I call up to ask about getting my turbo looked at. And I let them know I have check engine light on for p2261 bypass valve. Which I already knew needed to be replaced. They said they can replace it but what they didn t tell me was they needed to do a diagnostic test which cost 140$. So when I go in thinking they were going to replace the part that needed to be replaced they only ended up doing diagnostic and telling me what I already know. When I asked if they could replace the part when I scheduled on the phone they told me they could, but in person they didn t have the part and said 60$ to order it. What s the point of scheduling something if you don t have the part when I come to get it replaced. Just not happy with the service and miscommunication that s unprofessional to me.

The sales team are amazing! The show room is huge and I love that I can sit with comfort and privacy. TVs, coffee, bottled water! I love my Subaru and will send anyone looking for a vehicle here!!

My 24 year daughter attempted to purchase a car from Fuccillo in Watertown. She secured the financing through her own bank and signed the paperwork. Two weeks later and they re still telling her they don t have the title secured. I have purchased multiple cars and have never been treated so poorly. In conversations with other customers I was told Fuccillo is notorious for screwing over younger buyers. They re waiting on another buyer that will use their financing.

Ask about warranties, and all you get is a "I've never heard of that before" instead of someone actually looking into it. Past dealerships through hyundai have acknowledged this bumper-to-bumper warranty. Which covers tires but not wanting to deal with these people, I just gave up. Prepared to be belittled when you have any knowledge on your vehicle as they do not care and will try to low ball you 8k less than market price. Be sure to try other dealers for a trade first before coming here.

Went in there yesterday and was greeted by probably the rudest person I've ever met. I have no clue how he makes a living in sales. Following this encounter, we checked out a couple more dealerships in the area. Highly recommend looking a one of the neighboring dealerships for a vehicle.

The car buying experience from this dealership was the worst I have experienced. To start, they easily had twice as much paperwork as F.X. Caprara Honda from a couple of weeks prior. The paperwork they presented was riddled with errors while signing and ultimately rejected by the finance company for what was essentially being sloppy by printing over the top of contract text or not correctly on the lines. This caused my trade-in to not get paid off on schedule and cost me several hundred dollars in additional interest until it was paid off. I had to reach out to them a week after my trade-in hadn't been paid off to even find out there was an issue with the paperwork. I also had to waste valuable time on new finance paperwork while on vacation in order to clean up their mess. This is just a portion of my bad experience, but hopefully enough to warn others. The vehicle has been good so far and I do recommend the brand, but would recommend that you buy somewhere else if you have the option.

Have you ever wondered how to make copious amounts of money disappear without much explanation? Then this is your spot! I brought my vehicle in yesterday for services. I also mentioned that my AES system was sending up a warning and said I would like that checked out. I was told that this was all going to run me $130. No big deal, right? However, I came to pick up my vehicle today and imagine my surprise when my bill was over DOUBLE the amount! I was told the $130 was for the diagnosis ALONE. That would have been nice to know before I brought my car in beings as I had $130 budgeted for services, not the ACTUAL amount I was charged ($235 plus taxes).Oh, and I was told to get the repair my vehicle needs would cost over $900. Thank goodness for Watertown Auto Repair LLC who will only be charging $430-ish for the same repair.I will not be back, ever. I hope others think twice before going to Fuccillo. This is by far the shadiest dealership I ve encountered.

Purchased a van from there. Shortly after, the transmission went out. Brought it back to them and they "fixed it". A few weeks later, that transmission went out. Brought it back, they "fixed it" again, drove it home a mile away and had to bring it right back because it was not fixed. It has now been in their shop since DECEMBER!!

When we got here we were impressed. The sales person that was helping us made it look like he had our best interest at heart but ended up hurting us. We were bringing in a trade and were looking to buy new. We understand the chip shortage makes getting cars difficult and they found a car I was willing to settle with but when he brought out the numbers I was appalled. They wanted to give me over $2000 less than it's worth and when I brought that to his attention (the only youngish salesperson there maybe nick?) He got aggressive and defensive claiming it needed so many repairs. When I told him I got an offer for over $2000 more than what he was offering me he scoffed and treated me like I had no idea what I was talking about. Then we just learned today that they did a hard check on my husbands credit without his signed consent making us getting a low interest loan any time soon close to impossible. We were trying to buy this car local but we will never be back.

