These guys are awesome I ve had them handle a few things in my bike now and they re always laid back approachable and also super professional. Very reasonable pricing and work pretty quickly. Always a great experience with this shop

Took my bike there at the beginning of spring to have some engine/transmission/drivetrain focused maintenance performed.Not only did they get it back to me in a relatively quick timeframe, but they also followed up with me to ensure i was satisfied with the work that was performed. Not to mention the work i had done was exponentially cheaper with evolution motorsports, and better, than what other mechanics in the area were willing to do it at.Bryan was the guy that helped me.Take your bike to them if you want to be looked after.Solid work at solid prices. I WILL be going back, and i highly suggest you do the same.

Never going to use these guys again. They had a set of heads of mine for months. I called multiple times and they gave me a different story as to why they weren t done every time I called. They promised me they are on the bench now when I got them back the mating surfaces were corroded meaning they were either on the floor where I was cold and damp or anywhere but on the bench. I do not recommend these guys to anyone. I ended up bringing my heads to a guy in Brockville Ontario who had them finished the week I brought them to him. Evolution motorsports is a terrible establishment.

I had them change my back tire in the spring. I had expected a fairly good wait but instead he did it same day could not have been any happier. Ernie is a great guy will be doing all my business with him.

This week we had a dental emergency, family vacation, and oh my bike needs a new tire and inspection. We were quoted a high price local until I found these guys! They went above and beyond and extremely fair in pricing!! Couldn't be happier about our service thank you!! Happy wife happy life right!

I bought my first Harley used in the Spring of 2016, and after numerous recommendations from many riding friends in the area, had it drop-shipped to their location, had them check it out thoroughly, had them make some minor changes to it and drove it away in 2 days with a small bill. During that season, I bought some upgrades from them, bought some others that they installed for me, enjoying their expertise, fast turnaround, personal touch and modest pricing of parts and service. I now understand why the long-time riders recommended them and appreciate their large, loyal following. These good folks have my confidence and my business for as long as they want it.

Excellent job with picking up, servicing my snowmobile and dropping it off at an affordable price. Definitely recommend using them for your motorsports services!

They had our bike for over 2 months total. Not a single call from them and when I call already annoyed because of the lack of customer service communication, I get led to believe it's being fixed but it's not. We ended up losing most of the nice summer days because of these guys. A trained group of ignorance in this shop! Btw, our issue was a bad pump. Months later we found out the second pump went bad because they guys cut corners and didn't use the proper hose clamp on the pump. For the record, the second shop we went to had it diagnosed and fixed in less than a week... TAKE CAUTION WHEN CONSIDERING THIS SHOP FOR HARLEY REPAIRS!

Their quality of work or service deserves less than poor-fair, but didn't have any lower choices. I took my bike there for a pretty minor problem and after them having it for 3 months it was basically destroyed by one of their professional mechanics. I rode the bike there and other than the problem with the starter bearing the bike ran and looked great. After I got it back it ran horrible, leaks oil and was missing parts, not to mention they left the bolt out of the shifter linkage that fell off going 65 MPH down the highway. When I complained I was told that the problem existed before they worked on it even though they admitted that their mechanic split the crankshaft. After closer inspection there are parts missing, parts replaced with other than OEM parts and basically it was slapped together so they could get it out of their shop and get their money. I wouldn't recommend taking your motorcycle here unless you want to take it somewhere else to fix what they messed up. Want quality service and professional care for your bike, go anywhere but here.

Crooks. Took the bike in for plugs, oil change and state inspection. Go to pick it up and of course it's a nice big bill. Well good thing I checked the bike for I left. No state inspection sticker and the old spark plugs were still in. The "technician" comes out and states he didn't realize that was supposed to be done, but of course I got charged for it. So he ends up doing the plugs and inspection in the parking lot. Won't go back.

Anything I have had done they have been there. They have worked with me to get my bike just the way I want it and I have never had a bad experience. Top notch professionals and no waiting. Look froward to do business again.

I don't know if this shop is lazy or just don't GAF. Twice I ordered parts from them and told a couple days to arrive. Each time parts took almost two weeks. Best part is they take your never when you call and never call you back to update you on your order even though they say they will call back within the hour. Worst part was I took my bike to have a simple part installed and took them three weeks with no contact unless I called when the issue could have been done in a day. Go to Thunderin' Cycles for vtwins. I wish I knew about thunderin' cycles before going to S&M.

Worst, most unprofessional place I've ever had to deal with. I dropped my motorcycle off to get a small scratch on my gas tank repainted. They gave me a time estimate of eight days and after 24 days it still hadn't been repaired, every time I called they would tell me it hadn't been done yet and they didn't care at all. In the end I had enough and I picked up my bike without the work being done. Complete waste of time, take your business elsewhere.

These guys are great! Came in not knowing that they were closed and had a nail in my tire and it was worn just about to the belt. They changed it for me after hours.

This place is a bunch of shade tree mechanics. They did not have the tools in place to change my Chain (which they claimed to be experts in), then this left too many links. Drove 2 hours back to get chain adjusted and brought my own tools. Once shortened, they did not have the proper Master Link and put something temp promising to get replacement and call or email me. Drove 1300 miles for Indy Moto GP only to discover that Master Link Safety Clip had fallen off. Luckily on race day Team Suzuki Mechanic offered to temp wire hold the link to get me home (Sunday). Had to show the "tire changer" how to adjust tension, he still got it wrong. Meanwhile Earnie is up front not getting involved. I finally told him to send me a link with a safety clip. After waiting more than a week (as he was too cheap to put in express mail) I received a Rivet style Master Link which I did not have the tools to install properly. Went to the local Honda here in Brockville! No response or apology from Ernie. NOTICE.... DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT QUALITY WORK!

If you want good service do not go there ,they never call back don't keep you updated , you have to call and wait for weeks to get your bike back . Promises is all they make and keep none of them . WIll never ever use them again !

these guys at this place rock im from mechanicville ny went to A bay for the river run on my way home about 25 mi out i broke down they gave me a ride to a motel 25 mi away and came and picked me up when my bike was fixed i say they are the best

went in there for state inspection and to replace a light...two mechanics passed me several times..no acknowledgement...after 10min someone finally asks what I want ..only to find out they are not doing inspection anymore....very poor service
