th MTN on their site, to attract military customers. They just gave the worst experience to a Service Member. USAA has now been informed to this experience and I will be taking their coverage to your competitors, who value customer service and especially the US Military. Will never recommend this business to anyone.

I hit a deer that did a good bit of damage to my truck. The Gerber team restored my truck to its original condition and did a wonderful job. Thank you for the consistent updates; even to just tell me an expected arrival of a part. Gerber dealt directly with my insurance company and made a stressful situation as stress free as they were able to.

We had our 2019 Acadia taken to Gerber because another drive hit us. Gerber has been absolutely amazing. Because of GM's issues with parts, we waited 4 months for a grill. We eventually found a grill and the car is now complete.I can't begin to tell you how great they are. Christine is just wonderful. She kept us informed all the way, whether the parts were shipped, weren't shipped and if she had any new news for us. She listened to us complain constantly about GM and never once got upset with us. She was always very professional as were other that work there.I would recommend Gerber to anyone needing their services. You won't be disappointed.Service: Body & Trim

Great customer service. Wound up using them for an accident repair of back of truck and also simultaneously used them to fix a side mirror. They were kind enough not to charge me labor for the part that I had caused that wasn t covered by insurance.When I picked up the truck, there was a big scratch that I was 99% sure wasn t there when I dropped it off. They never did a walkthrough with me of truck before taking it but they did the right thing and fixed it by replacing the wheel trim without charging me. I felt bad because I couldn t be 100% sure they caused it but it was significant and I feel I would have noticed it at drop off if it were there before they took the truck. Good customer service follow up though.UPDATE: 1yr later my bumper was sagging to one side. I came in and it turns out that some of the bolts had come a little loose. They fixed it the next day quickly for free. Great service!Service: Body & Trim

Gerber Collision & Glass provided a pleasant experience while waiting to get my vehicle repaired. They are also a preferred body shop by insurance companies. Compared to previous experiences with other body shops, this place was amazing! They kept me informed via text daily and call every Tuesday & Thursday. They also did their best to work with me for my deductible. I definitely recommend!

I have loved this company, even though I hate the reason why we had to have our car with them. They've been diligent about keeping us up to date about the progress of our car and the delays that we needed to know about. I also greatly appreciate how they are seamlessly connected to the rental car agency so that everyone is on the same page.

I took my Audi here after my bumper was hit in a parking lot and needed to be replaced. The staff here is wonderful. Brittany at the front desk is great and kept me informed of everything going on with the car. Jonathan was the one who did my estimate and he was super professional and friendly. They did an amazing job with my car and cleaned it completely on top of fixing it beautifully. I can t recommend this place enough!!

I just wanted to reach out and tell you what a fabulous job your staff did with my recent detailing. My 2008 Honda Accord was brought in by my husband on 8/23. It was in sad shape. Not really sure what I expected with a full detail, but when I got home I was amazed at the job you did!! If it hadn't been for the wear and tear on the upholstery from over the years, I would have sworn I was driving the car new off the lot! I am so very impressed with your thoroughness and appreciate all the attention to the details!! I am spreading the word of your excellent service and will definitely be back!!! Thank you so much!!

These guys do decent work. Have had to have my car fixed twice in a year because of people hitting my car while parked. Body Pros always does exceptional work and can match the paint job no problem. I give 4 starts because I bought a detail while it was in and it was pretty expensive, and not too my expectations. I was like a quick rub down with a rag and vacuum.

I had an estimate done here for damage caused in an accident. I didn t get the repairs done because I have to move out of state before they would be completed. Jon Taylor was helpful, knowledgeable and overall a great attitude during the estimate process. He called ahead to see about delivery estimates and secured my bumper in place for the trip to VA. If I had to get car repairs I wouldn t hesitate to use their services because it is obvious that they care about customers and their work.

My 2014 Honda Civic was hit while parked and sustained some damage. I wasn't familiar with any body shops as i've never had to go to one. I called Gerber and was able to get my car in and done in about a week. Employees are great and technicians did an amazing job on the car making it look brand new! Thank you guys for the excellent service and work!