I love my 13 yr old 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe. Not wanting a car payment right now I'm not interested in a trade-in at this time nor can I afford to do so. I need to keep this SUV on the road. I usually HATE dealership garages (bad experiences in the past) but Fuccillo Hyundai, formally Fuccillo Imports, have done right by me. They make sure they fix exactly what's wrong with no major surprises, no sudden problems causing a higher bill. They fix what is exactly wrong to try to keep the expense to a minimum and to keep a beloved vehicle on the road. It certainly is greatly appreciated especially these days. Communication with Services was excellent!

I'm hearing they won't replace an engine that blew up at 52000 and under warranty. Minor damage to the front of the car had nothing to do with the engine issue. Really? Some of us would like to know more about this situation.

They added the Subaru dealership to this facility. It is a beautiful comfortable modern facility. Subaru should have told me when I made my service appointment that they were in a new location. It was challenging to find the Subaru service area. Very nice once I got inside. The price for service still seems high. Comfortable waiting area.

i never make reviews , however this dealership saved my car. yes the maintenance was expensive but for some reason my car has been having these issues since a month after i purchased & 2 dealerships couldn t help me or figure out what the issue was with the car & then a smaller owned mechanic, so i was scared that i ll just be left with a confusing messed up car but this place !!!! lifesaver.amazing staff as well , big huge thank you to the technician i know he was busy & also a huge thank you to i think her name was Jess i hope i m right, (hyundai service department she has black hair & wore glasses) she was super nice & patient & went above & beyond for me. thank you thank you!

I've only made one car payment and my car broke down a week ago, needed to be towed to their facility. I can't get a rental from them until they diagnose it, but they say it'll likely be weeks until they can even do that! I need this car to get to work, paying for my own rental means my family doesn't eat, bills don't get paid. I understand they only have one Hyundai technician, but my question is why isn't management doing more to entice techs to their facility? Or borrowing from larger ones to take care of this HUUUUGE problem??

Service team is fantastic. I brought my Sonata in for some routine services as well as for a recall campaign. When an issue arose with the recall and my car had to be kept for further maintenance, they did everything they could to make it right. They got me setup with a rental car and refunded some of my services to cover the security deposit. The general manager even took time out of his day to speak to me personally about the problem and apologize for the inconvenience.

Just wanted to rate the service department. I brought my Kia to Fucillos with an electrical problem. The reason I brought it there was two mechanics and the Kia dealer couldn't fix it. After 3 tickets for a tail light that didn't work, over $500 in repair attempts and $200 in car rentals, I brought it to Fucillos Hyundai. It took them about a half hour I think, to find the problem and it was finally fixed after two years. Pleasant, competent service, reasonable price. I will buy my next car there.

Thank you so much for the service provided for my vehicle. Although we are going through tough times during Covid19 all precautions were adhered too. The staff was very welcoming and friendly the Service Department was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and went the extra mile to ensure my paperwork from my purchase was corrected

BEWARE!! It took over two hours to get a vehicle inspected then they failed it for make believe deficiencies. Said the license plate lamp was out, it wasn't. Said the brake lights didn't work, but they did. Said the windshield needed to be replaced for a chip. Meanwhile the NY state standard is "a star larger than 3 inches or a crack more than 11 inches long. They will make you wait to scare you into thinking you need a bunch of work when you don't. Said it would take 1.2 hours and $500 to change a head light that only had two bolts mounting it to the car. Wanted $42 to change the license plate bulb that cost $3 and that you can do in less than 1 minute. STEALERSHIP. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.*Do not contact me* I WILL NOT change this review for any incentive. People need to know the truth.

First routine maintenance visit on my Hyundai Palisades since purchasing last September. Making service appointment was easy. I have the Hyundai app.Service was performed and service personnel accommodating.

My car has some manufacturer issues with it and I brought it in for them to look at it. They are doing everything they can to try to fix it so yes I am very happy with the service here. Very helpful and very clear with instructions.

Leased a vehicle in the summer of 2017. Dealership set me up with financing through Hyundai Motor Finance. Bought my lease out in full July of 2020 and still have not been given the title to my vehicle after multiple requests. Would not recommend doing business with either Fuccillo Hyundai of Watertown or Hyundai Motor Finance.

My 2019 Kona needed some warranty work to pass NYS inspection.My local Hyundai dealer could not find time in their schedule for this work.So..we made an appointment with Fuccillo Hyundai in Watertown.They had to order the part for me.Not only did they replace the part and because I had to wait..they didn't charge for the inspection or oil change.They even washed my Kona. We definitely recommend the service department of Fucillo Hyundai in Watertown.Thanks Scott and Jessica for your attention!

They really take care of their customers. If I couldn't stay, they were willing to take me to Ft. Drum. They have coffee, water and sodas for free, along with Caprisuns and a play area with cartoons playing for kids.