I was so impressed with the service I received at Gerber! I was that mom...the one who came in clueless as to how things worked with a half-asleep toddler in my arms. We were a bit of a mess. The front desk ladies turned the TV to cartoons for my kiddo and engaged with him, and proceeded to walk me through the steps clearly since I have never done this before. The gentleman who inspected the vehicle also explained things well and even took a look at my rental and pointed out some possible damage he didn t want me to get charged for later. That was completely above and beyond his job requirements and it showed great customer care. There were plenty of phone call and text message updates, and the company ended up finding more damage under the surface that was related to the collision and took care of everything for me. I definitely recommend this place and am thankful for everything...my SUV looks better than she has in years. Plus...they vacuumed which for this mom is a big deal ;)

Very quick work, great results and they communicate with you daily through an automated text to let you know how it's going. All the staff I dealt with we're very friendly and helpful with a smile and a positive attitude. I would definitely recommend Carubba for and body work you need done to your vehicle. It also helps they are approved through USAA as a warrantied body shop so you're covered for a year if the repair isn't done right.

Did an amazing job with my paint/ minor dent repairs. They were able to take my vehicle in the same day, and had a 3-day turn around. They even cleaned my interior for me!

Horrible! I brought my vehicle there to have the front end damage fixed. About 4 weeks later I get a call that it's done. When I picked my vehicle up, it was some what dark, so everything looked okay. The next day, thankfully it was sunny, I noticed that the new paint had scratches on it, the front grille was loosely attached to the point of coming off, my newly done paint stripes were already pealing, I paid out of pocket to have the paint buffed out, only to discover it was not done and the "new" headlights I paid for had scratches and the lower part of the headlight was not even changed out. I went back there the next business day to have the manager tell me, oh the grille issue is an easy fix, I'm thinking to myself if its such as easy fix why was it not done the first time. Here's the kicker, after arguing with the manger about the headlights, he had me drive the car to the back to have the grille reattached. So he has one of the workers bring out 'old' lower part of the headlight from the car. As it actually turns out the 'old' lower part of the headlight was the new one that was never put on the vehicle.So I drop off the car to have the issues fix. A few days later, when I went to pick up the car the side facing the sun looked good , thankfully right before I drove off the lot, I remembered I did not see the other side yet. So when I turned around, that side of the vehicle was not even touched. So at this point, I had to drop off my vehicle again.So all I can say about this place is that it is horrible, I' am never going back. I should not have had to drop off my car three times, for the things that should have been done correctly the first time. On that final note, if you paid them to have something done, make sure that they actually did it.

Dropped my WRX off after hitting a deer. Repair was done sooner than expected. I like that they can send updates, it let me know my car was actually getting worked on and not just sitting around. They even flattened my license plate back out for me. Customer service was good.My only complaint is that they washed my car off, but I wax my car; so now it has spots all over it from the wax. I wish they would have just wiped it off or left it alone.

Not very impressed with their response time after a repair I am still waiting on a door panel for over four weeks and they have not called me as of yet I have called twice. Also had issues with a repair they did to my truck about 18 months ago where it became very apparent after the initial shine wore off that the orange peel affect on the door was prominent.

Will NEVER go back. My vehicle is currently being repaired after a minor vehicle accident on Feb 4th, USAA said between the two approved places Body pros was used the most. I chose body pro's over Davis Automotive and I regret every second.First, when I took my car in to get inspected my appointment was at 2pm I wasn't seen till 2:45. The female that helped me was nice, but nothing over the top. I asked her to get me a quote on tires. On Feb 29 I called to follow up on the tires and was surprised I actually got through on the phone. The gentleman I talked to said the man working on my vehicle has been sick thats why I had not heard anything and I would here from him by close of business. Today March the 2nd my husband went in to follow up, I got a phone call but was unable to answer because I was in the Library. When I called back I was on hold for 15 min before I finally hung up to try again. Still have not gotten through. So here I am March 2nd No Car yet, no quote on tires, and irritated that I can never get through to a HUMAN and when I do the customer service is less than desirable.I will not recommend them, nor will I ever use them again. I don't care how nice my car looks. It's all about customer service and they LACK in that. I plan on writing a formal complaint to the owner.

I got my Kia Soul serviced with Gerber collision in Watertown NY Yesterday. I got good customer service with Brittney. She kept me notified the whole time about my parts and car work being done. JT was my estimator. He was very knowledgeable on what parts i needed. I recommend doing business with Gerber Collision for sure. Thank you Guys!!

Got my car repaired and auto detailed... Worse experience ever... Not only my fog lights wasn't working but the detailing was pure garbage. It was as if the car wasn't even washed and on top of that they refuse to give a refund and the manager was very disrespectful. Would never recommend this place to nobody do not take your car here
